I ordered food at 1:00 AM and finally received it at 3:55 AM. I don't understand why you deliver food that was made 2.5 hours ago. All the food was cold, so it didn't taste good anymore..... a shame again.

Ordered food today at 4:30, it was supposed to be delivered within 1 hour. Called after an hour and a half, then they said it was just leaving the building. Called again after another half hour, no one answered. Then someone else called and managed to reach them. Then they said it had been sent 10 minutes ago and would arrive within 2 to 3 minutes. After 15 minutes it still hadn't arrived. Called again. Then they just said, "Are you calling again already?" After waiting 2.5 hours for the food, it arrived cold and wrong. Then called to say that it wasn't right, it was supposed to be delivered as soon as possible, after 1 hour it was brought, wrong again. Well, we're done with this.

The food arrived half an hour late and the order was incorrect as well. Instead of a kapsalon, we received a pizza kapsalon. Instead of a half chicken platter, we only received half a chicken and a small bowl of salad. The lettuce on the pizza kapsalon was already almost brown. I certainly would not order from here again.

The shawarma was tasteless and there were small flies in the dish. I reported this, but nothing was done about it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yesterday, I picked up four delicious döner sandwiches here for the first time. My son is familiar with Orient and had ordered food the day before, which I really enjoyed. The lady helped me incredibly kindly and wrapped the food very nicely. The discount from the day before was also applied properly. Great service and a delicious meal; I will definitely be back next time. Worth a solid 5 stars!

We have been coming for years, and not without reason ;) Sometimes you have to wait longer than others, but the service while you wait for your food is pleasant! Always a complimentary appetizer and a complimentary cup of coffee afterwards, and the portions are always very generous!

I've been ordering from this restaurant every now and then. Today I ordered a chicken kebab, and I found, or rather felt, a bone or something similar stuck to my teeth. I threw the rest in the trash. I told them, "No problem." And they told me to show it to them. Should I take it out of the trash? 🤣 I simply won't order anything from there again.

Ordered 3 meals at 6:20 PM. Called at 7:45 PM to ask where they were. "It's busy, ma'am, it will be here in 25 minutes." Called again at 8:20 PM to say I was still waiting. More excuses about being busy and an offer to include a free cola. At 8:35 PM, the delivery person was at the door with only 2 of the 3 meals and no cola. Complained again. Now waiting for the 3rd meal. Curious if it will ever arrive. Regarding the delivered meal with lamb chops: they are tiny and bone dry. In short, terribly long delivery times, zero communication or service, and disappointing food quality. First time ordering here: NEVER again. It's a good thing Souvlaki is on vacation, otherwise the food is 10x better and delivered faster at the Greek place.

I have rarely had such an unpleasant experience. The owner seems to think that his business revolves entirely around him rather than the customer. Everything has to be done his way, and as soon as you ask a question or express an opinion about something, you get the feeling that you simply shouldn't be a nuisance. Hospitality and customer friendliness are nowhere to be found here. A good entrepreneur listens to customers and treats them with respect; here, it seems more like the customer has to adapt to the owner. That creates an atmosphere where you feel anything but welcome. As a result, the food has become a secondary concern for me. There are plenty of shawarma places where you can not only eat well but also be treated normally. This was the last time for me 😒 P.S.: If you have your processes in order, you won't miss out on good customers. Every time you order a pizza capriciosa, you get a pizza carpaccio. I actually went to pick up my pizza myself, even though I paid 2 euros in delivery fees. I ended up paying an extra 2 euros when I was standing there to pick up my pizzas. Out of understanding, because I see they are busy. I get home, and yet again it's a pizza carpaccio instead of a pizza capriciosa. I called, and they acted out of complete distrust. Asking if I would come and exchange my pizza carpaccio for a pizza capriciosa. Unacceptable. Never again Oriënt for me. Oriënt, don't worry about competitors, worry about your own service level. From now on, I will always go to the competitor. Because of this disrespectful treatment.

Ordered food, already waiting 85 minutes, while my order was supposed to be there within 4 minutes half an hour ago. The time before, they had the whole order wrong and didn't come to exchange it or give a refund.

We had a delicious meal with my family. We had pizza, pasta, and Turkish pizza, and we were welcomed very warmly. The food also arrived very quickly and everything was fresh. Definitely recommended.

We had food delivered in Rozenburg for the first time; the delivery took a little while, but we were politely notified of this after ordering online. The delivery driver was friendly and even cracked a joke, which we really appreciated. The food was surprisingly hot upon arrival despite the drive, and certainly worth the money in terms of quality. We will definitely order again or stop by when we are in Spijkenisse.

I've been a regular customer here for years and almost always order a large portion with extra pita and fries. You can always come here from early afternoon until late at night, and the quality remains good!

After a long wait, we finally got the spare ribs. They were inedible! More fat than meat, which made you feel like you had a mouthful of snot in your mouth. The kapsalon wasn't good either, though it was nice that we didn't have to pay for the spare ribs. It's a shame, it's always great.

The pizza was inedible, and the snacks were just as bad—cold, limp, and completely lacking in quality. On top of that, I also received the wrong drink. And honestly, if you can't deliver hot food from Spijkenisse to Hellevoetsluis, maybe you should change the postal codes, because this is simply misleading to customers. For these prices, you expect hot food, the correct order, and decent service. This was a huge disappointment.

The Mexican pizza with chicken breast had chicken breast, but the tonno pizza had a tiny bit of tuna, and the rest was just plain shawarma. Just not acceptable. Not to mention the wait and having to answer the phone. I called twice, waited a long time, and both times I was told they were closing. 40 minutes later, still nothing. Only, I'm losing a star because you have to wait a long time for your food because they're too busy delivering. They make people in the restaurant wait too long. That's obviously not right. I ordered three pizzas on Monday evening and had to wait an hour and 30 minutes. I indicated online that it was a cash payment. However, the delivery driver was 3 euros short and said he would check the car for change and otherwise return later. In the end, he never returned. I don't want my money back anyway, but you will get a review in return. Very sloppy of the company, and these kinds of mistakes start with management.

If you eat here, you'll really enjoy it. The food was delicious, and the service was good! The place is also clean, which I think is important when you're eating out.

I ordered a small kapsalon. Well, it was the smallest one in a small bowl I've ever seen... with a few sprigs of lettuce... very meager. A real shame. The taste and service were fine, though. The staff are always polite and friendly, so compliments on that! Yesterday, I had a delicious pasta dish that was delivered right on time, and I even got a free plain doner roll. It was a delicious combination and a huge portion of pasta! I ate the other half for lunch today. The pizzas are always great, and yes, the rest of the dishes are too. It's great that they're open until very late, but it gets very busy in the evenings, especially on weekends, so keep that in mind.
