They arrived way too late; the pizza had already been sitting on the counter rotting/cooling down for quite some time, we were told over the phone, but oh well, they say it's busy. So fine then, old cold pizza, right?

I’m not normally one to leave bad reviews… but I have been waiting nearly 2 hours for pizza. The estimated delivery time was 20-40 minutes. The tracker online has never even showed as my order being prepared. Several calls to the store and nobody answers the phone. I also can’t find a way to just cancel my order so now I’m left starving and lost money for food I probably won’t receive. Wish I would have checked reviews before placing my order since this is looking like a common issue.

Waiting 1.5 hours to get a call that the order has been cancelled is a nightmare! Never again Domino's, always something.

Such a terrible service, ordered 2 pizzas, waited 2 hours for it to get delivered no one picked up the phone. If you want something nice and at a decent time avoid. Will never ever try this again.

Great offers, tasty food, and friendly staff! Unfortunately, delivery often leaves something to be desired, so we always opt for pickup when ordering online. That is fast for us and always spot-on in terms of timing! As soon as I enter the store, I am helped immediately, and that is truly TOP-NOTCH! For that small effort on our part, Domino’s pickup is definitely worth 5 stars! We will keep coming back for more!! :-)

Nice, quick, good pizza for a reasonable price.

Like many other reviews, the delivery time from here is absolutely terrible. We've had too many occasions where an order was well over an hour late. We won't be ordering from here again.

The pizza should have been here 46 minutes ago and they just aren't answering. Just close the whole place down.

A few days ago, I ordered two pizzas, but the employee couldn't find my apartment, so he had to leave them in front of another nearby business. I had to wait an hour and a half. I only received one pizza. I tried calling the business several times, but the manager was often not there and always seemed to be "away." I had to call THIRTY, yes THIRTY, times (often they simply didn't answer, or just answered and ignored me), and finally I was able to speak to the manager (with another employee as interpreter, because he doesn't speak Dutch. I speak fluent English, but he doesn't seem to speak directly to customers). He did give me a new pizza... for which I had to wait almost 20 minutes in the store because he refused to deliver my second pizza. While I was waiting, I saw him insulting all his employees and deceiving a sweet young employee by telling him he was going to fire him, and why? Because the boy's bike battery was dead. When that boy left, he yelled at him again because he only had one pizza instead of several. The poor guy almost seemed to cry. I've never seen such a rude and malicious manager in my life. I've already filed a formal complaint about this unacceptable behavior. While there were several good and friendly employees, they seemed very stressed. And, no, the pizzas weren't worth it.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pizza boxes for 4 people. It was delivered on time, but EVERYTHING was cold. The Kik'n Chicken was black with pepper, and the cold fries were rancid! Unbelievable! I could have spent that €65 somewhere else. This cold food is NOT worth ANYTHING. We'll never order Domino's Pizza in Hilversum again!

As a pizza lover and regular Domino's customer, I had a terrible experience today. I ordered a pizza through the Domino's app, and after waiting two hours, nothing arrived. When I called the store, they said the order was on its way. Now I've been waiting five hours and still haven't received anything. Every time I call, no one answers. No refund has been issued yet, and this shows a complete lack of respect for customers. They should take their orders seriously and not ignore customers.

After 80 minuten, we are still waiting for our food. They don't even answer the phone anymore.

What terrible service! I ordered pizzas for delivery. The tracker indicated they were ready at the chosen delivery time. When they hadn't arrived after half an hour, I called. The excuse was that there was a delivery shortage. As if that were my problem. The pizzas had just left the store (coincidentally...). When I asked if the pizzas would still be fresh and warm, they answered with dismay. As an alternative, I could get new pizzas. I pointed out their own comment about a delivery shortage and that, for that reason, I shouldn't have any confidence that the pizzas would arrive on time. I wasn't offered any other alternative. After another 20 minutes, the pizzas finally arrived, much too cold, of course. We reheated them in our oven. What terrible service!

As a former employee (2010–2020, until regional manager) and loyal customer, I find it a shame to have to complain, but my recent order at your Hilversum location was very disappointing. I ordered an American Supreme Meatlover with Cheesy Crust, without bacon and minced meat. Yet I got a pizza with bacon and even some minced meat on it. This is not difficult to leave out, so very disappointing. Because I work in Hilversum, I would like to order here more often, but I prefer not to do it this way anymore.

Good, but their method is not as the company imposed. One shape and the medium size is unfortunately the smallest, and the price is very high. They do not work as requested. The pizza is all one size and is not like what I have tasted in several other countries.

