Placed an order today Sunday at 4:15 PM for 6:00 PM. Pick up store full, few staff, 20 minutes later you are informed that the ingredients for a pizza have run out. Finally an hour later on the way home. And you guessed it, the pizza is sparse and has the wrong ingredients. Or drastically change or close the barony. Very very dissatisfied and a waste of money...!!

We ordered before 6 o'clock, and then waited more than 2 hours. Were dying of hunger. Really can't!!!!!!!!!!

Would have preferred to give 0 stars! What unfriendly and ill-mannered staff. Order delivered 1 hour late, pizza limp and cold, potato wedges limp and cold, lava cakes cold. Also received the wrong pizza. And then I laughed casually over the phone because I was slightly worried. Christina the kind of MANAGER if you are really a manager go back to school please! I will never order from there again!

Firstly, wrong address, (My order simply stated the correct address) I finally got my food, just without the garlic sauce that I ordered! No straws, not very neat. Food was delicious as always!

Why does it always take so long to receive your order? Ordered a thick shake that came without whipped cream, even though you have to pay extra for it.

Top Domino's. Alphen has good service with the 2 Domino's stores. Creates good efficiency. Pizzas are prepared with love by the employees. It comes across as if they are all looking forward to work 😁

We had the food delivered. It was half an hour too late. And the pizza was cold so it wasn't that tasty

I came in last night to get something to drink, but before I walked in all the vehicles were already brought in and an employee was smoking at a table in front of the door. I got the idea that they were already closed, so I looked on Google but they were still open for another hour. Once inside, I wanted to order, but I received no response, neither from the chef nor from his employee who was busy with the bicycles, etc. In the end I used that screen, which fortunately works great. Once ordered, my partner and I looked around and the chef was clearing out the entire kitchen, yet without looking at us. No greeting until we were waiting 5 minutes. His 2nd word was 'pizza' and he apparently shouted this to us, which was not clear at all. I was order 53 around 9:00 PM. I advise everyone to order here for delivery and not to stop by. The store looked neat as far as I could see.

Had to wait two hours for a delivery of 2 pizzas. After waiting an hour and a half and calling twice, the conclusion was that the pizza had been "delivered incorrectly" and the order had to be remade and delivered. Not even a can of drink or other compensation upon delivery. Due to this late delivery we had to cancel our cinema visit. So it is the last time for us at this Domino's branch.

Soaking wet fries, undercooked pizzas, you're already starving when you get your pizza. Catastrophe.

Been ordering here for years, always good. Except today. Order 2 pizzas around 4 pm for delivery at 5:45 pm. Called at 6:05 PM about adding house number. Delivered at 6:10 PM. COLD. You must order again within 20 days based on your review. The way I think about it now, I'm done with this

Most worst service and pizza I have ever eaten. You guys aren't even worth a star. Limp dough, cold and very mediocre service. I wasn't surprised that the next day I went to the toilet 3 times with a stomach ache. Dramatic! Never again.

They could use a lesson in customer friendliness here! I picked up my pizza personally after I made a mistake with my order via Thuisbezorgd. Called to report the error and indicated that I would solve it myself (I actually made the mistake myself) There was already a very unfriendly atmosphere by telephone. And when I arrived at the store to pick up my pizzas, I just missed getting them thrown in my face! Never again!

The order had been there for a while and had already cooled down. The "Bucket" with chicken, which costs 14 euros, is actually a small cardboard box, with measly, dry, soggy little pieces of chicken, which is worth less than 1/3 of the price. The Margaritha pizza tastes like a sour tomato puree pizza without cheese, because there is hardly any cheese on it and what is left is dry and rock hard. The new "Cheeseburger Pizza" has almost no meat on it. Truly, a disastrous experience. Pizza was tasty, but there was an advertisement outside that the second pizza was half price, but afterwards I was told that this advertisement only applies to online, and we also waited 35 minutes for the pizzas.

Freezer pizzas from the store are even tastier, will never eat here again, and advise others not to eat here! Too bad you have to give one star, Stay neat because it's about food, NOT TASTY!

I accidentally ordered poffertjes twice. This was actually supposed to be 1x poffertjes and 1x lava cake. Called to ask if this could be changed. First they indicated that it was already in the oven. After consultation, the delivery person was suddenly already on his way. I live 5 minutes from location, but the delivery took at least another fifteen minutes. This is very unfortunate

Looks fine, only a miss this time, taking into account the corona crisis, but order two of the same with a sauce and then only put the sauce on 1 pizza while it should also be on the second. It's a shame that this wasn't the case!! Hence this review!!

There is a particularly unfriendly woman behind the counter (on July 3). You can't help but smile and have never heard of customer service. She certainly doesn't make you feel welcome.

Just like everywhere else, things sometimes go wrong, but it is not resolved well everywhere. This is certainly not the case at Domino's in Alphen aan den Rijn. We have been ordering delicious pizzas for years, but unfortunately with the last 2 orders something went wrong with the ingredients. After a telephone call, a perfect solution was offered that exceeded expectations. I can highly recommend Domino's in Alphen and if there is anything, just call or drop by because they also have nice employees.

I received the pizzas 15 minutes late and they forgot the garlic sauce, we had to wait for it so our pizzas were cold so I asked the delivery person if they had something for that but according to him there was nothing that could be done to change this. is of course an extremely unpleasant experience, hence the rating: just eat cold pizzas.........

Excellent pizzas for an excellent price. As far as we are concerned, delivery is not necessary, because Domino's pizzas are within walking distance. When it rains or is very cold, we sometimes want to have a few pizzas delivered and they are always there within half an hour!

Do you know how to keep a customer satisfied... by compensating when something goes wrong? An apology doesn't buy anything. It's ridiculous that you dare to ask for a wrongly delivered pizza back. The fact that you want to check that it really is as it is is fine, but the disgusting nerve to ask for that pizza back and get away with it while someone is waiting far too long for "fast food" is really absurd. A good thing would be to say: keep that pizza, but a new one will arrive as soon as possible and the delivery person would be the first to say sorry and not here is your pizza... no, sucker, my pizza has already arrived, but of course you want it back to have...
