Domino's Pizza Maastricht Hoenderstraat in Wijk 00 Centrum

Extremely poor quality pizza; I've rarely had such a dry pizza. It was truly disgusting. The cheese tasted like it had gone bad, very sour too. I'll never order pizza from here again. And if you complain, they say, "Well, you've been eating for 15 minutes, so don't complain." I literally had the pizza for 2 minutes.

What amazing staff! They were super friendly and super open. Truly the best Domino's I've ever visited. They even helped us with an order. Definitely worth a visit!

You order a pizza with extra toppings... you don't get them, but you pay for them... you call them, and all you get is "I'm sorry!" Not recommended, and I haven't even mentioned the fact that the pizza was delivered cold.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Domino’s in Maastricht Hoenderstraat left a lot to be desired. The seating area was visibly dirty, with stained and worn-out upholstery that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The radiator next to the seating area was dusty and covered in grime – not something you’d expect in a food establishment. To make matters worse, the entrance area was littered with cigarette butts and trash, giving a poor first impression before you even walk in. The pizza tasted bad. I can’t recommend dining in at this branch.

The people working there don't speak Dutch and weren't exactly friendly. The four-cheese pizza I ordered was a pool of oil and grease. After eating it, I got food poisoning, which I'm still suffering from (a day later). I strongly advise against this place. If you can afford to pay a few euros more for your pizza, please go to a regular pizzeria.

Very busy in Maastricht it was difficult to find something gluten-free for lunch. So I ate a gluten-free pizza at Domino's. We received a pizza cutter to cut ourselves. You could also sit there.

I reported my complaint to an employee here. I asked: “Why do you work without gloves?” His answer was: “Gloves are not healthy, without gloves it is cleaner.” What nonsense! The hygiene and cleanliness here are simply zero, as you can see. Furthermore, the pizza we got was completely drenched in tomato sauce and had almost no cheese on it. Really bad experience. Very disappointing!

Ordered a pizza. Clearly not the smartest driver... Door was open, didn't see the shop and was written in large letters the name of the shop. Didn't think to call me again on my phone which apparently was the wrong one, it really wasn't... I had to call them after over an hour to wonder where it was. Not even an apology.. Not brill guys.. just write in clear where you should enter if you are ordering on thuisbezorgd.

The margarita pizza leg was too thin and the ingredients were clearly not of good quality. There was too much tomato sauce in the pepperoni pizza. And the sauce ordered extra was placed directly on the pizza. Not top level hygiene.

Pizza was cold and hard, super thin looks like a burnt lahmacun that has become too hard. I would certainly not recommend this, stated that the pizza should not be delivered to me until 4:30 PM and they said they already made the pizza at 4 PM. Customer service is super bad, no help and angry.

The person that answers the phones there is extremly rude to customers. She fails to provide customers with information regarding the orders. We waited almost an hour and 20 minutes, only to recive a cold meal. Definatly a kitichen nightmare and a service nightmare. DISGUSTING AND APPUALING EXPERIENCE.

Hilarious to keep coming back here and seeing where things go wrong again... wrong toppings, pizza not even barely cut, customer friendliness shines through from the employees! As an employee, this seems to me to be the ideal workplace. If you can ignore customers, you can wear your earphones or headset during your entire shift, and you get paid for it! Go Go Domino!

Had to wait 45 minutes for a small pizza and some fries. There was hardly anyone else in the store, the other customers who came in later were also helped earlier. Food was cold.

We went to order a pizza and the woman behind the counter insisted to order it at the counter. It was a Wednesday so there would be a 50% discount. However, I discovered that we had not received it when I looked at the receipt. When I inquired about this, I received a very short and angry response that this is only online. Well, the lady could have told me that in advance. Not very customer friendly and nice staff.

Worthless, after an hour of waiting you get a cold pizza because a retarded delivery man stands in one spot for 20 minutes because he doesn't understand the streets. When you call you are told that they can't do anything and that they will close in 5 minutes, ridiculous!! What was once a good business has become a very customer-unfriendly business!

One of the better Domino’s locations, and I have to say, it stood out in a good way. I tried their new Cheese Volcano Pizza, and while I was skeptical at first (the presentation looks more for Instagram rather than consumption), it turned out to be pretty delicious. The cheese pull was satisfying, and the flavor was rich without being overwhelming. Definitely a unique addition to their menu that I’d recommend trying if you’re curious. As always, you get what you expect at Domino’s—fast service, decent quality, and reliable comfort food. But this location really elevates the experience with its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. Would definitely return for a casual meal.

Consistent experience of missing items during delivery

It took 2 hours for my order to arrive. I called and asked when the pizzas would come, and they said 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes of waiting, i called again to ensure the pizzas were coming as this dominos has a reputation of cancelling last minute. The lady working told me “if you keep calling the pizzas will not come faster.” Rude staff and very unreliable

Had take-out pizza. It was good, but the location was not clean and there was trash everywhere on the ground. It did not seem like a pleasant place to eat.

