always delivered very quickly and warmly, even though I live far from the branch. the delivery people are all very friendly too :)

Paid 6eur for 6 not crispy at all nuggets, from which one of them was size of a one bite and other not cooked in the middle. Unfortunately pizza was disappointing too, was really looking forward to try out pizza with honey, but honey was barley there and garlic oil on crust wasn't better. And to be honest looks like some pepperoni pieces are missing too.

It was the worst pizza ever really. I will never order from all locations again, not tasty at all.

Very unsafe situation experienced, children were shocked. After waiting almost 2 hours for my order and I hung up the phone out of frustration, I felt insulted and the delivery person came to the door to get a story, I told the delivery to continue and not to threaten with black lists etc etc at my own door, while I have not offended anyone. They didn't think it was normal that after waiting 2 hours for my food, which also arrived lukewarm, I hung up the phone on the line. They thought I was rude because of that. After experiencing the unsafe situation at my front door, they also called me again and said that I had threatened their delivery hahahaha, not normal, never experienced this before, children very shocked, never ordering here again, very unfriendly and unsafe experience. Very shocked

The photos say enough. This is how this New York Pizza delivers its pizzas Specially ordered a double tasty, so 2 pizzas in 1. The delivery person managed to deliver the boxes upside down. All toppings had been completely shifted, so nothing was left of the double tasty idea. Moreover, the pizza was also lukewarm. After calling I received an apology, they would inform the delivery person that this was not the intention. No compensation or replacement pizza was offered. Nice then: pay €14 for a lot of misery.

NY pizza Sint Annastraat Nijmegen. I called well in time the last two times, but the order arrived half an hour late and lukewarm both times. We reported it last time, so we now had a discount. So now we have to wait a long time again, which is not nice with hungry children. Was the last time for us.

Usually I order pizza and it is amazing, really. To the point where I crave it once a week. HOWEVER, recently ordered side dishes (chicken nachos, buffalo wings etc), and spent the next day in the toilet with food poisoning.

Super tasty pizza, but wanted to eat it nice and warm inside but was not allowed.. now it got cold (After nyp's response, I understand... if it has to do with a permit. Fine! Pizza was super tasty, just a shame, so I adjusted my review from 2 to 4 stars, hopefully they will take care of it in the future that it is possible, because it was a disappointment. Perhaps in the future we should mention the past and/or arrange a permit)

Terrible gluten free pizza. Had basically no sauce and left an unappetizing taste in the mouth. Why advertise gluten free pizza if you're going to sell us cardboard? Teriyaki wings were fine, could've done better with some more sauce.

Ordering pizza was nice via home delivery! We were easily able to pick up on time. The result of the pizza was great. It also tasted delicious and that famous crust that New York is known for was great. I've enjoyed it.

Ordered pizza on Monday. Was delivered to a different address by the delivery person. They had no option to make new pizza because the oven was off??. Money was supposed to be refunded, but nothing was received on Friday. Wrong delivery can happen, but I think this is poor service. If it had been resolved in time, this 1-star review would not have been necessary.

Ordered in a hotel via home delivery. Asked in the comments if he wanted to call instead of handing over. Polite guy. Food was delivered quickly and still warm. Pizza tasted good. A great place, especially on Tuesdays when all pizzas are €5.50. Good pizzas and short waiting times. There are also pizzas for €5 on other days, but these are simple ones.

Cold pizza. When you pick it up, the pizza is not ready yet. A little later you'll see a pizza disappear into a warm bag. Fifteen minutes later someone opens the bag and looks at the pizza and it turns out to be for me. I make another comment about why he is in the bag for fifteen minutes. No idea is the answer. Their scooter boys regularly go 60++ km/h and make the bike lane at Sint Annastraat a very dangerous place for everyone in the evening. Pizza is nice and they often have good new ideas, but you are putting people people into danger when you are ordering from this place.

Fine if you want to eat pizza quickly, if not I would recommend going to a good pizza place.

They can sometimes forget something. Most pizzas are tasty and good to eat, but some can be a bit too salty or sweet. Quick service. There is often a discount for collection (students). I order a pizza here every other week with my housemates and every now and then someone forgets to prepare something. This takes time, while we actually pick up here because it is so fast (due to sports).

Today, August 5, 2018, I contacted New York Pizza located on Sint Annastraat in Nijmegen by telephone. After a brief telephone contact, we were informed by telephone that this branch no longer delivered to our address in Lent, resulting in the request to contact the new branch located on the Molenweg in Nijmegen. First of all, I would like to briefly comment on the unprofessional working method, which resulted in us being referred. A new branch is opening and so we decide to no longer deliver in Lent? Don't be surprised, just be amazed. We will then contact the branch located on Molenweg in Nijmegen by telephone. Unusually, but not entirely unexpectedly, we are of course not in the database here, which means we have to report everything again. I seriously wonder who took care of the above, because these young man(s) and/or lady(s) still need some development. Finally an employee answered the phone. He first asks my partner her name. After indicating 5 times that his name was De Jong, the response was Dion? No, de Jong. Dion? No, de Jong. The bear? my wife has given up. Can we blame her? Way the go New York Pizza!! Another consumer poorer!

We ordered online, couple of pizza from this place however we were not happy with the Pizza we had. It had loads of garlic powder and pizza was very dry and very less cheese. Not recommended.

Best pizza in town for cheap prices. Also if you register on their websites you always get special deals and you earn points with each order. Once you have a certain amount of points you can get free pizza or other products. Delivery is always very fast as well, usually arriving before the estimated time.

If my takeaway order is late, my girlfriend always gets a can of drink. While that never happens to me. It's going to stand out. Otherwise just good pizza. Like all NYP, fresh ingredients and a good, greasy bite.
