Domino's Pizza Akkerhof in De Akkers

I've ordered pizza here before, but it's really starting to irritate me now. There's definitely something wrong with the pizza: - not sliced ​​properly - not warm (even though we always pick it up on time) - wrong ingredients! Lately, I've been ordering hot and spicy (with adjustments). The photo shows three slices of pepperoni per slice. I haven't even gotten half that amount on my pizza the last two times I've ordered from them. This last part is the most annoying thing of all... I can reheat and trim a pizza, but a poorly made and poorly topped pizza is just very disappointing.

Very disappointed. We often order pizza from this location. But last week, we received a pizza that was extremely spicy and had too much sauce on it, making it completely inedible. We called the location, and they said it is what it is and nothing they can do about it. Poor service.

When you order two 29cm pizzas, you get one of 26. You contact them politely, but the so-called manager doesn't even let you finish, doesn't offer solutions, and when you ask for her name, she hangs up. Is this the new normal?

Extremely poor customer service, and the manager was very rude and behaved very strangely towards customers. If you want pizza and good customer service, you're better off ordering from New York Pizza. I will never order from Domino's again; they're such a terrible woman.

I have never experienced this before, I ordered a supreme chicken pizza and got a pizza with bacon. I went back and it turns out they don't even have all the necessary ingredients to make a pizza. The service is very bad and inexperienced.

Good pizzas, not overpriced. People who complain about it taking so long should just get their own pizza from the Appie and throw it in the oven. There's such a thing as rush hour. Great staff.

Nutella pizza was really disappointing, a large part of the nutella was next to the pizza instead of on the pizza, see photo.

placed an order for a sharebox + thickshake. Two hours later I realized that the thickshake had not been delivered (didn't realize it...). I called the branch half an hour before closing time and my thickshake was delivered without any problems by a very nice delivery person who apologized for the inconvenience😊.

Ordered pizzas at 17:30. They were supposed to be delivered between 18:20 and 18:40. Called at 19:00 to ask where they were. They only had 1 pizza maker and the pick-ups had priority. Called at 21:00 to say we didn't want the pizzas anymore. We had only baked fries. Hopefully I'll get my money back. This is so crappy. I'll never order from here again.

Compared to other Domino's Pizza locations, this one is just good (pick-up only...) Always ready on time, order with the App...

Ordered pizza but never received it. 2 orders made at 2 different addresses with 2 different names. Apparently they can't read there. And when you try to explain something to them, a frustrated employee comes on the phone, "Yes, but it's on 1 receipt." The orders have 2 different numbers so not our problem. So no stars from me.....

The loaded fries were more like raw potato mess. The pizza was soft and soggy. Within a few bites and a few hours later we were both on the toilet....

Ordered BBQ chicken and bacon with crème fraiche. No BBQ (flavor) and the crème fraiche was non-existent. Very lean on the bacon (5 shreds) and quite a lot of cheese. Temperature was fine and so was the speed of delivery. Take a little more time and make sure it's right.

Regular customer for years. Now we wanted to place an order, but for some reason we can order more. Received an error message from the app. Called Domino's to ask how this is possible. Simply put, we no longer deliver to that zip code. How? We actually live 800 meters away from Domino's...

What disgusting pizzas. That cheesy bread was way too greasy and stuck to the box...the chicken tasted too greasy and there were far too few fries. We are very sick after this experience. Very bad. I'm ready for a beer and a cigarette to ease the pain

Have it delivered twice by domino's to Akkerhof, I highly recommend it! I had an order for 3 things and they cannot remember that, they have been to the door 3 times to finally complete the order (2 Shakes and cinnasticks) fine, I called and filed a complaint and received compensation of 2 pizzas were absolutely beautiful until I went to order again and it still wasn't there after 45 minutes. I called again and the order was not processed at all!!! Waited 80 minutes for 2 medium pizzas?! What a chaotic mess.

Looks like pizza but doesn't taste like it at all. Slow counter employees and want to know your name to call you when the order is finally ready. More customer-friendly is simply giving a number. Didn't finish the pizza, way too salty. I got some fries at the snack bar diagonally opposite.

1 star is still too much. There is something every time. 1.Wrong pizza delivered and only exchanged for a cold pizza after an hour of waiting. 2. Forgotten half of the order and delivered cold quite a bit later. 3. Pizzas are nothing like domino pizza. Or too many herbs or half raw ingredients. It's a mess there. Next time I will go to Gorsstraat
