NL; This is a great Dominos with a super fun atmosphere. The location is perfect for me. The staff is very nice and always well informed about everything. If you're lucky, sometimes they'll throw a little "extra" into your order. The pizzas and sandwiches are incredibly fresh and delicious. My favorite are their BBQ wings. Give them a chance and pick up your pizzas here. 5 stars all around! AND; This is an awesome dominos with a great vibe. It's location is perfect for me. Of the 5 orders in the last few months, 4 have gone terribly wrong. Had to wait 2 hours for a chocolate pizza box tonight. Because they didn't get the order right. No excuses, in fact: the delivery person brought extra poffertjes due to an error. If he didn't give it as compensation, he simply took it with him. Paid for something I didn't get. Because my payment did not match.

Bad service and unreliable employees. Ordered at 5:00 PM and asked how long it would take, they said “a little longer than half an hour because it is busy”. Fine, so ordered. I place an order via the app and pay with ideal. Not surprisingly, the payment goes completely well. Then I don't get any food. Of course I called the dominoes and according to the gentleman the payment had not been received and neither had the order. So this gentleman's brilliant solution was that I simply placed the order again and of course made the payment again and then they would come and deliver my order. Of course we did not do this and I filed a complaint (or as they so nicely call it on the website feedback) stating that I want my money back, but it will take five days before you receive a response. In short, do not order here.

I am a student here in the Netherlands, I ordered pizza for the first time from dominos because it is a big company and has good pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived late and really cold. Also it had a really weird taste, it felt like somebody did something to it, but I don’t want to accuse anyone. I hope that the next time I’m going to have a better experience.

Worthless. Ordered 1st time today and had a BBQ chicken sandwich. Sandwich was soggy and not even half the size as in the photo on the site. There was very little chicken on it and the vegetables were wilted and greasy. There was cheese on it even though I had deleted it from the selection menu on the site. Good enough when you are a hungry student. We ordered many pizzas here. More often than not the pizzas tasted great. The only pizza I didn't like was the classic peperoni, all the other ones were great. The price is affordable but could be a little cheaper. Most times we ordered the pizzas to be delivered, which was always very fast and you could track it through the website.

Just ordered 3 pizzas, not a single red onion to be found on the tonno. Hot and Spice Very sparse with ingredients. Pizzas not warm. This was the first and last time in Hatert! We go back to Groenenstraat.
