KFC Duiven in Wijk 01 Bedrijventerrein

KFC is a chain I like, and if I have a choice of other fast food restaurants, I definitely choose KFC. While in Duiven, we went there for chicken. It was clean, the service was friendly, and the order was filled quickly. I should add that there was a mistake in our order, but the lady working there was very nice (she seemed to be managing the team), explained everything to us, and even brought the rest of our order to our table. We highly recommend it!

Hair on the food is unacceptable. We spoke to the staff about it. They said it's normal for chicken. We've been to countless other KFC locations and have never found hair on our bites. Thanks, but we're definitely not going back.

I ordered a medium menu, and arrived with a small bag of fries and a Coke. I wanted to go to the counter, but there were so many people in line that I had no chance of being helped.

One of the few edible KFCs in this country, worth a visit, although unfortunately it doesn't have much in common with the old taste from years ago

Last night, December 7, 2025, around 11:30 PM, my friend and I went to the KFC drive-thru in Duiven. I had ordered food and, while paying, added the chili sauce because I'd forgotten it. When I checked my order in the parking lot, the chili sauce was missing. I drove back to report it. It took a while for someone to respond, and when the sauce was finally handed through the window, it was thrown carelessly, landing on the pedals of my car. This was very shocking and unacceptable. I hope the manager addresses this as soon as possible and provides better trained staff so this never happens again.

It's fast food, but not always fast. If not Dutch counter personal should fully understand either Dutch or English and they not always do. Sitting next to full garbage bin sometimes makes me experience a wrong atmosphere. Busy times is worst argument for that

They employ dirty and unhygienic children, they are all inexperienced children, there is no cleaning, the employees come from the toilet and don't wash their hands, I advise against it.

Responding irritably when asked a question isn't exactly customer-friendly. If you're confronted about it, you'll get even angrier. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Duiven. So, not really helpful.

Super cold tasteless employee who has a big mouth

Good restaurant and nice steff. Sadly the team seemed to be quite short staffed. We had a big order for 5 people, yet we waited nearly 35 minutes to get our food - in the meantime seeing many other customers get their food within a few minutes. Other customers had the same problem what lead to a small dispute with the manager (handled very nice and friendly).

The food is fine, as you'd expect. The drive-through is very cramped, so watch out for damage. Because people throw everything away, food also falls on the floor, and I saw the inevitable rat running around...

Ordered a Zinger stacker menu the food was warm and in good condition also the service was very fast and the people were friendly!

KFC is much cheaper than McDonald's and has better food. The milkshakes are always good here. Unfortunately, the staff speaks Dutch poorly, which is fine. Service is often calm and quick.

We've seen better KFCs. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were surprisingly clean, judging by other reviews. The food was fine. It could have been fried a bit longer, as it was really "just right." We're not usually in this area, so it was fine for one visit.

Usually tasty and fast, people who work there usually don't have a smile, but it's just a tasty and fast place to eat, sometimes the chickens are cold, but sometimes they are warm, sometimes the chickens are not prepared carefully, that could be improved, yes, that was it.

This time we went on a Saturday evening. And yes, they put in a capable team that handled the crowds well. No slow service or forgotten sauces, just fast and good, as it should be. This should be normal, but that's sometimes questionable. The staff who were there on Saturday can definitely stay.

I normally never write reviews, but I wanted to do so for this restaurant. It's incredibly unhygienic, and the staff is incredibly disinterested and rude. They don't even look at you when your food is brought. When your order arrives, you get cold, limp fries, and dry chicken. And all the tables are dirty, so God knows what the kitchen looks like. You can't eat with peace of mind. The only good thing was the milkshake, but it was also half full. I was supposed to get €1.50 back for the glass, but I didn't get that either. This isn't a restaurant, it's a horror house.

One star is already too much for the people who work here! Rude, completely unsympathetic. I'll never come here again!

I came for a cup of coffee. They didn't have any. Otherwise, KFC is a great place to eat. Maybe another time?

The burger was more cold than warm

The staff isn't interested. The manager isn't doing much either and enjoys smoking in front of the KFC in the car. 😂 And this isn't fast food anymore. For small orders, you wait longer on average than in a restaurant, and you always get a stomach ache after eating here. Don't come here. You're better off eating elsewhere.

This is the place to go for salmonella poisoning! Also, there's no service, always late to serve.

Well, I had a wrap and then I had the pot as a friend for 4 days.

