Delicious pizzas, fast friendly service

We ordered 5 pizzas and then I went to get the pizza with a friend. We arrived and someone had brought a garbage bag to take their pizza home. Foreshadowing. When we got our pizza, I asked for a bag. But I only got a curt no for an answer. No reference to the law or environment that inspired this choice, just a cold no. I care about the environment but treat me like a human being! Due to a lack of straps, we had to cycle with 5 pizzas in our hands. We didn't want any dripping cheese in our luggage racks. As Dutch people, we are gifted with bicycles, but the pizzas were still almost cold when we arrived home. Only 5 minutes by bike.

I ordered from these Domino's for 2 people. And after 1 hour we still had not seen or received any pizza. So we tried calling the branch. Was not recorded. So never again!

Bad management, order not delivered after two hours and worthless response from this dominos. AVOID DOMiNOS

Great location of Domino's. In general, the (whole 2) tables are clean, and if they are not, they are cleaned for you almost immediately when you ask. The staff consists mainly of teenagers, but you notice that they respect the business (even when the owner is not there). The pizzas themselves are of good quality, and if there is something wrong with them you will almost always be accommodated. -- Furthermore, it seems like a TikTok rizz party in the evening, because there is always loud music that is directly ripped from TikTok. It's funny, because you don't see that often.

We ordered 9 large pizzas today. 7pm and they were there right on time. They were also wonderfully warm. We didn't have a receipt (forgot to ask), we called and they very politely sent the receipt by email. We are very satisfied. Thank you. Greetings from the staff of De Pannenkoekenboot Nijmegen

We called after an hour of no order, and we were told that it was on the way. We got a call from them after 2 minutes saying they didn’t have ham for the pizza we ordered. We were lied to without a second thought. Now that we have chosen a new pizza we have been waiting for another half an hour when it was told it would be here in 10 minutes. Sad to see such a good chain let down their customers.

Ordered pizzas a few hours in advance to have them delivered at 6:30. It is now past half past eight and the app has said that they have been making the pizzas for an hour. If you call to ask if they can give an indication of the time, you will not be asked about your order, but will immediately say that it will take another half hour. That half hour is now almost an hour. Wondering if we'll get the pizzas at all. Very bad service.

Cold poorly baked pizza with raw ingredients and they forgot 1 pizza so 35 minutes waiting for raw orders

Always fast delivery and good food. However, today the delivery took a very long time and I ended up getting a cold pizza. Since I was not used to this, I decided to call anyway. I was treated kindly and within a short time I received a new hot pizza. It is always possible to make mistakes, but solving mistakes in such a neat manner does not happen often. That's why 5 stars for these dominoes!

Visit: 10-01-23 Picked up pizza around 6:30 PM and ate there. Don't think the guys behind the counter noticed we were there. Several swear words were used during the conversations with each other. Swearing about illnesses and whining about the wages they received. One wants to leave early for the bus because otherwise he would have to wait half an hour, but then nothing is done regarding work. Floor dirty, tables dirty, toilet dirty, counter dirty. Never seen such unmotivated and uninterested staff. Pizza was as normal, not bad not great.

Bad… pizza was supposed to be delivered at 5:54 PM, but it finally arrived at 7:24 PM. Delivered to my neighbors without calling me and also the wrong pizza and not warm.

Friendly staff. Richly filled pizzas. Pizza base could be a bit firmer/crispier, perhaps the treadmill in the oven is running a little too fast

After 1.5 hours of waiting the 2 worst pizzas ever received. Every pizza maker in Italy says this is not pizza. The pepperoni was more burnt than a sandwich after an hour and a half in the sandwich maker. Do not order here!

Waited 45 minutes due to a malfunction. Normally good quality but now less so

After waiting 2.5 hours we still haven't received our order and no response to our phone calls. Already paid and money back is not an option. This really isn't possible. We don't know how long it will last...

I have now had the wrong order 3 times and no response to my reviews. Ball tent.

The branch is run by a very competent guy who has the respect of his staff. They work hard and make the best pizzas you can find in Nijmegen.

Ordered a pizza together with a colleague. Colleague later went home sick. After contacting Domino's I was able to cancel 1 pizza and received the money back. My pizza was delicious.

Outstanding food and good service

Quite a nice place for a takeaway pizzeria; neat, clean and friendly and relaxed staff. It's a pity that as a Social Deal guest I have to go through life anonymously as SD01. And the Caprese pizza was delicious! Too bad there is no wall socket to charge your mobile phone, otherwise I could have watched YouTube videos with the plate on my lap. I'm typing quickly dooooooooor because my battery is almost dead

Very nice and good tasting pizza, delivery is pretty fast most of the time. If you fon't want to pay full price for your pizza you should go to their site and see if there's any coupon you can use for your pizza.