Ordered here regularly because my work is nearby. They often forget something. If it's drinks, they always deliver it with a second delivery person, often half an hour later or something. But if it's sauce on your pizza, then that's of course no use if your pizza is cold. Because it's a small amount, often just left it like that. Worst service, extremely rude and beyond arrogant staff. They first delivered a wrong pizza and moreover it was dead cold and a piece was eaten. When we called to complain about it the staff was having a good laugh about this. Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour. Never ever ordering from this place again. Hopefully they either the replace this bullshit, useless and good for nothing staff soon else sooner or later its going down to the pit.

Pizzas were delicious and were made and delivered quickly. The young man who delivered was also very nice and polite.

Pick up 50% discount on Wednesday and Sunday is great, otherwise it's not worth the price. Also a nasty atmosphere outside the restaurant due to the nearby sports cafe.

This is really really bad. Our order first arrived 30 minutes late, then we missed a product for which I immediately contacted the delivery department, then when I opened the pizza boxes, our ordered pizza was not in them. Then I called Domino's and they said they would make new pizzas for us, which we then waited another hour for. And we didn't even get an apology or anything extra. Really bad branch, this was poorly resolved.

No toilet or other options to wash your hands. They send you to the neighbors to wash your hands.

I have had 2 times now that they did not deliver the pizza. Called me and said that the head office will give back the money and they never did. Then you go to that domino's and they act like they have no idea what they are talking about. NEVER buy pizza's from that location ever.

Delivery for a pizza suggested to get delivered in 10min was not ready after placing the order even after 45min. When we wanted to cancel the order as we were getting late, the manager said that it can only be credited back in 5 to 10 working days. Very rude response and behaviour of the staff...

New: I was tempted to eat pizza again, I came home and I said I'd give them one more chance... I ordered a pizza with tuna and asked for extra mushrooms... I was standing in front of the entrance to the place and the employee probably forgot about the mushrooms and when the pizza came out of the oven, one of the employees took the pizza, returned to the place with the ingredients and sprinkled it with raw mushrooms, then closed the box and after a while called me to pick up the pizza. I come and tell him that I just saw him put raw mushrooms on pizza and he says no. So I open the pizza box and show it to him and he says to me: he's sorry, he forgot and he's explaining something... I tell him you're normal, you put raw mushrooms on pizza, if someone ate it, it could harm him... well, he did. I know... with great grace they made another pizza... you know what, it exceeded my wildest expectations, I'm also filing a complaint to Domino's because it's a f***ing scandal. The premises - close down or replace all the staff because this is not normal!!!! Old : Yesterday I ordered a pizza at the dominos restaurant in bussum it was very good. Today I ordered the same Dominos pizza in Hilversum on Havenstraat and I was very disappointed. Bussum pizza: lots of cheese, chicken and bacon!!! Pizza in Hilversum (havenstraat): you can see the bottom of the pizza from the top, 3 small slices of bacon, and 5 pieces of chicken for the whole pizza. You are the worst dominos pizzeria I have ever been to!!!! I do not recommend !!!

Ordered at 7:18 PM At 9:30 PM we called to see where it was, it had not been picked up because it had been delivered via home delivery, no apologies from the employee, and it would be there within 20 minutes, 40 minutes later around 10:10 PM we finally had our food, the chicken. was cold, tasteless and super soft, while this should be crispy. We deliberately placed a pizza order this afternoon because we have to leave on time tonight. To an appointment. It is now more than 40 minutes later and our pizza still hasn't arrived!! If you come to pick up your order at the agreed time and you are told "the pizza will be made soon", they are already too late. If you wait another half hour afterwards, I become impatient, hungry and therefore grumpy.

Ordered 2 pizzas here last Thursday. Nice promotion, get 2, pay 1. But: the pizzas were delivered almost half an hour late (not very relaxing when you have to leave) and they were just really not tasty. Left in the oven for too long and overbaked, very dry base with a dirty grainy structure. Cheese was not melted but brown and hard. Next time back to the Italian!

Domino's Havenstraat is so changeable. Regularly fast service, alternated with, for example, waiting 2 hours for your order without any notification. After contacting me myself, no excuses or appropriate solution. First the reason was not having any dough and after my 2nd phone call I was told not enough staff. The employee also had to call the manager on the phone for confirmation. I would advise the manager to take more responsibility and speak to his customers himself.

Waiting 2 hours for my order which I don’t receive after all. If you can’t make it in 2 hour period after accepting the order then stop accepting more orders that you can handle. Last 2 months totally uninterested service. People if you are really hungry order from somewhere else to get your stomach filled and your money saved.

I ordered pizza delivery through application, money from my account was gone, but application showed me message like: " Unable to complete your order, please contact our store", And after this i've got nothing - No pizza, no money refound, no answers on my messages to customer service. NOTHING.

Waiting 2 hours for 4 pizzas is bizarre, of course, when you call and staff have to bake 50 pizzas per hour and there are 3 staff, it's idiotic, of course. These waiting times should be better indicated so that you can decide to order pizza somewhere else!

