Domino's Pizza Venlo - Witherenstraat – Blerick in Wijk 21 Blerick-Midden

I was a little upset by the quality of the pizza. (Almost imperceptible amount of cheese or lack of sauce) I ordered several times, as I have good feelings with Dominos pizzeria, I know it from another country (I was an employee of Dominos pizzeria, a pizzaiola). But here the quality was a little disappointing. There was also a situation when I ordered 2 large pizzas, but unfortunately I received 1 large and 1 medium. Since the boxes were the same size, I didn't immediately notice the difference, but when I opened it, I was a little upset. I understand that there is a human factor. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Which is very gratifying.

Maybe because of the fact that I probably would have gotten a pizza faster if I had gone to Italy to get it myself… on foot… on my hands. I order a pizza at 6:40 PM, delivery time would take half an hour. 1 hour later! I was still staring at my door like I was a lost dog waiting for its owner. But no, no pizza, no delivery person, just a rumbling stomach that now sounded like a remix of a bad techno song. Then I decided to call myself. The employee mumbled something about being “busy” and “he's on his way,” but I think even a turtle on roller skates could have delivered faster. At 8:40 PM, more than 2 hours later! I called again as I had not received anything yet. In the end nothing came at all. No pizza. No excuses. Maybe my pizza had gone on a spiritual journey to find itself. Maybe the delivery person decided to eat it himself. Conclusion: If you like to wait hours for nothing and then still have to make a peanut butter sandwich, then this is the perfect place. Otherwise, I recommend buying a frozen pizza and putting it out in the sun - it'll be faster and probably taste just as good. The lady on the phone was polite and honest and indicated that it was a zoo. Where, in my opinion, they do get their food exactly on time.

Don't order anything from Dominos 11/2 hours after the last time they reported. Called three times and still no pizza. Manager should be fired. This is not possible, not even in this day and age. Shame!

It is a takeaway place so no, no atmosphere, the pizza is made to order and they also deliver, tastes differ and that is also the case with the pizza, one is tastier than the other. Too much sauce on top is not my thing and if it is not covered to the brim then less.

I'm not really into the reviews, but they are doing really well at domino's Blerick. Always hot and delivered quickly.

Ordered a pizza clearly mentioning in the comment for the restaurant no onions on my pizza please!! then of course with onion. Very unfriendly employee on the phone, who says dead nice, bad luck, you should have added it to the pizza, you won't get a new one. What a worthless service, really unprecedentedly bad, not worth 1 star!!

The pizzas vary. I always order the same one. And sometimes there is more cheese on it than other times. We always go for takeout, sometimes they have to start even though the app says the pizza is already in the oven. And of course the atmosphere also differs depending on who is working.

It's a real shame that you can only pay by card there, no cash, I'm just obliged to leave money in my account for a week if I have pizza there, I'll get my pizza somewhere else for good.

Bad experience with staff, wanted vegan but got something else.

We ordered at 4:00 PM and had not received an order at 5:30 PM. We called and they still had not received our order due to technical problems. Hello, I will never get pizza here again in my life. -The young people who work there have 0 hygiene. -The knife these guys use to cut pizzas is used for every pizza. Whether it is with pork or chicken it doesn't matter at all for these young people. -The knife they use has not been cleaned once. They use the same knife all day long and they don't clean at all. -The young people spend most of the time waiting on their phones. When a new customer comes in, it takes at least minutes until they are helped because the gentleman/madam must first view his stories. Once again I will never get pizza here again. Really worthless.. waited no less than 3 hours for my pizzas... And that didn't include the drinks. After calling several times during the 3 hours, it was promised that the delivery person would receive money, the delivery person came back with the drink but without money. It was promised that the money would be refunded within a week. I hope that will be the case. The gentleman on the phone couldn't say anything about my order even after 2.5 hours. I have ordered from them before and have had few problems. Tonight really sucked though.

Can't make normal pizza, greasy mess

It was the last time, when we ordered from this place. Many times we got another order and many times without sauces. After speaking with personnel they still were bringing us another order. It is one big mistake. 0/5

Ordered at 5:00 PM, didn't receive anything until 6:00 PM. I wish they had put up a note saying they could come back later because I had an appointment. I then received my order, but there were no drinks that I paid for... A bit of a shame.

Called after 1.5 hours. Notice they had no delivery people. Worthless. Call a customer immediately if something is not possible. -Addition: after this event there was contact. I actually got my money back after 5 working days and I was then offered a free pizza. A few weeks later I received a discount voucher in the mailbox with another apology, so it was neatly resolved.

Ordered and paid online on 7/16, but the branch turned out to be closed. It was promised to refund the money as soon as possible. Now 2 weeks later, 3 phone calls, 2 visits, nothing has been booked again. Always another excuse. I'm curious how they will solve this in a customer-friendly manner????
