Terribly disgusting pizza! I ordered a BBQ chicken and bacon pizza with barbecue sauce as the base because I have a mild tomato allergy. After receiving my food, I didn't realize there was actually tomato on the base, and after a few bites, I started to feel unwell. What they are doing there is life-threatening! NEVER EAT HERE!!!

Friendly and attentive staff who prepare delicious, hot pizzas, even customized to your liking. A nice place for a quick bite.

We wanted to eat a gluten-free pizza at the restaurant. We still had a long way to go home. Phone orders took priority. We had to ask if we could have the drinks we ordered. Then the pizza was ready, and the message "come and pick it up" was a complete disappointment. The pizzas hadn't been cut, as that's not allowed due to charges. Couldn't they at least give us a clean knife so we could cut the pizza ourselves? Well, that was a bit complicated, as a few pizzas still needed to be baked. In short, we won't be back. Not recommended.

Ordered 2 hours in advance and still an hour late. Didn't let me know anything. I even called beforehand to ask if timely delivery was possible due to the snow. The answer was yes. And then, after speaking to the lady on the phone, I was told that it was on its way and they hung up in the middle of my sentence. Very bad service. Pizza cold, never go there!

Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very bad. The staff were not friendly at all. Instead of helping me and taking my order, they chatted among themselves while I waited. I ended up leaving without ordering. This is truly unacceptable service.

Dirty business here, the facade, windows, dirty doors, dirty floors inside, unclean tables, poor hygiene 😔 and unfriendly staff. Twee uur gewacht op de online bestelling. Gebeld en kreeg toen te horen dat het nog even zou duren omdat het druk was in bet restaurant, bestelling gecanceld en een week later nog geen geld terug ontvangen.

Bad food, slow delivery, items out of stock, incomplete delivery, ridiculously expensive, no financial compensation for the whole mess. Never again...!

I was in this establishment yesterday and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food tasted excellent. The manager of the branch is a person of class and does her best to provide the best quality together with her team. The new (temporary) chicken satay pizza was delicious and the 2nd was also free thanks to one of the many deals via the Domino's deals app! All in all fine for a bite to eat.

Today I walked into Domino's Duiven. The first thing I noticed is that there are a lot of delivery vehicles set up, it looks very nice. Once inside I treated myself to a volcano pizza? Never heard of it before, but if you don't try anything you won't discover new things! Within 5 seconds the lovely employee had completely emptied my debit card (okay, I may have spent a little more than I would like, but my wife doesn't need to know that, she doesn't read things like this anyway.) After waiting a while in the restaurant, I received my earth-slide pizza in my hands. It just barely exploded in my hands. When I wanted to take a bite I was overwhelmed with a taste sensation! It's delicious pizza and I enjoyed it. Next time I would have it delivered because I want a little more convenience, but I happened to be in the area. We had to wait 3 hours for our food to arrive and it was also delivered cold. In addition, they initially did not have an order from us and we had to order and pay again. We did receive some free things, but that is not enough compensation. I'm really angry that this isn't handled properly. Never order here again!

Picked up 4 pizzas today at Domino's Duiven. When we arrived home, 1 pizza was cold and 1 pizza (supreme chicken) was half topped with 2 pieces of chicken. We called immediately and the solution was that we had to come back and pick up 2 new pizzas. This was of course not an option because the others would be cold again. delivery was not possible. The solution was a 20% discount on a next order. The problem is now and not with the next order. Bad service.

It's Friday evening, you have something to celebrate and you decide to order 2 pizzas, which were delivered too late, I don't mind that. What I do resent is that I paid almost €30 for 2 pizzas that had such a terribly thin base that they spontaneously fell apart when touched. I ended up eating my pizza out of the box with a fork. Even worse was that my family ate those 2 pizzas and then we had to spend the entire evening and night in the toilet... no idea what they did with those pizzas. And I'm not someone who complains easily and I understand very well that something can go wrong every now and then, but this is now the 4th time this has happened in the past 2 years.... we never, ever order anything again. at Domino's Duiven. I'm really done with this.... and a free Cinnastix with the next order really doesn't make up for this anymore.

Had to wait 45 minutes for 2x CheesyBr + Oven Fries. Fries were cold and CheesyBr lukewarm ??!! We will not order here again!!

Also consider getting a pizza after working there for a while. I think I put it in my mother's name so they don't do anything strange with it, etc., etc. If it isn't closed properly, I then receive a pizza with burnt pepperoni. Scandalous. 🥹🥲

Very tasty pizzas that are freshly prepared. We were lucky on a Sunday and got a 2-for-1 offer in the medium class. The shop is very clean and more suitable for to go, but you can also eat on site. Overall, everything seemed very hygienic and the employees were very friendly. By the way, cash payment is not possible, but I don't think that's a bad thing at all since I'm a pro card payment person.

The place is not really clean anymore as it used to be. Playing with the phone has become more important than tidying it up and keeping it clean. It's also a shame that they haven't delivered for a long time due to the staff shortage.

Never order from this place again.

