I ordered food from you on July 18th. I'm normally a huge fan of your kapsalon and pizza, but unfortunately, this time it wasn't. We ordered food at 11:30 PM and had chosen a delivery time of 12:20 AM. We were in Steyl, which is about a 15-minute drive away. Unfortunately, our food arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Understandable, it was busy on Friday evening. What wasn't understandable was that no one was available. We tried calling several times, but no one answered because we were on vacation in August. I was even about to drive over because no one showed up, and it was already very late. Because it was the weekend, I waited to contact you. This week, I've tried calling several times to let you know I was very disappointed that our food was so late. The worst part was that it was incredibly cold. The pizza was freezing cold and limp—just not good when you expect a warm pizza with lots of cheese. And the kapsalon was absolutely terrible. The fries were cold and limp, inedible, the cheese was hard and not warm, and there were hard chunks in my doner. This is a real shame considering the amount we had to pay. I had hoped to be able to resolve this properly, but unfortunately not. The phone isn't working because I'm on vacation in August?

Ordered a hair salon at 10:34 PM, but by 12:30 AM, nothing had arrived. I tried calling, but the caller said they were on vacation on August 16th (today, July 20th). The food was suddenly delivered at 12:45 AM. They said they'd call when they arrived, but that didn't happen. The food was freezing. I'll never order again.

They use to make good pizza doner before now I don't what's happening i order pizza chicken doner extra meat and I'm very disappointed maybe little bit chicken doner meat rest i think they buy meat from supermarket and they chopped and put on the pizza the meat don't have the taste of doner and I find even chicken skin ,i don't find normal to pay for chicken doner and you get something else

I had ordered pizza via home delivery and had also indicated in the comments that they had to ring the bell and then wait a while until I arrived, as I cannot talk via the intercom and cannot open the door downstairs via the intercom (intercom is off). . Food came fairly quickly, but of course I was waiting for the doorbell. Looked at my phone apparently had been called twice by the delivery person so walked down to pick up the pizza. The delivery person asks why I didn't answer the phone. So I told him that my phone is muted. I thought it was a bit strange as I had mentioned that I would use the doorbell and in the end I was told that I did not answer the phone. Well, it doesn't matter, it could just be a misunderstanding. I wanted to eat my pizza and saw that part of the box was wet (probably due to water) and this had leaked onto the pizza so I had to throw away part of the pizza. The pizza also arrived cold, but we ate it anyway. I had 3 different types of meat on my pizza and all 3 different types were clearly just slices of sandwich meat that you can get at the supermarket. This meat wasn't even made small, no, they are just put on the pizza like placards. I have never experienced this before and I will never order from here again. Although it is nice that they are still open late.

Ordered food via home delivery, after ordering went wrong so a separate order had to be placed. Did this and called the store, the gentleman did not want to listen that it had to be added to another order. An hour later we receive a call that the order had to be picked up because it was not stated that it had been delivered. Went to pick up pizza and Mr was very unfriendly.

Please note: The 06 number on the Mama Mia brochure belongs to the pizzaria Mi Amore in Venlo. Apparently the owners of both businesses are brothers. My order for Mama Mia was prepared in Venlo and delivered to my home as compensation. All's well that ends well.

Already had a delicious meal 10 times. I'm already eating a nice durum Rol. Nice and delicious. This one gets all stars from me.

Worst delivery I had ever experienced. First the driver didn't wait for me to come outside and just drove off. After a call to a restaurant he came back and gave me incomplete order. Another call and I'm informed that they will deliver the rest in 20 minutes. After said 20 minutes I'm going outside and after another 15 minutes I call yet again - the delivery person left and is supposed to arrive in couple of minutes. ANOTHER 20 MINUTES PASSED and there is no guy. Item that was delivered is cold by now. All of the process took 2 hours.

Had to wait an hour for pizza and then the pizza was just cold. Called, and then you are also laughed at by a non-Dutch speaking guest. Bagger tent. Never ordering there again! The delivery person was polite, but of course he already knew that the pizza was cold and also received a 3 euro tip. Simply outrageous!!

That is one of my favorite locations in Blerick The food was always delicious and the employees were always friendly. If you order directly, the waiting time is shorter, if you place a larger order, there is more waiting time, which is completely fine.

Hot wings were delicious. Pizza tasted like cardboard. we had to put lettuce on the hair salon ourselves. The lettuce was tasty. Kapsalon and garlic sauce was half filled. Ordered 2 dishes by telephone with 12 sauces. They only bring one after an hour and a half. The delivery person would still arrange the second dish. After 45 minutes I still saw nothing.
