We've ordered pizza there quite often – so far, it's always been delicious and, above all, very reasonably priced when ordering online. The fact that these online options aren't available when ordering in-store deducts a point for service. Eating in isn't an option, in my opinion.

We ordered twice on Wednesday because they were offering 50% off all pizzas. Super delicious, well-topped, and hot! Friendly service—everyone speaks English.

We always get good, fast service. The pizzas are delicious. We even get a little something extra every now and then :)

Cold pizza and overcooked. Not used to it, but it wasn't good.

I'm very disappointed with our visit to Domino's today. We pre-ordered three pizzas for pickup at 7:45 p.m. and arrived on time. The display indicated we had to wait another 7 minutes. After that wait, two pizzas were ready. The third arrived a little later, but it wasn't the right one. The manager informed us that a mistake had been made and offered to make a similar pizza fresh. This should only take 3 minutes. As compensation, we were offered a drink, which we declined. Unfortunately, it took considerably longer: The third pizza wasn't ready until around 8:10 p.m., about 25 minutes after the original pickup time. When I asked the manager if we even had to pay for this pizza, since we had now waited almost 30 minutes and the other pizzas might be cold, I received no real offer of compensation. Instead, I was told that the other pizzas had "only" been sitting on a warming tray for 11 minutes. I pointed out that it's unacceptable for a pre-booked pickup time to be missed – especially when Domino's offers this service. However, the manager explained that because of the 50% discount day, it was "impossible" to complete all orders on time and that they couldn't offer any further compensation. I find it very unprofessional to cite high demand as an excuse. If Domino's offers such discount promotions, then they must also have the organizational capacity to reliably maintain the service. Otherwise, they should either reduce the number of orders they're taking or clearly communicate that pickup times may be significantly delayed. A drink or an ice cream as "compensation" – for a delay of over 25 minutes – is frankly inadequate. The entire experience was very disappointing. I sincerely hope that Domino's reconsiders its procedures in the future. This is certainly not what customer service should look like.

Highly recommended! Great value for money, with special offers on certain days (buy 3, pay for 2, etc.) My tip: Pizza Margherita with double cheese, Italian style. Divine.

Prima pizza's, niet de beste ofzo maar ze zijn goed te eten. Klein beetje onbeleefde telefonist maar voor de rest.

Was at Dominos for the first time... very high tech everything... Pizza Detroit Chicken Kebab was delicious so far…. I found the price for the large at €18 a bit excessive considering the amount of toppings 🤔Service was quick and the staff was nice.

We used the delivery service, unfortunately the pizzas arrived cold and one was partially burnt. Our complaint was responded to in a very friendly manner, we were given the choice of money back or pizzas again (for free). We chose the pizzas and were not disappointed. I chose the crispy version and got it super crispy, hot, very tasty. We also got a free dessert and ice cream.😋 We will definitely order there again during our vacation. Unusually great customer service! Thank you!

Fast service and friendly staff

Overall good place, food was delivered quickly. The only thing I regret is that when it turns out that a product has run out, they do not contact me but make their own choice about what a replacement would be. I ordered a shake that had run out, I would have preferred if they had called me to ask what I would like instead. Now I had to make a choice at the door between ice cream or nothing, while the other shake flavor we had ordered was delivered. I would have preferred a different flavor shake. Ordered via home delivery.

Domino's Julianadorp is highly recommended! The service is always fast and friendly. The team there is enthusiastic and you really feel that they enjoy their work. The pizzas are delicious and perfectly prepared. The staff is attentive and always ready to help you. A nice place for a tasty meal!

I regularly order from Domino's in Julianadorp and am satisfied every time! The pizzas are always well topped, nice and warm, and delivered quickly. The Pepperoni Deluxe in particular is a favorite here in the house. The delivery people are friendly and always on time, which is very nice. You will also receive good help in the store itself and the atmosphere is pleasant. If you live in Julianadorp and are in the mood for pizza, Domino's is definitely recommended!

Delicious pizzas, but not cheap either.

Without meaning any offense, this was by far the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The staff didn't know which pizza was big or small and didn't know their own prices.

It took 12 minutes from ordering to delivery of the pizzas 🍕 The taste is good, but the price is a little more expensive, but it is also a holiday destination.

A real takeaway pizzeria. There was a bit of sneezing in the kitchen. We mostly had fun with each other. Pizza could have been in the oven a little longer.

