Cafetaria-Pizzeria La Perla in Wijk 07 Dukenburg

I ordered a giant kapsalon doner with rice and had to pay an extra 3 euros for the rice. It was 21 euros for a kapsalon, and I'm now in bed with severe food poisoning. Never order from here!

What a crappy place this is. Unfriendly, stressed-out staff. A bear claw with peanut sauce costs 6 euros. The fries are only half-cooked. Tip: there's a much better cafeteria two doors down.

I recently received several emails from them asking for my information. I've called them several times about this and have been hung up on every time. People, beware.

They're sending me spam emails at odd hours, even though I've never been there. I live on the other side of the Netherlands. I have no idea how they got my information. Scammers.

Don't order here!! My elderly mother-in-law ordered two special fries for €13. After only one was delivered, she called and was told the order included delivery charges, even though she ordered two. She refused to deliver the second and hung up the phone. What a scam, €13 for a special fries order. Never again La Perla.

Unbelievable stops 20 min before closing and then gets angry because you come to order. Regular customer lost. no respect for customers!

I've been a customer of this place for 17 years. They always forget something. "You'll get it free next time," they say on the phone. Never seen a refund! Ordered on time (via the website). It wasn't on time. We were on our way... twice in half an hour. Finally, I drove there myself, and only then did the delivery driver pass by (in their own parking lot). Even when I said I wanted a refund, it wouldn't work. 35 euros gone and no food!! NEVER AGAIN at this awful place! Absolutely disgraceful!!

Friendly staff. They accidentally added extra sauce to my kapsalon. When I called, I received a new one very quickly. It was resolved neatly and efficiently.

Simple cafeteria don't expect too much

Ordered several times in a short time and every time very satisfied. We spent an average of €6 per person. I ordered the largest doner hair salon which weighed 1.15kg! It was very tasty and well filled. Definitely a good place at the moment!

What a bad thing this is, food is fine. But the arrogance of this staff is downright scandalous. Something often goes wrong with the order, incomplete, wrong sauces, you name it. The final straw was today's order, placed a small order and opted for delivery, received confirmation that it will be delivered within 60 minutes. After 75 no food yet, so I call to ask how long it is expected to take, because I understand that it can be busy. The man who speaks to me can only answer busy, doesn't waste time doing nothing. I ask for a time and he just pushes me away, listen, you shouldn't do that with me. I drive myself to the shop to have a discussion for another 5 minutes and am fobbed off with the words, madam, what should I do, should I hang myself here or something, I'm busy. Never here again for me!

They charge a deposit on cans that do not have a deposit and did not want to give extra sauce and they were also very rude!

This is just a cafeteria that you shouldn't step foot in... so rude that you shouldn't spend a cent on. It should be forbidden especially the owner who doesn't know how to deal with customers. Never experienced something like this before Too bad for words that I can't place here

I got 2 bites today, it scared me to death. 8.80 euros that includes 1 ball of minced meat with pieces of onion and satay sauce. 4.40 euros each. BA BA.

Back in 2012, I always got a döner sandwich after swimming. It was doable, but I didn't think it was very tasty. The lettuce was dry and the meat was not very cooked.

For me the best cafeteria in Nijmegen. Friendly service, large portions, delicious satay sauce. We regularly come from Beuningen to eat here.

Called at 5:00 PM to see if delivery was possible at 5:45 PM. Delivery person rings the bell at exactly 5:45 PM. Fries crispy and not burnt, lots of meat and fresh lettuce. They are not frugal with products here, so value for money! Paying by card at the door is no problem, even on Sundays.
