The times I have been there, the wait for the food is very long. It doesn't matter whether it is busy or not. The staff is anything but sociable or friendly.

Jesus, that's bad. The chicken is really old and soggy. Don't eat this, it's a waste of my money. It is downright rude that you sell this to customers! I hope you get an inspection on the food you sell!!

The food here is so bad that it is a chemical phenomenon. Within an hour, you can turn a solid (hot wings) into a liquid (diarrhea) and a gas (farts). KFV Kentucky Fried Food Poisoning would have been a better name for this 'food'.

Every KFC is pretty much the same. I just find it a shame that not every KFC is clean. The toilets, in particular, are a disaster at all of them. I can't comment on the service or the food; everything was fine overall.

Paying €20.45 for 2x 4 individual crispy tenders with 2 small colas. They could almost rip the AED off the wall when I was paying this amount at the Drive Thru. When I asked the genuinely enthusiastic employee if it was a mistake, he indicated that he thought it was high himself, and that was why he didn't dare mention the price after the order had been taken.

We were just helped really well by the guy who just heard that he's becoming a shift leader! Until next time 🥰

Clean KFC. I wanted to ask something at the cashier because something was missing from my order, but was completely ignored by Eastern European-speaking women. If I hadn't already ordered at the kiosk, I would have left. Rude and antisocial.

What a bizarrely bad experience! Of the fast food chains in Duiven, I like going to KFC. As far as I'm concerned, they offer the tastiest vegetarian alternative. It is also promoted everywhere these days. "Also in veggie". But after I placed my order, I was informed that they don't sell veggie anymore at all. NOTHING. So I got my money back and went to eat something further down the road. If you don't have it, don't advertise it big; they have a name for that: greenwashing.

KFC is certainly not cheaper than McDonald's. But we had to wait a very long time for the food. Something also needs to be done about the acoustics; that branch is a terrible echo chamber.

The restaurant wasn't busy, but all the tables were incredibly dirty. A staff member stood wiping down the same tray six times, but walking through the place to straighten things up? Not a chance. Loaded Fries is nothing more than a bowl of fries with crispy bacon bits and onions thrown on top. I didn't want cheese sauce, but it's certainly not worth a repeat visit. This place remains a disaster, although they were faster taking the order than usual this time.

New review: Went this week. What a terrible mess. Waited a super long time for undercooked food. The chicken wasn't crispy, the fries were soggy. And it wasn't even busy. The person who brought the food looked super grumpy, couldn't even manage a hello, and threw the tray down. The trash can was full.

I have been a customer at KFC for decades, and have been visiting this branch once a month since it was built, but after today they have lost me. There has always been trouble at this branch, but now I'm done with it. I bought a 10-piece bucket, and there are only 3 pieces the size of a ping-pong ball in it. At the checkout, the woman (higher-ranking by her clothing) says that this is normal. Well, definitely not. I'm not coming here anymore. Bye.

The fries were cold. The people working there were bizarrely rude and didn't seem interested. The manager was very rude and tried to force me to make a decision. This is actually very weird.

Don't spend 1 euro at the KFC in Duiven if you want to stay alive... What a filthy and bad fast food restaurant that is. In my life, I have never seen such a bad fast food restaurant as the KFC in Duiven. You catch diseases just walking up to the ordering kiosks there. And the food was too filthy for words. And service was nowhere to be found. Only the milkshake was tasty. But the disappointing thing about the milkshake was, (a large milkshake is just as big as a medium Coke) very strange...

What a rubbish place, the staff have no overview. Orders are incorrect, receipts run out for self-ordering. Staff react rudely and deliberately ignore customers. Never coming here again. Food is thrown into the bag and handed over squashed. A truly pathetic mess.

Unfriendly staff, especially at the drive-thru, don't treat you with a ten-foot pole; they have more time for themselves than for the customers. Especially that foreign lady... let me put it nicely, that one with the stickers would have been fired from my restaurant already. What a rude piece of trash she is.

Friendly service and the food was tasty and hot, but if you have any self-respect, you wouldn't eat here. What a pigsty... Lots of mess everywhere and food on the floor, not just under the tables but also in the aisles, poop next to the toilet, fries and wipes in the sink. For me, a reason to go to another fast food restaurant instead.

Truly bizarrely bad experience at the KFC in Duiven today. I ended up waiting 54 minutes for my order, even though it didn't even seem extremely busy. Then, on top of that, it turned out my coconut shake was missing. When I wanted to mention this, employees literally walked past me three times while I was trying to politely point out that something wasn't right. No apologies, no clear communication, absolutely nothing.

This was the worst KFC I've ever seen; I wouldn't go there again even if I were starving. The staff were very rude, and a tattooed woman gave me the wrong order three times and didn't correct it. It was a terrible experience.

This was our second time here, after a visit to Ikea. We probably won't be back a third time. Both times we had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. The staff seemed overwhelmed. I'm usually not impatient about things like this, but I think something needs to change in the processes. Also, it's outrageous that you have to pay an extra 15 cents for packaging for ice cream or drinks. I don't know if that's standard practice in the Netherlands, though.