Ik heb om 4 uur een pizza besteld om 5 uur te laten bezorgen met de aanbieding van "koop er één en krijg de tweede voor €3,99" bij Domino Pizza Duiven. Ik heb de stappen op de website gevolgd en €1 extra voor de bezorging betaald, maar om 5.30 uur merkte ik dat ik geen e-mail van Domino's had ontvangen. Na twee keer mijn verhaal te hebben herhaald en 15 minuten aan de telefoon te hebben gewacht, vertelden ze me dat er een probleem was met de website en dat de aanbieding ongeldig is. Ze zeiden dat ik mijn pizza zelf moest ophalen, terwijl ik niets verkeerd heb gedaan. Ik moet verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun fouten, terwijl ik jonge kinderen thuis heb en het ophalen van de pizza voor mij niet mogelijk is. Ze hebben geen interesse in mijn situatie getoond en zullen mijn geld binnen drie dagen terugstorten. Ik ben zo boos op Domino's Pizza; ze geven de klant geen waarde. In plaats van verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun fouten, zit ik nu zonder avondeten voor mijn kinderen. De klantenservice is verschrikkelijk en ik zal nooit meer bij hen bestellen. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in deze behandeling.

2 uur gewacht op een loaded fries, na 1 uur word ik opgebeld om ook nog is te horen dat bepaalde ingrediënten op zijn

Gisteren besteld. Bezorger begon sl met sorry sorry sorry, ik ben de thick shake vergeten. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Hij was binnen 25 min nogmaals terug voor de shake. Precies nadat ik mijn pizza op had. Perfect dessert geleverd als 2de gang. Voor de rest echt weer top gegeten. Fouten zijn menselijk, hoe ze ermee om gingen is mij veel belangrijker. Complimenten aan de bezorger

Pizza was net iets te klein voor een Italian maar vind dat niet zo erg aangezien ik snap dat het deeg krimpt in de oven. Wel jammer was de dubbele rand waardoor het deeg rauw is in de korst ook was de pizza niet zo top gedockd waardoor de kaas en saus een beetje over de rand heen liep. Voor de rest was het wel top

ik had 1 pizza besteld maar die is nooit geleverd ze nemen de telefoon niet op en ben nu me geld kwijt.. hier niet bestellen

Slechtste eet tent ooit. Twee uur lang wachten op een pizza. Dan moet je er zelf achter heen bellen en hoor je dat ze willen annuleren. Lekker dan kind had verheugd op een pizza en zit nu met een lege maag!

De bezorgtijd laat de laatste tijd aan wensen over.. Pizza's komen koud aan. Een uur voor een pizza op een doordeweekse dag, terwijl het systeem aangeeft dat deze allang uit de oven is, is veel te lang!

Kom hier elke week super gezellige tent. Eten is goed en de sfeer is gezellig. Zeker een aanrader.

Standaard wordt de pizza veel te laat bezorgd. De laatste bestelling duurde maarliefst 1 uur en 15 minuten. Resultaat, koude pizza. En het standaard goedmakertje Cinnamon sticks is al helemaal een aanfluiting. Beter zorgen dat bij de volgende bestelling de pizza warm en op tijd is. Helaas ... Dat wil maar niet lukken. Jammer Domino's Duiven!!

Prima pizza's! Ik heb zelf jaren geleden bij Al Capone's pizza's en pasta's gewerkt en de pizza's van Domino's komt het meeste in de buurt van mijn verwachtingen. Ik ga altijd voor pizza's met Italiaanse bodum 👌👌

We hebben hier 3x pizza's besteld in de aanbieding. Iedere keer was hun product, bereidingstijd en presentatie consistent, maar daar blijft het bij. Helaas ook iedere keer een vieze entree met veel vlekken, bloem en etensresten op de grond (terwijl dat gedeelte nu zelfs afgezet is voor gasten), personeel dat zichtbaar onhygiënisch werkt (bijvoorbeeld vlees knippen met een schaar en die vervolgens bij de rest van het pizzabeleg neerleggen) en de menukaarten zijn plakkerig. Geen wonder dat je met deze werkwijze hier soms ongediertebestrijders ziet rondlopen. Dit was de laatste keer bestellen daar.

Jammer dat er iedere keer, dat ik bestel ingrediënten missen. Zoals bosui en zelf toegevoegde extra ingrediënten :-( Zoek de verschillen....

Bij bestellen de boodschap "20 minuten wachten", vervolgens een uur buiten in de kou staan is wel erg lang. De pizza was wel lekker.

Nu een keer of 5 besteld/afgehaald. Altijd op tijd/snel bezorgd en warme pizza's. Helaas zit er elke keer nauwelijks beleg op (en een knoflooksaus vinden die nog chemischer is bestaat niet).

Veel bodem en totaal niet te vergelijken met echte pizza

Meerdere bestellingen al laten bezorgen en afgehaald. Gaat soms wel is mis, maar word altijd netjes opgelost met een korting op de volgende bestelling. Verder erg vriendelijk personeel.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en lekkere pizza's van goede kwaliteit. Dit verschilt wel degelijk met sommige andere filialen van Domino's. We rijden bewust dichterbij gelegen filialen voorbij op weg naar Duiven gaan als we zin hebben in Domino's.