I ordered half an hour ago and haven't received anything yet. While I'm waiting for my food, I'm writing this review. I think the burgers come from Ukraine.

The food was terrible, Saturday at 4pm, max 15 people in the place, and we got the food after waiting 40 minutes, everything was cold and tasted like it had been in those boxes for a very long time, I do not recommend it, the worst €50 I have ever spent in my life

Very unfriendly and agitated employees (they didn't even approach me, I saw how they treated another customer and left).

I had to wait 35 minutes for an ice cream sundae

Lovely place but kids (boys above 10) are wild and very unfriendly to foreigners. My boy is 11 and he was unhappy. German kids push him around and cut lines everytime. I tried to stop them but they just said "no english" to me. I see that they were too excited to have manners.

For a fast-food chain, the food is good... There was a nice collaboration with Squid Game, which was nice. The staff isn't very talkative or anything...

Not worth repeating. Next time, back to the MC.

Quickly helped, very friendly staff

We're not big on fast food, but anyway, after a day at the zoo with the kids, we decided to give it a try. KFC for a change, with two children and a baby. Unfortunately, no hot water for a bottle, and certainly no microwave to heat up some water. Apparently, the littlest visitors aren't welcome here. I don't think adults are either, judging by the snappy staff. Oh well, maybe I misunderstood? So, let's go across the street to McDonald's. Microwave upon arrival, five minutes later a meal. And then we're surprised to find the McDonald's almost full, and the KFC empty...

We had to wait an incredibly long time for our food (55 minutes!). We had to search for a clean table.

Fast delivery and friendly staff!

The milkshake could be better. I ordered a large and it seemed to be a small one. The sauces are hard to open.

Things never go well here, and orders are always coming in. Everyone at the counter is watching, but no one comes to help.

I was served raw chicken, a truly run-down restaurant with incompetent staff, even though the staff could handle the tasks of a goldfish. After I asked about the raw chicken, an employee explained that all the hot wings are "cooked" at once at a specific time and then reheated when orders are placed.

Handed out a normal snackbox instead of veggiebox by accident. They mixxed it with another order. Did have some attitude initially when we called. Resolved it later with bonus tendies. Wife had stomach aches because of it. Didn't realise it wasn't veggie till she had a bite.

Very slow staff, and the food was just average. There were no receipts at the ordering terminals, so you didn't know when your food would be ready. It took 30 minutes between ordering and the food being ready...

Ordering must be done at the column, deal from the app is not there, so counter. After shouting four times loudly someone comes while 4 employees are standing there doing nothing and looking at us. We are greeted with a, no good evening can I help you. It was certainly not clean. A good manager who directs matters is needed. Chicken is fine as always

Even though the store was quiet, it took a very long time for our order to arrive. A family arrived before us and was still waiting. Aside from that, it's very dirty; from your table, you can watch the employees half-heartedly wiping the tablets with a dirty cloth. There's urine on the toilet seats in both stalls, the floor is wet, and the paper towels are lying on the floor. The soap dispenser is currently empty.

It's one of the proper KFC's in the area. It's accessible, it's well organized. Food delivered to the table is on time. The food is exceptionally good. Maybe in future updates a bit of playground outdoor area for younger kids. So they can blow some energy off.

Unfortunately had several bad experiences at this location. Bad service, shop looks awful. Waiting time for food average 30 to 40 min, it calls itself a fast food chain........

The food was good, as usual. However, the service was poor. We ordered takeout at the terminal. None of them received a receipt. If you didn't remember the number, you had a problem. We waited 20 minutes for our order, even though the place wasn't busy. Furthermore, the place was unfortunately very dirty, including the restrooms.

Verschrikkelijk slecht koude burgers uit de magnetron niet te eten. Broodje compleet uitgedroogd, kip was nog half bevroren. Hoop dat ik niet ziek wordt van die ene hap. Zoon had een kipsalon van 9 euro nou wist niet was ik zag wat een kinderportie zeg. Burger was een colonel burger. Kom er nooit weer zonde van je geld. Beter een döner in duitsland eten of een snitzel. Jonge jonge wat een slecht voedsel in Nederland.

Vreselijk. Staan op dit moment al een half uur te wachten op eten. Geen structuur of taakverdeling in de keuken. Chaos en steeds boeren klanten. Niemand neemt de leiding in de keuken. Waardeloos.

Very bad service. It is 15:00 in the afternoon, you can order inside but not via the drive because the supposedly pin machine is broken. Eventually had an argument and then the pin machine suddenly worked. They refused service to me because they are too busy.

