Pizza Express in Centrum

What terrible service! I ordered pizzas for delivery. The tracker indicated they were ready at the chosen delivery time. When they hadn't arrived after half an hour, I called. The excuse was that there was a delivery shortage. As if that were my problem. The pizzas had just left the store (coincidentally...). When I asked if the pizzas would still be fresh and warm, they answered with dismay. As an alternative, I could get new pizzas. I pointed out their own comment about a delivery shortage and that, for that reason, I shouldn't have any confidence that the pizzas would arrive on time. I wasn't offered any other alternative. After another 20 minutes, the pizzas finally arrived, much too cold, of course. We reheated them in our oven. What terrible service!

If you order a Spicy Buffalo Chicken pizza for almost 18 euros, you get a pitiful disk of dough WITHOUT ranch, WITHOUT chicken and WITHOUT buffalo sauce. While those are literally the ingredients that define this pizza. As if that wasn't bad enough, the store only calls to say that the garlic sauce is gone - fine, it happens. But then they simply deliver half a pizza without 3 of the 5 toppings and say nothing about it, give no discount and no money back. For such a price I expect quality and decent service. This was pure fraud. Not even worth one star. Papa John's Hilversum, you have lost me as a customer.

Evn gum from the street has more flavour than this pizza plus delivery boy was very rude.

The service..ok... they were kind, it's normal that they have to take money! The food is poorly cooked and of poor quality! The hygiene of the location is terrible!

1 star. The most terrible "service" I've experienced in years. Ordered through Thuisbezorgd; after 1.5 hours, still nothing. Called several times: first no answer, then shouted and rudely answered. Response: "It's not in the computer, not our problem, call Thuisbezorgd." Thuisbezorgd correctly stated that the order had been received and confirmed by the restaurant. No delivery, no solution, no apology. Zero accountability, zero customer service. Avoid.
