New York Pizza in Wijk 03 Duiven-Noord

I was here recently to get pizza and it was delicious, but I did think that one of the employees, the blond man with the white cap, wasn't working very hard. He was often on his phone.

I ordered a Margherita pizza with extra chicken on top. It only had tomato sauce and chicken. There was no mozzarella. A shame. It was delivered quickly, though.

Unfriendly staff. The app doesn't work properly every time, and when you call, you are spoken to in an unfriendly manner. Pizzas are poorly topped, and parts are frequently forgotten or the wrong pizza is served.

It was very busy and the pizza wasn't ready within the pickup time window. That is definitely a downside, especially since they have a 15-minute grace period. Otherwise, everything was fine and one of the girls was friendly.

First I get a 30 cm pizza that is actually 25 cm Next I look at a new one where my half of the DUBBELPEP has 7 pieces of pepperoni Dubbel pep is supposed to be covered in pepperoni, it looked more like a pair of trousers…. Also, there were no herbs on the other half of the pizza… Then I call again and get a very cheeky response saying they won't make a new one and don't want to offer any compensation And he claims he saw the pizza himself that it looked good when it went into the oven… I paid almost 18 euros for this pizza…. I don't know who is in charge here, but they still have a lot to learn

I don't know why, but I get sauce on my pizza every time, even though I keep telling them I don't want it. They handle the rest of the extra ingredients etc. correctly. But they just never seem to notice the part about no sauce...

Paid extra for a topping and didn't get it, no garlic oil, and when you call they say: yes, you can email. So very poor service on top of that. What a shame!

Ordered 2 again, 1 was well topped as it should be, and the other wasn't even half full. This happens with some regularity. I have already filed a complaint multiple times. But I am finding this very annoying.

Mediocre, mediocre, mediocre. Meager pizzas, you could better call it Dutch Pizza; it has nothing to do with America. The photos are of the "loaded peperoni".

The worst pizza in the world. I ordered delivery, they never sent it, and they didn't even call to let me know there was a problem. They're incredibly unfriendly.

Yet another incomplete pizza. They always forget something, so I just let it be. But this time they've taken the cake! A pizza with only cheese and chicken!! Really?! Where's the rest?? I called to say I absolutely disagree with this! The woman on the phone said she'll have a new one delivered, so I'm curious... maybe hire some better staff who are willing to work instead of staff who just don't give a damn!

Couldn't even pay cash worthless

Pizza and fried chicken with breadcrumbs. Everything was cold... the breadcrumbs were soggy. And the order was thoroughly mixed! The total was over 40 euros... Kudos to the delivery driver, who had to deliver the order in this cold. The food goes in an insulated container, right?

We ordered pizzas tonight, and after 45 minutes, they finally arrived. We ordered bubble tea and then received Ben & Jerry's. They told us they didn't have it, which happens. We then discovered the edges weren't cooked (it was just dough). We called and explained the problem, and were sent two free pizzas as soon as possible. 60 minutes later, the pizzas finally arrived, but they were cold and still undercooked. We will never order from them again.

I was always very satisfied, but the last two visits were less so. Delivery was late, food was cold, and the product was wrong. Such a shame!

Do not buy from this company they are an absolute rip off. I purchased thinking I was going to get my second pizza for 1.99. They doubled the cost on my first pizza making it look like I was getting a deal. This is an absolute scam and should be avoided. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered three pizzas and loaded fries: two regular crusts and one thin and crispy. Unfortunately, they didn't have a thin or crispy crust at home, and there was no garlic on the thick side. It's a shame, because that's what we come to NY Pizza for. I called, but the employee didn't know what to do. I told her to pay more attention to the food, otherwise they'd lose customers. What was very noticeable in the restaurant was that only young people were walking around unsupervised. Long hair in a ponytail occasionally hung over the food, and the hands making the pizzas touched your hat and occasionally scratched your ear. In short, there's still a lot of room for improvement in Duiven. I won't be going back for a while...

Arrived online in Duiven, after I read on the website of "Burger Kitchen" that there is also a "BK" branch here at the same address as NYP. Since I discovered that "BK" has "100% Halal" on the menu, I will not order and eat Halal dishes out of personal conviction. Due to the collaboration in the same building, I will no longer order from NYP branches.

Worthless! The base was so tough that your jaws started to hurt. Pizza with pommodori tomatoes just had cherry tomatoes without any taste. I ordered at 18:15 for 19:00/19:15 at 19:00 it was still on received by the branch so I called. I really shouldn't have complained because I had only ordered half an hour before. When I said that it wasn't true, more than 45 minutes later the lady kept insisting that it wasn't and left before the call was over. In the end the pizzas didn't arrive until 19:35. The second time it was that bad so never again.

I bought three pizzas on April 27th. I had visitors at home, and the pizzas were really poorly made. The chicken wasn't cooked. The pizzas were soggy. We couldn't eat the pizzas because they were so poorly made, it was unbelievable.

The pizzas are generally delicious, but resolving a problem with a pizza is very difficult. A pizza with the wrong ingredients is certainly possible. The fact that the employee's words didn't pass the review approval says something about the quality and service of the manager at the time. In any case, it's a reason not to order pizza from here again. Letting yourself get carried away emotionally and verbally as a store employee is absolutely not a good sign.

