Today I ordered four pizzas from NY Pizza Den Helder for pickup at 5:30 PM. Everything was ready on time, and when I got home, the pizzas were still deliciously warm and fresh. The taste was excellent, just what you hope for when you're craving a good pizza. The staff was also friendly and greeted me politely upon pickup. All in all, a great experience. I'll definitely order from them again!

Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni, it arrived and there was very little on it, called and received a new one, great service, very satisfied with how it was resolved

I ordered two Buffalo pizzas, size 30, with a thin crust, at the counter. My dad and I opened the lids at home and were shocked. Thick crusts and very little toppings on the pizzas, and they charged €36 for them. My dad didn't like it, and I certainly didn't. Although the flavor was good, there were hardly any toppings. I won't be ordering this again.

The taste is great, that's why I ordered it, but too often it arrives cold/lukewarm. They don't solve the problem either and why would you if the store is offered for takeover. That's certainly a shame, but I won't order there anymore, maybe someone else will be lucky with a hot pizza, but I doubt that. If it is not possible to deliver it hot within a radius of 300 meters, it will never be possible again.

Ordered on November 26, pizzas delivered cold. I thought I had agreed in good consultation to get the pizzas credited, at least - owner indicated that he would arrange this the same day. Almost 2 months later and still no credit. Head office keeps saying 'that they will contact you as soon as possible'. A bit of a shame that agreements are made and then people are kept hanging. Next time they really should make the effort to pick them up again and deliver new ones, busy or not.

It's not real pizza, for real pizza I go to the Italian.

This is the 2nd time I get a piece of chicken on my vegan pizza. I am convinced that this is no longer an accident but a bad joke by one of the employees... I hope that more attention can be paid to who keeps doing this. Very unfortunate because the pizzas are otherwise delicious, but is it worth the risk for a 3rd time?

Pizza orders little to no meat whole pieces with only a thin layer of sauce. Order more often, it's done calling, a lot of money for a mediocre product. Best thing you can do is not order.

Ordered today at 5:00 PM and asked at 6:15 PM where our food was. Just finished and arrived shortly. Called again at 6:40 PM. If it still had to be made, it would be there within 30 minutes. 10 minutes later it was there and therefore cold. There was no apology and no compensation. We order there regularly, but this was the 2nd time and so never again.

Pizza ordered, tasted great, I did not enter my address correctly, which caused the order to take longer to be delivered.

Pizza koud. Drie medewerkers aanwezig twee liepen de deur uit. Nieuwe medewerker wist niet wat te doen. Pizza was al klaar en lag lang af te koelen. Toen de ervaren medewerkers weer aanwezig waren om de bestelling af te ronden was de pizza koud. Bedankt!

We placed an order at 18:30 and it came over an hour late. We called them twice and we got the same answer. That said they were busy and short staffed. But after more than an hour, that’s just not okay.

Na ruim anderhalf uur kregen we onze bestelling. Ze zullen wel personeel tekort hebben vermoed ik. De nacho's die we kregen had geen vlees en amper kaas. Dus gebeld en we kregen vrij rap een nieuwe portie met extra vlees en kaas. Goed opgelost. Rest van het eten was prima, maar wel erg lang moeten wachten. Hoop voor ze dat ze wat meer personeel kunnen aantrekken.

Als Tourist kann ich sagen , nächstes Jahr wieder. Beim Campen ein muss! Schnell, Lecker, heiß und reichlich ! Wir haben Lasagne und eine Pizza gehabt. Alles war tadellos!

De pizza zijn niet te vergelijken met een Italiaanse pizzeria en toch is het lekker om af en toe hier een pizza te halen, maar wel met een kortingsactie want voor de volle prijs is het me niet waard. Vriendelijk personeel

Order (2 pizzas) took 90 minutes until delivery. The pizzas were only lukewarm after this time.

Bedienung nett und hilfsbereit. Pizza wirklich lecker. Empfehlenswert.

Hadden een beetje haast (trein) en trek. Maar ze wisten met wat advies over pizzakeuze binnen no time ins toch aan een pizza te helpen, mooi op tijd voordat de trein ging! Toppers!!

Wij namen een familiepizza xxl met vier keuzes, wij hadden 5 kazen, dubbel pepperoni,meatlovers en bbq chicken plus een kleine pizza spinazie. Van welke je ook een punt nam, met alles overheerste de tomatensaus zelfs met de 5 kazen en de spinazie, erg jammer want die zat er juist tussen omdat ik de tomatensaus niet lekker vind. Heb van ellende de korstjes maar opgegeten, eerste en tevens de laatste keer dat we hier een pizza bestellen.

Alles is halal vandaar 4 sterren. Minder tomatensaus op me pizza's en het worden 5 sterren.

Pizza war ganz gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Würde wieder hingehen.

Wat een super geweldig pizza/food adres. Niet alleen een breed aanbod aan pizza's maar ook andere heerlijke produkten. Ook GLUTEN VRIJE pizza, echt super. De kwaliteit is super, de bezorging is super snel, de communicatie is ook perfect en als laatste de geweldige verpakking. Alles bij elkaar, New York Pizza the food place to be.

They have good deals from time to time. The pizzas are always fresh, tasty and flavourful. There's a pretty extensive menu that includes vegan options, and you can customise the toppings. I've only used the pick up service and it's pretty reliable. Quite convenient to set a pick up time just before you take the bus to the ferry.