Ordered 2 XXL pizzas, just say tomato sauce with a little bit of pizza. 1 shared and 1 ended up in the trash, that was too much tomato sauce of the good stuff, you couldn't even taste the cheese from the Quattro formagi, ordered a 40 cm pizza of which 10 cm was tomato sauce. SCAMMERS!!!!

I had placed an order via their own website, the delivery person was unintelligible, the extra sauces I ordered were not delivered. During the telephone conversation to ask about the sauces, I was answered with short answers, furthermore, the pizza was not cut properly and the food was almost cold.

Do not order here! They literally take your money. I have been charged, but my order has not been confirmed. I call the dominoes and they say: unfortunately this happens often, order it again (i.e. I have to pay again) and otherwise it will be refunded within 3 days. Who will refund it then? Because it didn't happen. This is a scam.

After waiting 3.5 weeks for a solution without it being resolved, here's a review. - several times missing ingredients that were paid for - actions that don't work and you get a more expensive solution - errors after paid transactions (waiting for your money) I have been waiting for 3.5 weeks for a solution for a refund or other solution. I am told first "it will be automatically refunded within 5 working days" and the other employee says "it will be automatically refunded between 5-10 working days". Now it is 3.5 weeks later and half a week ago I was told that customer service would contact the branch and they would contact me, which has not yet been done. As a result, they miss out on weekly orders of +/- €30, because I'm not going to order ANYTHING if I don't get a solution. The only plus point is that it tastes good, but that's about it...

Na 2 uur wachten zelf maar naar het filiaal gereden. De pizza’s waren nog niet in de oven. Bijna diefstal dat je voor 100 euro besteld en dat de order dan gewoon niet kan worden geleverd. Neem dan de bestelling niet aan!

Personeel tekort bezorgt Dominos kopzorgen net als andere bezorgers ondervinden. Onlangs besteld en de bestelling was meer dan een uur later. Dat kan dus gebeuren maar n.a.v. een telefoontje naar ze toch wel wat minder happy. Belofte op compensaties en dat ze contact gaan opnemen (adress achterlaten) gooien ze gewoon in de prullenbak. Echt zonden. - eerder - Ik vindt prijsstelling (veel acties vaak) en pizza kwaliteit, bezorging en hoe hun concept werkt prima. In Hilversum hebben we veel pizzeria's als NY, Papa's die zelfde 'brood' pizzas maken maar Domino's is daarbij wel beste. Wil je een authentieke 'flap' pizza dan gewoon de Houtoven, Lorenza e.d. doen. Voor de grote ketens zijn ze qua smaak, prijs, service beste...

Kwaliteit is constant. Bezorging prima.

Bestelling was niet compleet en na 25 minuten nog geen nalevering, vervolgens gebeld en word er excuses aangeboden met de mededeling dat de bezorger er nu aan kwam. Ruim 20 minuten later nog niks, weer gebeld en word er gezegd dat de bezorger elk moment er kon zijn. Helaas na 15 minuten nog geen nalevering. Vind dit zeer slecht, dat je een uur aan het wachten bent voor een nalevering .

Meestal zeur ik niet zo snel en dan heb ik al echt wel vaak gehad dat het gewoon te lang duurt tot ze er eindelijk zijn en dan krijg je een coupon voor cinastix.. wat heb ik daar aan?? Ik heb gister 28 maart pizza besteld, nou had ik over dus warm ik dat op. Want de pizza's zijn prima. Maar ik nam een hap, keek naar mijn pizza en zag dat er dus onder een champignon een haar verstopt zat.. echt heel ranzig en zo teleurstellend. Draagt niemand nog haarnetjes en hoe schoon zal het zijn daar..? Haren op mijn eten vind ik echt vreselijk ranzig.

Altijd lekker een pizza van Domino's. Snel besteld en langs gehaald. Vers uit de oven... heerlijk. Alles goed geregeld ook in corona tijd 👍🏻

Pizzas are good, but they delivered the wrong Pizza to me. I had asked for one with roast beef, but instead got one with nothing but cheese. They took more than 30 minutes to bring me a new pizza.

Kan er heen lopen in 2 min, laten bezorgen wegens een leuke deal via de app. Het heeft een uur geduurd, en vervolgens werd de cola vergeten duurde het nog eens een half uur. 2 Fking minuten hier vandaan!!! YOU HAD ONE JOB!!

Je kan net zo goed bestellen, qua wachten.

Bestel speciaal een pizza zonder champignons, gaat er uiteindelijk wel op en voor het snijden wordt dat opgemerkt, terwijl ze ziet dat ik het zie, haalt ze de champignons er af en zegt daarna vrolijk: eenmaal extravaganzza zonder champignons! Kom je thuis is ze ook nog vergeten te snijden. Wees eerlijk of doe het goed, dus, helaas was dat de laatste keer voor mij.