On August 19, I paid twice because the screen froze when ordering. They would refund me money from the double payment. Still not done after 1 week. Then I went by to ask if they would return it. That would be done. Still haven't received anything back after 1 week. I have to go after my own money. Scandalous!

Staff hygiene very poor. Staff don't bother to wash their hands before making the pizza or when preparing drinks. (Previously busy with all kinds of other things and smoking outside). Point of attention for the manager!

Are on vacation and ordered very late. Telephone conversation 10/10 very nice, delivery person was a bit late but a 12/10. Food 3.5/5 stars. Will definitely order again. Jeremie Frimpong on the 1 ;)

That really doesn't work at all. Pizza sits on the shelf ready for 5 minutes before anyone notices us. Thank you, it was already cold by then. And with this briquette every Italian would die in the beam.... Oh yes, the hygiene. Please send a check. Someone is always opening finished things and taking a look. Suppliers come in and look everywhere again. Hair? Nonsense, you don't have to do it together. And of course you don't have any receipt because you ordered at the terminal. Please go to a Dutch snack bar

We ordered a vegan 🌱 and a gluten-free pizza to take away. Incredibly delicious 🤤 very nice service people on site. Pizza was still warm on the beach and had been cut beforehand. Sitting there is a bit uncomfortable.

I order a pizza large salami 35 cm and check various extras: cheese, chili pepper, onion, pepper, etc. and arrive at 25 euros. Unfortunately, the outer edge is 5 cm crust around without topping 5 pieces of chili peppers 5 snips of bell pepper. No onion and pepperoni not found.. Pizza was tasty in the middle. And within the delivery time.

Recently ordered for the first time. Delivery was on time, the cinnamon roll was tasty. But the pizza had 2 hairs baked into it, which was really unappetizing.

Very neat store, friendly employees and even a screen where you can order yourself! Pizzas were ready quickly and tasted great!

Super fijne service, fijne sfeer in het pand. Heerlijk gegeten. Had zelf de pizza chicken supreme, deze was in 10 minuten klaar en smaakte super lekker. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Hygiene is not taken into account here. I was in the store for about 20 minutes even though it was only supposed to take 10 minutes. During this time, several drivers came in and went to the pizzas without washing their hands. But those who worked on the pizzas also touched various objects (e.g. cell phones) and didn't wash their hands. The pizzas we ordered tasted good. The difference between a medium pizza and a large pizza is only an approx. 5 cm wide edge that is not baked through. I won't go there anymore.

If an announced waiting time of 15 minutes suddenly turns into 45 minutes, then the pizza can no longer be eaten. A pity. Everyone is very friendly but this long waiting time is unacceptable!

Die Bestellung war schon cool . Man sieht an einem Bildschirm wie lange die Bestellung noch benötigt. Die junge blinde Frau bei der Bestellung war super super freundlich. Die Pizzen haben mega lecker geschmeckt ....boaaa. Es ist noch so viel übrig geblieben die wir dann kalt gegessen haben .....da war die Pizza leider sehr sehr trocken . Egal frisch ist die Pizza der Hammer . Nicht günstig aber lecker

Die Pommes waren sehr klein. Zum Glück waren sie für meinen zwei jährigen Sohn, aber selbst er wurde davon nicht satt!

Eerste keer een Domino's pizza geprobeerd. Staff super vriendelijk/ behulpzaam en pizza met tonijn besteld. Om heel eerlijk te zijn was ik niet onder de indruk van de smaak van de pizza; geen smaak, erg droog, weinig kaas en een taaie deeg. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar ben ik bang.

Die Pizza schmeckt sehr gut allerdings wurde eine von uns bestellte Pizza vergessen. Bei erneutem anrufen, 10 Minuten vor dem eigentlichen schließen des Ladens, wurde dann gesagt, dass sie keine neue Pizza machen werden da der Laden in 10 Minuten schließt.

Leckere Pizzen amerikanischer Art! Sehr gut organisiert mit viel Personal, die Zubereitung erfolgt innerhalb von 15 Minuten.

Een lang gekoesterde wens is in vervulling gegaan; Domino’s in het dorp. Lekker pizzas, precies op tijd, heet. What’s not to like. Hou dit vast! 👍👍 Mijn nieuwe wens: KFC in het dorp. (Gemeente lees je even mee)