Ordered and paid for 5 pizzas on Friday 10 Jan. 2025. I found out that I had ordered in Duiven. Instead of Elst. Called Duiven New York. That the order should have been Elst. Unfortunately, they could not do anything about this anymore. They had already started the preparations. So nothing was possible anymore, according to this lady on the phone. So I could whistle for my money and pizzas. So I will never order from here again. I now only order from Domino's in Duiven, they are at least customer-friendly and think in solutions, instead of snapping at the customer.

Wij vinden het belangrijk lokaal te bestellen. Helaas komt het toch wel eens voor dat we een verkeerde bestelling krijgen. Pizza's zijn over het algemeen oke, echter al een paar keer koude pizza's gehad, verkeerde pizza's en nu helaas i.p.v. een dunne bodem, kreeg ik een dikke bodem. Medewerkers lezen de bestelling dus niet goed. Nu kan ik heel lang gaan wachten op een nieuwe pizza omdat ze het heel druk hebben, zeggen ze. Het wordt nu toch maar eens tijd om over te stappen naar Fomino's. Hopelijk zijn zij beter.

Delicious pizzas, sometimes very fast delivery/collection possible👍🏼. It's way too expensive for the full price, luckily there are regular promotions. Staff sometimes a bit disinterested.

Cold pizza, delivery took a long time.

My 4-year-old son and I ordered a pizza. Then my son really wanted to eat there and there was a table where I asked if we could sit down. That was allowed. During dinner, my son really needed to go to the toilet, so I asked the girl who worked there (probably the manager, blond hair) can he just use the toilet here quickly? Why they super arrogantly answer no is only for staff. (She was not social at all from the start). I asked again, don't you also make an exception for children? After which they again answer no and that it is only for staff. It can really be said that this is inhuman and disgusting behavior!!! that you refuse a 4 year old child to go to the toilet when your guests are eating inside your house. Then he had to pee outside against the tree in the cold because he wasn't allowed in your house. This employee can therefore certainly be held accountable for this. After she rejected him, I immediately grabbed half my pizza and started walking away. In any case, I won't be coming here anymore.

My kind of pizza. Al was het deeg wel op toen ik op Carnavals maandag pizza's wilde bestellen. Dat begrijp ik totaal niet. Juist tijdens zo'n feest worden er veel pizza's besteld. Dan houd je daar rekening mee. Dat heb ik per mail dan ook aangegeven, waar heel snel een reactie op kwam. Vind het tof dat mij een gratis pizza werd aangeboden, maar dat heb ik geweigerd. Het ging mij niet om de pizza, maar wel dat ik serieus genomen wordt. Geef daarom dan ook een goede uitleg waarom het deeg al op was om 18.00. En begin niet gelijk met gratis pizza. Wat ik wel enorm gewaardeerd heb, is de snelle reactie.

Wat een top team stond er gister. Dachten met ons mee en kwamen met een top oplossing. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten. Super bedankt voor deze geweldige service.

Godd 🍕 pizza. Next time will order stuff on a side or order to take away so I can add my own spices. I like pizza to have sharper taste which can be improved because in general its a good base which will satisfy most of the customers.

Tja, zoals alle pizza's, toch erg zout. Nadeel van New York vind ik dat er veel te veel kaas op zit! Krijg je bijna niet weg. Haal altijd een deel er af als ik dan toch eens ga. Prijs laag, op zich snelle levering maar door mijn kaas-ervaring toch 2 sterren. Daarbij vind ik de wat hardere bodem altijd wel lekkerder.

Pizza binnen 10 minuten klaar en de California veggie was heerlijk

Een pluim voor New York pizza Duiven! Door een onduidelijke website bleek ik de pizza in Amersfoort op te moeten halen. Direct even naar de rijksweg gereden en afgesproken dat ik gewoon daar de bestelde pizza's kon ophalen. Bleek de 'leidinggevende' van de pizzabakker aan de Rijksweg het er niet mee eens te zijn en zou ik gewoon moeten betalen en dan via een onduidelijke procedure mijn geld in Amersfoort maar terug zien te krijgen. Na wat aandringennde pizza's gewoon meegekregen: gelukkig zijn er nog mensen die tegen 'het systeem' in durven gaan!

Good pizza, lots of options, english speaking staff, fast delivery, decent prices. Pizza at its best. Keep it up!

Pizza slordig opgemaakt en niet warm

Al vaker hier geweest. Zeer vriendelijke prijzen. Heerlijke kip piri piri waar ze bekend om staan. Ook de spareribs zijn erg lekker. Vriendelijke en vlotte bediening. Als toetje ijs gegeten. De dame Blanche werd zelfs geserveerd met warme chocoladesaus. De cappuccino was erg heet. Even laten afkoelen en dan smaakt die een stuk beter.

Their pizza is very delicious! The dough itself is very tasty, thin how I like it and the toppings are really fresh. Customer service was also great. Our order was ready in a couple of minutes and we enjoyed every bite of it. :)

Bestel veel te vaak, zelden niet lekker.

Wider Erwarten - wir waren auf der Durchreise - haben wir hier die Pizzeria gesehen und uns zwei Pizzen bestellt. Die Kette "NewYorkPizza" war uns bis dato nicht bekannt. Wir haben einen sehr lockeren Pizzateig erhalten, leicht fluffig und trotzdem kross. Selbst die 4Käse-Pizza war tolk, habe ich selten so lecker empfunden. Daumen hoch!
