Worked there all week at the intersection and regularly when the intersection remained open for Domino's delivery people. But no thank you or cup of coffee, pizzas so no star from us

When I got home and saw this, it was the last thing I expected from a company like this. I don't understand how you can take something like this out of the oven and think, 'Yeah, I can still give this to a customer.

Delicious pizzas, friendly team in the kitchen and they work hard!

Ordered a pizza box with snacks for the first time and selected 2x kick'n chicken as a side dish. I got 5 pieces. So I call, and I am asked on the phone: "Do you want those extra 3 pieces of chicken or a discount?" So I say, how you say that sounds a bit condescending, because this seems quite little to me for 2 portions of side dish. The young man says, "Well, that all depends on how you handle it." Sorry ended the call as this is not customer service.

Very tasty pizzas, nice staff and a great atmosphere in the store. The pizza is neatly brought to me and I am greeted when I come and go.

Pizza is not delivered and cancelled by domino's due to illness of delivery person. I have been waiting for a refund for 11 days and after several phone calls.

Ordered and indicated that it would arrive around 7 p.m., but still not received at 8 p.m. Called and said within 5 minutes. 15 minutes later it is still not there. And finally everything is almost cold

Food is okay. But the restaurant always scares me, it's dirty. I tidied everything up there last night while waiting. Chairs pulled up, tables cleared. The garbage can was completely full. Another employee immediately came with a large garbage bag. Bakker sat down to chat with a classmate. Broom in hand, money handling and food preparation are done without gloves. I told him that this doesn't work! He looked a little disinterested. I said I mean well. He thanked me for the feedback, but whether he will do anything with it... where is the manager?

Order incomplete, salad dressing as pizza sauce, received 2 cans of ice tea instead of a milkshake. And no sauce for dessert

Last Sunday evening it looked like a nursery, which we looked at in amazement. It would be nice if there was an adult present who could keep the children in line. Loudly swearing at each other with 'cancer' and constantly ringing on the phone while you are preparing an order, does not seem to me to be part of decent business operations. Because employees are not busy with their work but are busier with each other and the telephone, half of the order was incorrect. What a scandalous display!

Waiting 1.5 hours and still no pizza... It came out of the oven 35 minutes ago, the employee said. Unfortunately, 6 employees were sick and they are delivering all orders tonight with 2 delivery people. Very annoying of course for all employees, but communicate this with the guests, or come up with a solution.

Employees are working as stoned as a shrimp. They spoke to me very strangely on the phone. Food is given half-prepared and doesn't taste like anything. My appetite is gone.

Ordered 6:36 PM. It's Saturday, can be busy. Fine. 7:48 PM Pizza Tracker: "Order has been delivered." However, nothing yet. Called at 8:36 PM. "Is on the way." Called at 9:09 PM. "Must be on its way. There's nothing left here." Said I would call back within 15 minutes if it wasn't there yet with the expectation that it would be freshly made again. Called at 9:26 pm. I was admitted and immediately hung up. Fine. And I'm glad I never have to experience this again, because I won't be coming back here. Edit: so I got nothing.

Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, after 2 hours I received a call that it was very busy and that it could take longer. So I said I want to cancel it, This gentleman can do that, your money will be refunded, this can take between 5 and 8 days. After 10 days nothing was refunded so I called the branch. But time and again there is no manager present. This is very bad. Still need to get my money back.

Lousy service, I'm used to better from other Domino's branches. After an hour and a half the pizza was delivered, cold, I had to warm it up myself. I contacted the branch by telephone, but they had no one to deliver, but they did accept online orders and people still had to call after their order. If you don't have people to deliver, cancel the online order as well. I'm sure if I hadn't called, I wouldn't have received my order, I had to call 5 times before the phone was answered. WORTHLESS

So, I ordered from here 4 or 5 times now. Twice I ordered when they had the 1+1 promotion, and each time the "free" pizza was almost empty. This is just stupid.

I worked here as a bicycle delivery person, and the work I did was fine. But the collegiality and atmosphere was quite disappointing. I feel very uncomfortable when I was in the business. Some things were said whether it sounded sarcastic or very serious. And here and there I sometimes hear people swearing about cancer. Really not a nice job 😠

Ordered a pizza online yesterday to pick up about 1.5 hours later. Once I arrive at the branch, I see a terribly disorganized team working, with multiple orders piled up that the team can barely identify. There seems to be no structure in their work, which means that orders cannot be processed properly. My own order was nowhere to be seen. Every time an employee asked for my order they couldn't find it and were distracted by other tasks so I saw 3 employees and ultimately still got no help. Fortunately, 1 employee had seen the light and started preparing my order again. After an extra 30 minutes we went home with freshly made pizza and chicken. Fortunately these were fine. But what a tragedy... There is a lack of team management, overview and delegation of tasks. I will never order from here again.

Today I got 2 delicious pizzas with the nice "2nd pizza for free" discount. The last time I picked up, you couldn't sit there yet. Very nice that this is now possible! We went to eat the pizzas in the Goffert park, unfortunately we didn't get that far... Unfortunately, the pizzas fell on the ground and 1 of the 2 was completely smeared across the road... We then went back and got rid of the pizza. Two friendly guys behind the counter gave us a new one, which was delicious by the way! Super service, highly recommended.