If it were up to me they wouldn't be worth that 1 star At the drive they say they have a cash register malfunction while the drive is open after a long discussion they can fix it and the cash register just works. Employees who shout at you and talk rude they have to change this....

The Second World War lasted less time than it takes to get your food here.

This is already the 3rd time in 1 month that I drive there and then they close earlier or at 23:00 an hour before closing everything is gone except 3 types of burgers. You come to the kfc for hotwings which they did not have. Staff also unfriendly. My opinion: the worst kfc of the Netherlands.

We love eating here, the food is always fresh and warm, and the staff is friendly. However, the tables are usually dirty. Other than that, everything is great!

I have been to this location a few times now and everything always goes wrong. Order is never correct. Waiting times are unnecessarily long. Half of the food is gone every time. Menus that should be available according to the app are always not available in Duiven and you are told this in broken English so that nothing can be done about it. That this location is still open is a miracle to me. I may give them one more chance but if I drive there I will assume a disappointment in advance. They should look at the Veenendaal location to see how it can be done. I want to adjust this review, I tried again recently and it went quickly this time. Order was complete, I received my food very quickly and it was served piping hot. This time I went a little earlier in the afternoon and I was very satisfied this time.

Young staff is quite rude... I get a cup without a code, ask at the counter what to do, first not even a reaction, then "what do you want"? Fortunately help from an older lady there. Who still knows what customers are. Crazy... so pissed. Never again.

After a previous bad experience at a KFC, I tried again. Had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Ordered nothing special. (Friends ordered at the same time. They got their food after 20 minutes.) More dissatisfied customers. When asked, only snarling from staff. Food ends up being cold too. Way too spicy too. No, never KFC again.

It took almost an hour and only then did we receive our food, the sandwich had a very small piece of chicken on the fries, there was no salt in the toilet, it was dirty, there was no soap outside, there was all kinds of garbage outside and inside.

This outlet is great if you love waiting 90+ minutes for your chicken.

It took almost an hour to get our food. While we waited, multiple people came up because they had the wrong orders.

This is a great restaurant for a quick bite.

As with other KFCs, the staff at the Duiven branch, the quality of the food, especially cold burgers, and the hygiene are of a deplorable level. Staff are busier with each other than with guests or keeping the restaurant clean. If you make a comment about that you will get a loud mouth or they will ignore you completely. The restaurant is a dirty mess, dirty tables, chairs and floor. I don't think anyone on the staff is concerned about that. The mutual social contacts of the staff are apparently at the very top of the 'priority list'.

Waited 50 minutes for my chicken, bizarre, then closed

We went there twice, both times we had to wait 45 minutes and I had a menu that gave you 3 tenders and a burger, the only warm thing was 3 tenders and the fries, the burger was cold, as if it had been fried and put in the refrigerator, but the flavors were otherwise tasty, just the heat and the time and everything was dirty.

Went through the drive-through at KFC Duiven. We were served kindly and the food was ready quickly. Everything was correct and the food was at the right temperature. All in all a satisfied experience!

Still kicked in again for the 3rd time. Food is lukewarm, tables are terribly dirty and you can literally eat off the floor. There are enough staff in the kitchen. So it shouldn't be that difficult to keep it clean.

Very poor service at this branch. The staff consists mainly of young people who show no respect for customers at all. The order had been placed online and was ready to be picked up according to the app. Yet upon arrival they just looked, without anyone doing anything or offering help. As if you are just air there. Finally a woman came who spoke English, and she too was anything but friendly. She indicated in a disrespectful way that she wasn't ready yet, with an attitude as if she didn't feel like it at all. The whole atmosphere was awkward and unprofessional. I felt absolutely unwelcome and this was a really unpleasant experience. I will never come back here again, this place really leaves a lot to be desired, both in terms of service and customer friendliness + food was not tasty

Bad service and the food was badly made, the workers are way to mean, hopefully they change their attitude towards the customers. They saw us standing and no one came to help and no they weren't working they were just standing there.

Food was good! I had a bucket of 10 chicken pieces (original) and a bucket of 5 head pieces (original) There were only 8 in bucket 10. A bit of a shame.

You can wait an hour. They wander around a bit, no customer friendliness in sight. In a quiet restaurant, that is. Just close this shop.

What a bad place here in Duiven, it seems like the 80 year old grandmother works with all her grandchildren because the staff has a beard in their throat and they can't even eat Dutch food, it is weak and dirty and I waited 45 minutes for the food