Wow! I've never had to wait so long for food from a fast food restaurant. We placed our order at 14:02 and didn't get our food until 14:49…

The order we received was wrong and, moreover, incomplete. We went back and politely asked them to correct the error, but the tattooed woman working there refused in a very rude manner to rectify her mistake. We are not satisfied at all. They did not even deliver the complete menu.

It was very dirty outside, but out of the 10 tables, you could only sit at one.

I don't know what has changed, but the chicken tastes like it came out of the microwave. The staff speaks poor Dutch. If the colonel finds out about this, it's the end of the franchise. I'll go to McDonald's from now on.

The KFC in Duiven is clearly better than the one in Apeldoorn. Faster service, open longer. There is always one downside to KFC: the menu is always so confusing, so many combinations, so many vague buckets that you no longer know what goes into what. Just keep it simple! Just do this with coupons and vague discount codes as well.

I went to KFC today. My food arrived in less than a minute, which I find quite impressive. The Fillets were like cardboard, they were so hard, and they were also pink inside. The person I was with had Chicken Tenders; these were dry and, judging by how they tasted, also like cardboard. The Chicken Wings were incredibly greasy and inedible. First and last time at KFC in Duiven…

Simply delicious, real chicken pieces. Bone-in and crispy. And a nice, fresh coleslaw instead of fries. I always appreciate seeing real food instead of processed food. Ordering and paying at this location was also quick. And there's no need to wait at a counter. Orders are simply brought fresh to your (clean) table with the order signs.

Well, what I ordered looked very good in the picture, but what I got didn't resemble it at all. A very small portion of fries, soggy and fried in old oil. The burger bun was dry and crumbly. No, this was a one-time thing.

KFC is a chain I like, and if I have a choice of other fast food restaurants, I definitely choose KFC. While in Duiven, we went there for chicken. It was clean, the service was friendly, and the order was filled quickly. I should add that there was a mistake in our order, but the lady working there was very nice (she seemed to be managing the team), explained everything to us, and even brought the rest of our order to our table. We highly recommend it!

Hair on the food is unacceptable. We spoke to the staff about it. They said it's normal for chicken. We've been to countless other KFC locations and have never found hair on our bites. Thanks, but we're definitely not going back.

I ordered a medium menu, and arrived with a small bag of fries and a Coke. I wanted to go to the counter, but there were so many people in line that I had no chance of being helped.

Last night, December 7, 2025, around 11:30 PM, my friend and I went to the KFC drive-thru in Duiven. I had ordered food and, while paying, added the chili sauce because I'd forgotten it. When I checked my order in the parking lot, the chili sauce was missing. I drove back to report it. It took a while for someone to respond, and when the sauce was finally handed through the window, it was thrown carelessly, landing on the pedals of my car. This was very shocking and unacceptable. I hope the manager addresses this as soon as possible and provides better trained staff so this never happens again.

It's fast food, but not always fast. If not Dutch counter personal should fully understand either Dutch or English and they not always do. Sitting next to full garbage bin sometimes makes me experience a wrong atmosphere. Busy times is worst argument for that

They employ dirty and unhygienic children, they are all inexperienced children, there is no cleaning, the employees come from the toilet and don't wash their hands, I advise against it.

Responding irritably when asked a question isn't exactly customer-friendly. If you're confronted about it, you'll get even angrier. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Duiven. So, not really helpful.

Super cold tasteless employee who has a big mouth

Good restaurant and nice steff. Sadly the team seemed to be quite short staffed. We had a big order for 5 people, yet we waited nearly 35 minutes to get our food - in the meantime seeing many other customers get their food within a few minutes. Other customers had the same problem what lead to a small dispute with the manager (handled very nice and friendly).

The food is fine, as you'd expect. The drive-through is very cramped, so watch out for damage. Because people throw everything away, food also falls on the floor, and I saw the inevitable rat running around...

We've seen better KFCs. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were surprisingly clean, judging by other reviews. The food was fine. It could have been fried a bit longer, as it was really "just right." We're not usually in this area, so it was fine for one visit.

This time we went on a Saturday evening. And yes, they put in a capable team that handled the crowds well. No slow service or forgotten sauces, just fast and good, as it should be. This should be normal, but that's sometimes questionable. The staff who were there on Saturday can definitely stay.

Usually tasty and fast, people who work there usually don't have a smile, but it's just a tasty and fast place to eat, sometimes the chickens are cold, but sometimes they are warm, sometimes the chickens are not prepared carefully, that could be improved, yes, that was it.

I normally never write reviews, but I wanted to do so for this restaurant. It's incredibly unhygienic, and the staff is incredibly disinterested and rude. They don't even look at you when your food is brought. When your order arrives, you get cold, limp fries, and dry chicken. And all the tables are dirty, so God knows what the kitchen looks like. You can't eat with peace of mind. The only good thing was the milkshake, but it was also half full. I was supposed to get €1.50 back for the glass, but I didn't get that either. This isn't a restaurant, it's a horror house.

One star is already too much for the people who work here! Rude, completely unsympathetic. I'll never come here again!

The staff isn't interested. The manager isn't doing much either and enjoys smoking in front of the KFC in the car. 😂 And this isn't fast food anymore. For small orders, you wait longer on average than in a restaurant, and you always get a stomach ache after eating here. Don't come here. You're better off eating elsewhere.
