Nice Domino's with plenty of seating and fast service

The service is good and the food is of good quality for the price; discounts are favorable.

The pizza is tasty, but you absolutely must review the HACCP rules together with the entire staff. It is not pleasant to see an employee standing behind the counter with a cigarette in their mouth, going to the toilet, and coming out with that same cigarette between their lips. Some people touched their hair and used their phones, and then touched the pizzas. If these rules were reviewed together, I am convinced that the experience in this restaurant would improve significantly!

Worst service ever at this Domino's. Placed an order, paid, nothing delivered. Contacted Domino's, who says the delivery person was at the door, rang the doorbell, and called me on my mobile. I placed the order before 2:00 AM because I am on break with the night shift. At 1:50 AM, I went to smoke a cigarette in front of the gate with three colleagues. At 2:10 AM, there still hadn't been a delivery person. I work at a large company with 24/7 security; if someone rings the doorbell, they open the gate. I didn't receive a call from the delivery person either. In short, I paid for something that wasn't delivered. The worst part is that the manager of Domino's Hoenderstraat is also making me out to be a liar. Deeply, deeply pathetic for a global company like Domino's.

The second pizza would be free, but receiving one

Order a pizza, it gets delivered cold. I call them and get transferred to someone else 3 times, and eventually you are told we can't do anything for you... excuse me? Just pay for a cold pizza and they can't do anything for you. I've totally experienced this here.

What a terrible place. I ordered a normal Italian chicken kebab pizza, so after waiting half an hour I received the box, which just says Italian on it. When I got home I wanted to eat it, but I got a tortilla in the box with burnt chicken and it looked awful. I called them but they refused to admit they made a mistake. Never go here unless you want to set the whole place on fire, which I would highly recommend.

Pizza not delivered! The store refuses to resolve the issue! The worst service I've ever experienced! Don't order from Domino's. Advice: stand in front of the store with a banner saying your pizza wasn't delivered and they don't want to resolve the issue. That's what I'm going to do.

We ordered a pizza through the dominos app and never received it and no one is answering the phone. Money isnt refunded as well. Update: they answered the phone said it will be here in 20 minutes 1 HOUR AGO and still didnt receive it.

Very dissapointed. The staff is very rude, ignorant and loud. While we were eating inside they slammed the door, shuffle tables (with such hard noises) like we were not even there. This is not a good atmosphere to eat food. Very loud guys. Not attentive at all. Our experience went from a solid 7 to a 4. Never eating here again.

It's pizza, can't go very wrong with that. However, the staff is mostly a lot of frat boys making loud and inappropriate jokes about customers, so watch out for that.

This has been incredibly frustrating and ruined the end of my vacation, but I feel that I should leave this review in hopes of some kind of consequences. On this Wendesday, the 17th of December, my wife and I (both women) went to grab pizza with a friend who was visiting before going to the christmas market. Unfortunately, the behavior that we endured from staff was unacceptable and, honestly, really disgusting. Not a great end to our vacation. Throughout our visit, some members of staff were going out of their way to stare at us, while laughing amongst themselves and making jokes loud enough for other customers to overhear. When we received our pizzas and large coke (1.5L to share), we were not offered cups, so our friend went to the counter to ask for some cups for us. The staff member he asked said that they do not have any cups for us. When our friend turned his back, staff started looking at us and laughing (like, full on laughing) and one of them LOUDLY said "hahaha 2 girls 1 cup" while looking at us. They kept laughing about it and repeating it to each other. Let me explain what 2 girls 1 cup is, to illustrate why this is SO messed up and disgusting, especially IN A RESTAURANT!!! It's a lesbian p*rnographic/adult movie from the early 2000s. Not just any adult movie, though: It's a scat movie in which the two women in the video defecate into a cup, both eat it, and then vomit said fecal matter into each other's mouths and all over each other, over and over. It's extremely vile. I guess the pizza was okay, but it was kind of hard to stomach anything in that environment, and it has left me feeling kind of gross since then. Nor did any of us feel safe eating food prepared by people who are happy to loudly say things like that. My wife and I had been getting pizza from this location for a solid two years now, but will not come back for.. well.. obvious reasons. I've NEVER witnessed such disrespectful, disgusting behavior by staff anywhere in the Netherlands since I moved here. Do better, Dominos & Dominos staff who did this!!!

The food was already cold because they were so incredibly slow, rolling cigarettes in the kitchen and packing the pizzas at a snail's pace. No one speaks Dutch.

They were 70 minutes into the delivery and I called for an update. SInce they said the pizza was not even in the oven I asked for cancellation. They said they will and I closed. I had to call 15 minutes later because the order was not cancelled via the thuisbezorgd website so I wanted guarantee that it is indeed cancelled. They told me not to worry that they will cancel it by sending ticket but the order was never cancelled days later.Thuisbezorg doesnt let u open tickets that were more than 24 hours ago. I never got my pizza, never got my money, and will need to follow-up via phone/email now to get 30 euros back. Waste of time and money, horrible uncaring service.

