Waited 70 minutes to hear my order was cancelled. The employee said that Thuisbezorgd did that itself. Home delivery customer service said something different.

Order your pizza during your lunch because before it is delivered it is already time for your evening meal.

NEVER ARRIVED.. Order took too long, then I called and the young person on the phone was not serious (obviously other friends were present) while talking to me on the phone he kept shouting at his friends to stop. They started making s* noises at the phone and after much laughter they hung up... After 2 hours I was told that the delivery person is on his way and my order is about to arrive. Waited an hour for that delivery person who never came. After waiting almost 3 hours, I called again and the employee told me that the delivery person has gone home after all and that they want to give my money back. I was very irritated but instead of understanding I got a big mouth in return on the phone. I hope I get my money back...

Super fast delivery and tasty pizza (half half)

Ordered on Thursday - order cancelled an hour later as no delivery drivers. Ordered on Friday - waited over two hours. No food delivered yet app showing delivered. Called an hour in, said it would be 20 minutes. Called again after two hours, they hung up on us Still no refund for Thursdays either. Complete scam.

I wanted to order a pizza by phone to pick it up myself, the young man who answered the phone was very rude! First of all, he spoke English which is not a problem for me, but he was also rude and did not want to take my order by phone, he hung up in my ear 3 times. Once I arrived at the shop in Bali to order my pizza, he wanted to deny that he hung up in my ear. I told them that I would file a complaint with management, he wanted to apologize, but that was already too late for me.

The closing staff on 4th August 2024 were harrassing people calling women men and catcalling. The shop had closed but the staff and their bum friends were loitering outside while tarnishing the name of this franchise. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. The management should rethink about their hires.

Ordered something yesterday. Arrived very late and partly delivered incorrectly (the loaded fries and missing the extra toppings on the tuna sandwich) And answer the phone, called several times today, but is pushed away

Pizza is simply not delivered. Say that the order will just come. If you try to call the phone just gets thrown up! I will never order from here again. You can't even get your money back!!

On June 2 around 6 p.m. against my better judgment because I had previously ordered from Domino's Waterlandplein with bad experiences when the order had gone through all stages but was still not available on the tracker at 8 p.m. but I called again. No answer, so I got on my motorcycle and drove to the branch ... 3 other customers in front of the door ... handwritten note with 'Closed' on the front ... no chance and unfortunately confirmed again Clear case of not taking responsibility

Take away pizza, No cash register employees, only a touchscreen for ordering. No seats, just a bar to eat your pizza while standing. Pizza was good, nothing special, the crispy chicken breast was not crispy but soggy. 1 employee who makes the pizzas did his best.

Wow, what a bloodbath. I ordered around 6:00 PM and haven't heard a sound after 2.5 hours. We decided to pick it up ourselves, but it turned out that the order had not even been made. Many others in the business had the same problem. We ultimately decided to cancel the order, which didn't go so well either. They had no cash. We received a receipt with “money back” written by hand as proof that we will get money back. I wonder if this will work as a transaction tool. Probably not ;-;. Not ordering saves you money and time.

I understand that it is the status quo to forget garlic sauce at dominoes (I have now given up ordering sauce next to my pizza, might as well be a donation button), but I think 2 cans of Red Bull is too expensive a donation.

Your tomato sauce is way too sweet... you don't expect a salami pizza to taste sweet...

Literal thieves in this establishment, you order a pizza and you never hear anything again. You try to call and they ignore you, in the app the delivery time changes constantly (from 9 to 10:30 back to 9:30) and it says it’s been delivered but I’ve never gotten my food. Money is also still missing

We did order and 45 min passed it said the order is ready and waiting for the delivery guy to pickup and when I tried checking it says the Store is closed and i have no one to contact after I paid for my food

I ordered two chicken supreme pizza on their app and it showed 2 chicken pizza in the order and made the payment, however, when I went to collect the pizza the order in their system showed 1 chicken supreme and other Tuna pizza, this is so weird, and when spoke to the manager to change the order, he just denied and refused to make any considerations, their app is absolutely pathetic and the customer service very rude, in fact he told me to order fresh pizza and pay for that pizza, will never order pizza from dominos again, I feel New Yorkers is 100 times better their service is so good

De pizzas zijn uitstekend, alleen zo jammer dat het personeel de acties niet kennen. Zou bijna het dubbele betaald hebben als mijn metgezel mij er niet op had gewezen.

Gezellige kerel die ons heeft geholpen, verder hetzelfde als de meeste domino's.

Bestel hier regelmatig. Bijna altijd snelle bezorging en goede kwaliteit.

Ik weet niet of het een winkel is of een hangplek. “Kanker dit kanker dat” van de op de balie zittende matties/medewerkers/bro’s tijdens het wachten op m’n pizzatje. Ik denk dat ik de volgende keer toch naar de FEBO verderop ga ook al heb ik liever een pizza.

Pizza is good, however you are lucky if it gets delivered in under an hour( shop is 12min away on bike) and that its still reasonably warm. I order from them 1-2 times a month as I like the pizza and every time the "pizza tracker" will tell me that the pizza has been delivered about 30min before it actually arrives...

Eten bestelt om 22.00 en betaald. Maar niks gehad. Beter m'n geld terug storten. Domino's waterlandplein. Na een bezoekje vandaag aan dit filiaal even met een leidinggevende gesproken en deze jonge man stond mij netjes te woord. Met een oprecht excuus en uitleg. Hij zou het netjes oplossen met thuisbezorgd.nl. Dat is dus gebeurt nu binnen 7 dagen verwachten we het bedrag terug. Zo kan het dus ook. Dank u daar voor Hoop dat het hoofdkantoor mee leest. Heerlijke pizza's en we werden super vriendelijk geholpen

Lekkere pizza's, aardig personeel, makkelijk parkeren, alleen was er geen airco aanwezig waardoor het personeel al zwetend rondloopt, dit is natuurlijk super zielig, maar ook niet echt smakelijk.. ook jammer dat je website deals niet in het filiaal kan doen, dan moet je online bestellen terwijl er staat.

Lekker, goed en snel. Altijd vriendelijk.

Zojuist problemen gehad met mijn domino giftcard. Om dit goed te maken kregen we spontaan een leuk en lekker gratis toetje als verassing. Wat super leuk en goed opgelost van deze jongens uit Noord! Thanks !

Het is vaker gebeurd dat een pizza veel te laat geleverd wordt. Een keer heeft een bezorger netjes gebeld en werd de pizza vervolgens met een minuut afgeleverd. Heb het ook gehad dat ik dan zelf bel van waar blijft me pizza en ik de bezorger op de achtergrond hoor zeggen "hij was er niet". De laatste keer dat ik een bestelling bij jullie heb geplaatst hetzelfde verhaal. Ik heb zelf gebeld en er zou iets mis zijn met de website en het order systeem, kan gebeuren natuurlijk. De ovens waren al uit dus ter compensatie zou ik de pizza de dag erop geleverd krijgen met een desert naar keuze. Het betaalde bedrag zou ik geretourneerd krijgen. De nalevering heeft plaasgevonden inclusief een gratis desert, het afgeschreven bedrag is nooit terug uitgekeerd. Al met al geef ik specifiek jullie vestiging een dikke onvoldoende. Ik vind dat ik als trouwe klant niet hoef uit te zoeken hoe ik mijn geld geretourneerd krijg als mij dit telefonisch is toegezegd.
