Ordered a meal deal for my partner via website paid extra so that she would get garlic and herb sauce however she didn’t receive any which was really disappointing considering how much I paid to ensure she would get some. Pizza was also a bit burnt she showed me.

Always fast service at Domino's on Koningin Emmaplein. Pizzas are warm and richly topped. Ordering online works smoothly and picking up goes smoothly. Nice location with consistent quality. The staff is friendly and works neatly, even when it is busy. Always a reliable choice when I'm craving a quick, tasty pizza.

The service of this place is really disastrous! You order a milkshake at the kiosk and then wait 15 minutes, before the staff is done talking and they have already walked past the receipt 10 times.

With a discount code it is definitely worth ordering here if you don't feel like cooking. You occasionally get a meager chicken pizza, but if you have a complaint they always respond and are very friendly. Pizza is always ready for pick-up/delivered super quickly. Very solid fast food pizzeria. Well organised👍

Every now and then I order a chicken doner pizza here and normally it comes with a good topping, but sometimes it only contains half the normal amount of chicken.

I’ve been a regular at this pizza place for over six years, and the pizza itself is pretty decent—definitely keeps me coming back! However, I’ve had my fair share of frustrations with the service. The employees are often quite rude, which can really put a damper on the experience. Plus, my orders are frequently not ready on time, even when I specify a pickup time. If they could work on the customer service and timeliness, this would be a top-notch spot!

What a nightmare. Staff behind the counter are gone, no one looks at you, spares you a glance or tries to communicate with you. Ordering is done via an ordering column placed on the counter. This column is dirty, because everyone has their fingers on it and it is clearly not cleaned. Unreadable due to greasy fingers and sunlight. Furthermore, there are no more discounts, the pizzas cost around 14 euros and the boxes smell musty, which also makes the pizza taste like stale cardboard. The ordering experience is terrible, and the food subsequently isn't much better. In short, exorbitantly expensive food, where customer experience is irrelevant.

We went to eat at night, it was close to closing time, the floor was a little dirty. When we grabbed the food it fell. I guess the box was closed badly but the boy was still super nice to us, he repeated the order and we left

Prices kinda high. ~15€ for medium pizza… Ok to buy something for social occasions or when everything around is closed. Really like that this one works even until late evening

Placed an order at Domino's on Friday evening via Thuisbezorgd.nl. Paid for pizza (approx. €33) but never saw a pizza. Domino's shifts the blame to Thuisbezorgd (because we did not order directly from Domino's) and Thuisbezorgd shifts it to us, the customer, because according to them the telephone number was entered incorrectly. The latter is not correct, but consultation is not possible. The only option is contact via a chat box. Result...pizzas paid for and never delivered. Totally customer unfriendly approach, so never order from Thuisbezorgd or Domino's again.

No wonder they have such low rating and so many 1 star reviews. SKIP THIS PLACE ! There are plenty of other places

I really like the pizzas there and I want to thank specially to the blonde woman chef that made my pizza even though it was closing time.

A problem raised in a timely manner was not addressed at all. Cold Pizzas and no contact with the franchisee. Never order again. The franchisee has now responded. This suggests that there are too many complaints and that the person placing orders has no point. Unfortunately that is the case. A hot pizza can be expected if you are 45 seconds away from any establishment. If this does not work, the preparation and delivery process is not in order. With double the price and delivery costs, you can just expect a hot pizza. That just doesn't work.

Great spot to have pizza. Service is quick. You can order both and track the status on a screen. Right in front of a bus stop so very convenient location

I pay 20 euros to have the pizza delivered cold. I feel quite put off. Update: I just received a delicious, fresh, hot pizza, super nice! The delivery person (Martin or something like that, I think) even went up and down to bring me something to drink, which was great! Glad I got my money's worth!!

i only had pizza here once and it was standard, but i wanted to leave a review because i had this absurd dream the other day, where i walked past this domino's store, and i was challenged to wrestle the entire staff team of the store in exchange for one free pizza. unfortunately i lost the challenge. but thought i might share.

Take out some pizza's, the payment system did not work but we ware able to use the app to order and it all worked out. Good pizza's for Domino's. Not the real deal, but good for the occasion

Worst pizza ever, stomach ache, way too many herbs, I order 3-4 times a week, but I've never experienced such bad pizza or a stomach ache after food ordered. Fast delivery.