Had to wait 1.5 hours for 3 pizzas. We had chosen to have it delivered, but after 1 hour the pizza had not even been prepared, we ultimately opted for pick-up. In the end, 1 pizza didn't even have a complete topping. Always had a great experience, but this is dramatic.

Food was thrown around because it was a mess. Food was cold. Ordered at 20:30 to be delivered at 21:15. The actual delivery was at 23:15. Called to make an complaint. Got waived away by the delivery persons. The fries where cold and not eatable. Got stuck on the carton box. Very bad delivery

Waited more than 1.5 hours for the food. It was supposed to be delivered but after waiting an hour after the agreed time, nothing had arrived or been communicated. When I came in everyone was leisurely working and some were even on the phone. Didn't get anything except a lame excuse and pizzas that I took home, one of which wasn't even the pizza we ordered. I won't be ordering here again.

After waiting almost 3 hours I received a soaked bag into which they poured the chicken loose. Leaking from grease and rain and with holes and all. And I live 9 minutes by bike. The can of coke never arrived and the rest was inedible. Wasted money. Incredible

Always have a good experience with the pizzas and also the pizza tracker (I always order online) but the staff does not greet you when you enter and is not customer-oriented. Have to ask for my pizza myself. For the rest completely fine.

It's really strange that you can't order during the Four Days Marches, they are there to deliver food!

Scandalous service after calling 3 times and waiting 2 hours we still didn't have a pizza. When I called 4 times, the connection was disconnected the moment I filed my complaint. Tip: report it if it is too busy to deliver, or indicate in advance how long the waiting time will be.

The only positive thing about this place are the pizzas, but of course they don't do much for that themselves. The pizzas are often cold upon arrival and you may have to wait more than an hour for them. When they get there, they also forget half of your order haha... Customer service is not available.

I ordered the food at 6:15 PM, an hour and a half later it is still on 'preparing'. When I called Domino's, it turns out that they haven't even started preparing it yet.

Delivery took 2.5 hours. Something went wrong during the order, paid twice. After a month of waiting I still haven't gotten the money back. Really lousy service. Called several times about the order and the refund, but service was poor with the refund and certainly not about the order, the employee spoke to you in an antisocial manner.

Ordered pizzas at 5:00 PM, they arrived cold at 8:00 PM (!). Tried calling several times, but could not be reached by phone. Not to be repeated.

Waited two hours for a margarita pizza. And we live less than 200m away. You are kept on the line every time you call: “we are on our way” or “another fifteen minutes”. Not so. In the end the pizza was delivered cold.

Four only because of respect for the work of the workers who cook. The pizza, in my opinion, was nothing at all, the vegetable was still okay, and the meat was so-so - just a piece of bread. Maybe it’s just the small pizzas that give this impression, but there’s very little filling. The pork sandwich is very meagre, a little bit of meat with sausage and an onion in the middle of the bun.

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza on the 7th of february. Now it is past mid-march. The food was never delivered due to bad weather and I was never informed that it would not arrive. I called the next day to make arrangements to receive a refund or a new order. I was told it would take some days to get a refund. It never arrived. I called again and gave them my payment details, nothing arrived. i called again to ask end of february and an employee told me it was done by him personally. Never arrived. Every time I call I am told. "Oh, I have no idea the manager is not in". Seriously pathetic service.

I think they are often too busy, only pizza 1 hour later and other times 2 x BBQ, but yes, no BBQ sauce, which is a bit of a shame

Be careful with dominoes because you can just get a pizza without tomato sauce, If you call about this because you obviously wouldn't order a pizza without tomato sauce. you will be dismissed But that's not all, the entire pizza was burned and all the ingredients dried out and burned So you call the relevant branch only to be rebuffed with a can of cola or an extra snack with your next order. Dominos will thank you, children, nothing to eat and us 18.90 lighter. Never order from these people, rather go to the pizzeria around the corner or the New York pizza.

Poor hygiene of employees. When ordering and collecting, I noticed that staff shake hands with a customer and then grab the dough. Customers are allowed to take turns entering (due to Corona), but the staff does not adhere to this. Racks fall from the oven to the floor. In short, unsanitary. Couldn't reach owner Max van de Putten, but apparently he isn't present often. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Very bad, I bought the new Dominator and it turns out that the pizza dough is not cooked... I got a new exact same story... This is really a shame.

Ordered pizza in the late evening, we thought it wouldn't come again. It turns out that they still come to us with a pizza. After paying, we quickly went inside to enjoy the pizza, but it soon became apparent that the pizza was ice cold. What a disappointment. No more Domina's pizza for me!

The chocolate milkshake is highly recommended! But not for those who need to move on quickly, it does take a while to make, but it's worth it.

Delivery is always more than 45 minutes (they claim an average of 20) with peaks of 60+ minutes. The quality is very variable, even undercooked and lukewarm pizza (I literally live 1 street away). I only adjusted the star to 1, because more mistakes have been made in the meantime.

Compared to the Domino's on the Daalseweg, it is less here. Actually a mess. My pizzas look worn out. Rather sparsely toppings, just a baked base with hardly any topping. It was difficult to determine, but at home one of the boxes turned out to be a different type of pizza than ordered. This was at 8:40 Friday evening. The milkshake also failed somehow. I haven't tasted it myself, the person it was for didn't like it. The computer screen where you should be able to see which pizzas are ready contains conflicting information and in the end the boxes have been cooling for at least five minutes when it indicates that they are ready. This could be so much better with a little attention, but 'who cares'