Quite unfriendly service who didn't say a word more than necessary. After entering our order into the terminal, payment could not be completed. The only comment was "use a different terminal". She knew that the terminal wasn't working. So she could have told us that beforehand instead of making us enter the entire order first. Otherwise, no friendly look, no word that the food was ready. I wouldn't go here again.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Domino's location. The management is not only unprofessional but also downright disrespectful—both to their staff and customers. While dining, I witnessed the manager yelling at employees over trivial issues, creating an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. It was heartbreaking to see staff treated in such a demeaning way, and it truly felt like I was supporting a place that disregards the dignity of its workers. To make matters worse, I overheard the manager making a call to fire someone at around 10 pm at night. It was a truly appalling experience that made it impossible to finish my meal. This establishment is a complete disgrace, and I genuinely feel sorry for the hardworking employees who endure this treatment. I will never return to this location.

Great pizza, especially at wednesdays when its 50% off!

Pizza was delivered on time but the box was really that dirty! The box of the hot dog and can of soda was also so damaged that it simply leaked. Delivery lady said she just took it 'out of the bag' and didn't know it either! Cuckoo! You can't deliver this. After calling and sending photos, I received new pizza and drinks. That this is the way you deal with your customers? Bizarre!

The pizza is incomplete, not cut precisely, the service is terrible, the guest has no idea about his own work, there is more oil on the pizza than cheese, there is an oil stain :)

May be add some more 🥗..veggie pizza or mushroom could be more delicious..

I order food at 10:54 PM and it said it would be delivered at 11:20 PM. I haven't received anything yet so I call again at 11:54 PM, they said it will be there in 10 minutes. Final score still nothing, now they have turned off the number and have not received an order but have paid. Terrible service.

First at all pizza..... I've order four cheese pizza, was four cheese ? Not , Small , very small, not tasty , half cm of tomato sauce below and little bit probably not more then two kind of cheese on top, not cutted good and they dont provide knife and fork Second very dirty place , there are people who can clean instead walking around and do nothing 14 euro for this....as they called pizza ? Is really too much , is not worth more than 5 (tomato sauce and flour are not so expensive and quantity of other products are really ......limited Strongly not recommended I hope they will fix those ...kind of .....practices

We waited 2 hours for pizza, we called and were told that the delivery person was on his way, but after half an hour we called again and it turned out that the delivery person had just left, so it was also a lie.

Although we were initially satisfied with this location, the delivery is particularly worrying. It is not possible to deliver a hot pizza just a stone's throw away in the Center. Complaints are completely ignored and people would rather lose a good customer.

Cashless and understaffed, they have defect toilets and they still haven’t fixed it. Food takes too long and the portions are so small its ridiculous. They told me that I can go somewhere else when I complained about the toilet. I am speechless.

Have pizza delivered. Was 20 minutes late. And the pizza was not tasty. One that is more bread than pizza, such a thick, soggy, tasteless base. And the topping was mediocre too.

Had a bad experience and filed a complaint. You will then receive a code for a free medium pizza, but even when you pick up you will receive a message that you must have a minimum order value of 9.99, so you are obliged to grab something. Initially I thought it was resolved nicely, but once the checkout and that message on the screen, I get the feeling that they do not want to solve the complaint, but rather want to create more orders

As previously reviewed, the quality is indeed very variable. The same pizza two weeks later suddenly tastes much sweeter, feels drier (I arrived 5 minutes after the original pick-up time) and has less topping, despite the extra toppings I wanted. I could expect some sweetness from such American pizzas, but my stomach did not appreciate this at all. The staff, on the other hand, was okay. For now, I want to take my food cravings elsewhere.

There were very few people on a Saturday during the Easter holidays, so the waiting times were short. The food was delicious, the pizzas were expensive.

I love dominos pizza generally but my experience in this place was disappointing. Employees treat us rude and uninterested. We asked questions for clarification on a few points we did not understand, but received inadequate answers. Ordered shawarma pizza, delivered without garlic sauce. Called about it and reported this error. "We'll bring the sauce in 15 minutes....." maybe my pizza will already be cold then??? Pizza makers better pay attention to this in the future!! And for other customers; check your pizza(s) immediately upon delivery!!

Went here for a shake, unfortunately it took a very long time. The quality is also not great, ice cream too soft and the whipped cream too stiff. That could be much better/

Domino's is part of the elite community that wants to control people's lives and movements. No option to pay in cash. Credit and debit cards only. I am a tourist who was forced to pay by card and got charged extra fees. Whatever happened to cash is king?!?

The pizza was good. Although the lady staff at the counter seemed uninterested and rude while taking the order or helping out with anything. Strangely, tables were unclean and flies roaming all over the lights at the table. Also, surprisingly even though we were dining there, the staff had locked the washrooms and wouldn't let anyone relieve themselves post 10 pm. In addition, there was a lack of tissues and sanitizer. Received the food without any tissue. The counter lady once again mentions that they were out of tissues, however we search around and find tissues on one of the tables besides us. Would help if the staff were more courteous and helpful.

Wanted to order a pizza on June 3, 2021 at 12 noon (half an hour before closing time). I was told it was no longer possible. But ordered a little later at home for delivery, and that is possible. So I had to pay €3.00 more to have it delivered, and also had to order something extra to reach the minimum amount. The employee indicated that he was too busy and therefore could not accept an order. But then I find it strange that I can order to have it delivered to my home.

Food is good. That little redhead in the shop has a very big mouth towards other employees. Sad to experience.