Bad service! Waited more than 10 minutes and the employees were busy on their phones.

Came there via a detour and after a double bike ride of about 325km to buy a delicious Dommie pizza for the road. Saw on the website that there was a nice offer for me. I immediately bought three of them. Back in the car I saw with my route planner that there was still 265km to go. On the way, after about an hour, two had already been eaten. I didn't get around to number three, I wanted to use this for the next day. And I'm going to really enjoy that to the fullest. What struck me in this Domino's was that there was only one person who took my order and some people after me, and also did the preparation. Also packing in the well-known pizza boxes. I visit the dominoes regularly, but I often see a huge number of people walking, serving, delivering and driving around. Hats off to this kind man. Next time I will definitely order and pick up my pizza there in Maastricht, and above all, eat it.

From 5 to 2 stars. The service is still fast for pickup. The staff is also friendly. Only I had a complete stomach ache with my last 2 orders. I don't know if it's the pizza dough or the hygiene (or lack thereof). I have no idea, but I noticed it because I ordered pizza there shortly after and a few hours later I had a terrible stomach ache. After a visit to the toilet it was over, but it was certainly not pleasant. While I never had any problems before after eating Domino's pizzas. For now, this was the last time I order something there.

I'll never come here again. Can't even pay with cash!? Then I walked all the way home to get a debit card and I got a pizza with hardly any tomato sauce or cheese. The bacon was also present in moderate amounts on the pizza. Shame!

The pizzas at Domino's are not really special if you are used to the pizzas from competing pizzerias. The promotion where you get the second pizza for half the price is nice for people who have less to spend and still want to order something.

Pizza was tasty, just a shame if you want to tip via home delivery then it switches to an ABN AMRO account which I don't have.

Service a bit rude or slow but overall it's fine

I called twice to ask a question and have been hung up on twice now. This is not a well managed place to order from and the staff (at least the ones working on December 28th 2020) seem extremely rude and cannot seem to answer phone calls properly.

Delicious as always, everything is great, again and again! Very friendly service, quick and careful. Special requests are - as far as possible - no problem. We always pick things up ourselves, so everything is always fresh and hot.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd app. After an hour and a half, still no pizza. When I called they said they would check it out, but then the phone hung up. Called back again and they confirmed that they had put the phone on the phone. Then it turned out that they had forgotten the order. After 2 hours we finally had our pizzas. The courier was even disappointed that he didn't get a tip. Next time New York pizza.

Recently went to get pizzas from Domino's for the first time. After 15 minutes they were ready, so quite quickly. Since you can't really sit at these dominoes (unfortunately) drive home (10 minutes). Once home, the pizzas were still warm. They were very tasty, but I think it is very pricey to do this every week.

Not much options for Veg as usual. But Veg pizza was not that tasty.

I placed the order an hour ago. But the order has not arrived yet. Give the money back!

I just contacted them by phone to place an order and they didn't make it... And in the past the dough was not baked properly, this is really the last time I will be completely ready again From now on it's delicious New York Pizza.

I placed an order 2 hours in advance to arrive on time due to... my break, then they arrive 25 minutes late. Do I have to pay an order fee of 2.50 for being late and for an order that is 50m further away. RIDICULOUS! never again! They also don't come up with a decent solution. VERY bad service! Had no food during my break from work.

Just had 2 flattened, tasteless bread slices from dominoes. And that for €25!! Has NOTHING to do with pizza and it's cold! NEVER DOMINO'S AGAIN!!!

Went there on February 28th, 2018. Ordered a 5€ pizza and paid in cash and waited in the shop for 20 minutes until I asked how much longer it would take. They said they forgot my order. I asked for my money back and left the store. Useless shop. Won’t come back.

Super convenient location but they get pretty busy so the wait time can be fairly long. It's clean and smells like pizza! The cashier was kind enough to warn us that the cheese balls weren't a good option since they had been sitting there forever. We got the cheese bread instead and it was so yummy!

Dominos, always tasty, but it's a shame that they switched from chicken popcorn to chicken frikandel puree.

I have a flat right around the corner from this location and like to get a pizza and chicken wings from here. Its take away only and service is good and usually quick.

Pretty easy to park your car, there are spaces just in front and around the corner.