Extremely poor quality pizza; I've rarely had such a dry pizza. It was truly disgusting. The cheese tasted like it had gone bad, very sour too. I'll never order pizza from here again. And if you complain, they say, "Well, you've been eating for 15 minutes, so don't complain." I literally had the pizza for 2 minutes.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Domino’s in Maastricht Hoenderstraat left a lot to be desired. The seating area was visibly dirty, with stained and worn-out upholstery that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The radiator next to the seating area was dusty and covered in grime – not something you’d expect in a food establishment. To make matters worse, the entrance area was littered with cigarette butts and trash, giving a poor first impression before you even walk in. The pizza tasted bad. I can’t recommend dining in at this branch.

The people working there don't speak Dutch and weren't exactly friendly. The four-cheese pizza I ordered was a pool of oil and grease. After eating it, I got food poisoning, which I'm still suffering from (a day later). I strongly advise against this place. If you can afford to pay a few euros more for your pizza, please go to a regular pizzeria.

I reported my complaint to an employee here. I asked: “Why do you work without gloves?” His answer was: “Gloves are not healthy, without gloves it is cleaner.” What nonsense! The hygiene and cleanliness here are simply zero, as you can see. Furthermore, the pizza we got was completely drenched in tomato sauce and had almost no cheese on it. Really bad experience. Very disappointing!

Ordered a pizza. Clearly not the smartest driver... Door was open, didn't see the shop and was written in large letters the name of the shop. Didn't think to call me again on my phone which apparently was the wrong one, it really wasn't... I had to call them after over an hour to wonder where it was. Not even an apology.. The margarita pizza leg was too thin and the ingredients were clearly not of good quality. There was too much tomato sauce in the pepperoni pizza. And the sauce ordered extra was placed directly on the pizza. Not top level hygiene.

Pizza was cold and hard, super thin looks like a burnt lahmacun that has become too hard. I would certainly not recommend this, stated that the pizza should not be delivered to me until 4:30 PM and they said they already made the pizza at 4 PM. Customer service is super bad, no help and angry.

The person that answers the phones there is extremly rude to customers. She fails to provide customers with information regarding the orders. We went to order a pizza and the woman behind the counter insisted to order it at the counter. It was a Wednesday so there would be a 50% discount. However, I discovered that we had not received it when I looked at the receipt. When I inquired about this, I received a very short and angry response that this is only online. Well, the lady could have told me that in advance. Not very customer friendly and nice staff.

One of the better Domino’s locations, and I have to say, it stood out in a good way. I tried their new Cheese Volcano Pizza, and while I was skeptical at first (the presentation looks more for Instagram rather than consumption), it turned out to be pretty delicious. The cheese pull was satisfying, and the flavor was rich without being overwhelming. Definitely a unique addition to their menu that I’d recommend trying if you’re curious. As always, you get what you expect at Domino’s—fast service, decent quality, and reliable comfort food. But this location really elevates the experience with its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. Would definitely return for a casual meal.

Consistent experience of missing items during delivery

It took 2 hours for my order to arrive. I called and asked when the pizzas would come, and they said 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes of waiting, i called again to ensure the pizzas were coming as this dominos has a reputation of cancelling last minute. The lady working told me “if you keep calling the pizzas will not come faster.” Rude staff and very unreliable

Quite unfriendly service who didn't say a word more than necessary. After entering our order into the terminal, payment could not be completed. The only comment was "use a different terminal". She knew that the terminal wasn't working. So she could have told us that beforehand instead of making us enter the entire order first. Otherwise, no friendly look, no word that the food was ready. I wouldn't go here again.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Domino's location. The management is not only unprofessional but also downright disrespectful—both to their staff and customers. Great pizza, especially at wednesdays when its 50% off!

Pizza was delivered on time but the box was really that dirty! The box of the hot dog and can of soda was also so damaged that it simply leaked. Delivery lady said she just took it 'out of the bag' and didn't know it either! Cuckoo! You can't deliver this. After calling and sending photos, I received new pizza and drinks. That this is the way you deal with your customers? Bizarre!

The pizza is incomplete, not cut precisely, the service is terrible, the guest has no idea about his own work, there is more oil on the pizza than cheese, there is an oil stain :)

Although we were initially satisfied with this location, the delivery is particularly worrying. It is not possible to deliver a hot pizza just a stone's throw away in the Center. Complaints are completely ignored and people would rather lose a good customer.

Cashless and understaffed, they have defect toilets and they still haven’t fixed it. Food takes too long and the portions are so small its ridiculous. They told me that I can go somewhere else when I complained about the toilet. I am speechless.

Had a bad experience and filed a complaint. You will then receive a code for a free medium pizza, but even when you pick up you will receive a message that you must have a minimum order value of 9.99, so you are obliged to grab something. Initially I thought it was resolved nicely, but once the checkout and that message on the screen, I get the feeling that they do not want to solve the complaint, but rather want to create more orders

As previously reviewed, the quality is indeed very variable. The same pizza two weeks later suddenly tastes much sweeter, feels drier (I arrived 5 minutes after the original pick-up time) and has less topping, despite the extra toppings I wanted. I could expect some sweetness from such American pizzas, but my stomach did not appreciate this at all. The staff, on the other hand, was okay. For now, I want to take my food cravings elsewhere.

Went here for a shake, unfortunately it took a very long time. The quality is also not great, ice cream too soft and the whipped cream too stiff. That could be much better/
