Grillroom Pizzeria Francis in Wijk 21 Blerick-Midden

Normally always delicious. This time I ordered a bad kapsalon.

I ordered on the evening of January 9th. And it arrived on January 10th. I live less than 10 minutes from the store, and it took a good hour and a half to arrive. I think the delivery driver came by foot. After opening the box, the pizza was almost as cold as a corpse in the morgue. I also couldn't see a thing; it looked like Chatgpt had generated this pizza. The pizza crust was a fraction of a millimeter thick and tasted like parchment paper. The sauce and cheese on the pizza were just a grease mixture from hell with a touch of oregano. And then, afterward, you realize you paid €18 for a pizza that could easily have been made by a Temu 3D printer. This is truly awful. How can you be so bad at making and delivering a simple pizza? Don't waste your money on this.

Worst döner sandwich I've had in a long time, never had such a bad meal!!!! Clear instructions were given about the food, and they didn't take them into account!!! I also contacted the store, and the man was very rude on the phone. DO NOT ORDER HERE; IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!

Wonderful hair salon, superior to anything else. Perfect balance of everything. A sweet man who takes your wishes into account, and the service is done quickly!

I love this place. Delicious. Hearty portions for me. Also very attentive to requests, for me it is very important. For example: I rarely eat onions, so sometimes I ask not to put it (or order something else) and I get the order that I want. Also very friendly people. For me it is a great place. Thank you ❤️

Today we had dinner at Francis. DELICIOUS and the dishes looked tip top. Sufficient sauce and everything clean. You are not in a 5 star restaurant, but everything is just delicious. TOP people from Francis. Pick up sometimes seems difficult and if you want to be sure of tasty fries, just eat there.

best shawarma in all of north limburg!!! very nice prices, big mom, really big shawarma dish with cheese fries, all the trimmings for 15 euros. There is also plenty to eat for the kids, with a variety of children's menus for 6.50.

It's a shame that the owner did not take the complaint seriously. The three pizzas looked bad and the smell coming from them was not healthy. We immediately contacted this company, but nothing was done and we did not get the 40 euros back. So I filmed this and made it into a Reel that has now been viewed over 26 thousand times. Cozy atmosphere in the restaurant itself with nice music in the background. For the rest top food, I ordered Pizza Margherita and Dõner, they were beautiful and every Wednesday I eat at Francis, people are highly recommended, if I could give more than 5 stars I would give 10 stars THANK YOU FRANCIS

Ordered 8 spare rib dishes, delivery time 45 minutes and phone number given due to verification, nothing delivered after 1 1/2 hours, so called again... the answer was your phone number is incorrect so no delivery... Francis used to a household name in Blerick now a laugh number with staff who cannot write down a phone number... .👎👎👎

You've lost a customer to me. I called for a solution as I paid 20 euros for a dish, where the two kebab pieces were so burnt that it was unwise to eat them. He simply says that they are not burnt, that it is always that way because otherwise they are not cooked, and tells me that I am the only one complaining about this. I do not believe it. The fries are dirty and soggy, and the shawarma is also partly black. Don't tell me this is how it should be, because this is not normal.

Well, let's have a laugh about this pizza apocalypse! After a veritable 1 hour 'waiting marathon' of wondering if the hot wings might be in training camp, the pizzas finally showed up, but the hot wings clearly had their own travel plans. The delivery person, who needed a lesson in Dutch, sent us on a search by telephone. After a hilarious dialogue on the phone with them, where they told us we would have to wait even longer, finally, after an apparent time travel of 45 minutes, the hot wings showed up. They didn't seem to realize that we had now become 'professional' hungry wings. This was a masterpiece in pizza delivery: a comedy show we didn't ask for!

Good food, centrally located in Blerick and the delivery service is also excellent. And a lot of choice. I always order the sweet spare ribs... 👍

Very bad, food cold and sandwiches burnt.

Ordered shawarma sandwiches, both sandwiches were not according to our order. Daughter called immediately, number was busy for a very long time, after many attempts they answered. The gentleman on the phone was very rude, the sandwich that was prepared with pepper and onions they would have to replace with goat cheese, and according to them the chef's shawarma was only the ham that was missing, in other words not such a disaster . He said that my daughter should quickly say what was going on because they were busy. A new one was delivered for my daughter, who also lives quite close by, but I couldn't get rid of an apology that the order had gone so wrong. This is steady. They don't see us there anymore.

Ordered food online but not delivered. Went to the location to get some information, but to no avail...according to the "restaurateur" the delivery man came to the door and I would have been called. No one heard the doorbell and I have not received any call messages from Francis. End result: paid, but no food. By the way, during my visit I noticed how dirty that tent is. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't eat anything there.

Have you seen all those negative reviews about how long it takes for the food to arrive? Come on, people! They say it can take about two hours, right? This is a restaurant, not a snack bar. And yes, the quality of the food can be hit and miss. But let's be honest, this isn't a 5 star place, it's a 3.2 star restaurant. So don't expect 5 star meals. Despite the wait time, I think the food is better than at fast food chains, but not as good as in a real restaurant. For me that is still worth 5 stars. The only downside is their phone number. I tried calling them a few times but got no answer

Litteraly serve dog food in delivery, dry, greasy. Didn't find worse in blerick yet. First and last time we order.

Terrible place to order delivery, they get the wrong address, they call you and treat you with a lot of lack of respect and no politeness at all, my order was supposed to be delivered at 8:15 pm and only appeared at 8:40 pm.
