Domino's Pizza Almelo Bornsestraat in Wijk 11 De Riet

On Sunday, November 23rd, I ordered a pizza at 4 p.m. for the 5:30 p.m. time slot. At 5:45 p.m., still no pizza. I called and was treated rudely, saying it was busy. I didn't place an order at 4 p.m. for nothing, and indicated I wanted to cancel it (I was told the pizza still had to be made at that time). Then the call was disconnected. I then called again and indicated I wanted to cancel the pizza and get a refund. The answer was that the pizza was in the oven and couldn't be canceled. I then told them I wanted to cancel everything (I also had to leave for an appointment at 6:30 p.m. and couldn't wait). After some arguing over the phone, I kept getting the answer that I wouldn't get a refund. The pizza had been canceled and therefore never received. And again, the call was rudely disconnected. NEVER again at Domino's. And I definitely won't recommend it!

I used to go here all the time. But this time I picked up two pizzas and had to throw them both away. One was the wrong pizza, and both were dripping with grease. While I was waiting, they were bickering in the kitchen, and there weren't many people there. Not a pleasant, cozy atmosphere.

Pizzas were delivered stone cold. When I called, I got stupid answers. I'll never order from them again.

Positively surprised! All just a little better and more luxurious than the standard donation shops we sometimes order from. Fresh salad, good portions and delivered fairly quickly even on liberation day. Worth repeating.

Worst pizza I've received in a long time, there was virtually no topping on it while I had added this extra and therefore also paid a lot for it after calling them they said they would bring another pizza upon receipt I had to return the old pizza good but then the new pizza was no better I had a pizza Hawaii completely adjusted to €20 then you expect at least a decently topped pizza and not a tomato sauce sandwich with a sprinkle of meat and cheese for me no more Domino's from the Van Gogh Square for me I order from the Water Square
