Döner Max in Oud-Beijerland

Poor service. Unfriendly staff.

Genuine scammers! I ordered food at 10 PM, and it's now 1:08 AM and still nothing. I called about 15 times, and no one answered. I saved his number to my contacts to text him, and then he said the Oud Beijerland location was closed. Very strange, right? I ordered and paid for nothing but a headache from them.

The food is definitely decent, but the wait time is truly exorbitant. I ordered at 10:00 PM, and it's already 12:36 AM and nothing has been delivered. I've called the Uber Eats number and Google at least ten times, and they don't answer either. I've ordered from here several times, and there's always a problem with the time. I've also checked reviews, and the owner just gives people the middle finger when they leave a bad review. Extremely unprofessional, and I'll honestly never order from here again.

Never order here again. The fries were old and cold, and there was no sauce with them, even though I ordered it. Then I ordered a veal croquette, and I received a raw veal croquette next to a fried beef croquette. This is absolutely unacceptable. Fries with chicken nuggets and a veal croquette, I waited an hour and couldn't eat anything.

Never again! See photo. What you'd expect is a piping hot pizza and an ice-cold drink, but I got the opposite. I ordered at 4:11 PM with a delivery time of 36 minutes. After an hour, I called and thankfully someone answered. Without an apology, I was told it was on its way, not realizing it wouldn't be for another 104 minutes. You have to order a minimum of €15, so I added a Fristi and a baklava. On top of that, a €5 service charge—ridiculous. The €2 baklava is a finger food, the pizza is cold, and the Fristi is warm. I'm deeply disappointed and will be spending my first, and also last, time here. What a disgrace!

Ordered food last Saturday, but we never received it. After contacting them several times, they first say that the money will be refunded. Later it turns out that nothing has been refunded and if you ask about it you are simply hung up on. They don't understand you and speak very poor Dutch, very rude, they are just scammers.

Friday, April 26, on Saturday, the 27th night, I bought a pizza, but the pizza was almost burnt black, it didn't taste any better, and in the end the pizza came out again in an emergency. And today, April 28, around 1 o'clock, I wanted to buy food, and I'm closed, while you can normally pick up food until 3 o'clock, and I think this is bad.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star, but since you have to score, only 1 star. I am very disappointed in my recent experience at Doner Max. I ordered a caper and to my horror I discovered that the meat was raw! It was distasteful and totally unacceptable. When I called to express my concern about this, I was not only treated rudely, but also simply hung up on my ear! The lack of customer service is downright shocking. I will never order from Doner Max again and I highly recommend it to others. Please don't waste your money and your taste buds on this horrible experience.

Quality was bad. Chicken doner was spongy, not fresh. Highly spiced to hide the fake taste. Really bad. And pay more than 24 euros for it, chicken doner sandwich and chicken doner dish. Just bizarre.

Bad food, antisocial on the phone

You don't have to come here for the atmosphere. But the shawarma meat, doner, Turkish pizzas and even the regular pizzas are very tasty.

Food was very hot, tasty and I even got a free garlic sauce, but it was cheap and not fair. I ordered calzone shawarma and I got calzone with 3/4 chicken and 1/4 shawarma...

I will never order from here again, always when you order something you wait more than 1 hour and thirty minutes, sometimes longer, the delivery person doesn't even know what to do, the delivery person has poor service, long waiting time, the food is not even warm, you can't go to sleep, you have to wait because it is money you spend. I strongly advise against ordering here

Apparently they think it's normal to deliver cold food here and not do anything about it because next time I'll do better. Do not order here.

Had to wait 1.5 hours for my food. Ordered 3 things.. then after delivery the food was just cold. You don't have to go to all the trouble to bring a hot pizza, but thank you. I get a call, yes, we made a new one, it's coming pfff. Is no longer necessary. Was also here last time.

Vague figures who don't deliver anything after you've paid. If you ask about your food that you have already paid for, they become angry and aggressive. Very unreliable and highly inadvisable! The place stinks from all sides!

Laat besteld maar bezorging was op tijd. Eten was vers en de bezorger erg vriendelijk. Communicatie perfect en kwaliteit boven verwachting!

2 broodjes döner besteld om 21:15. Bezorging was er binnen 30 minuten en het was warm en lekker!

Precies optijd bezorgd. Vriendelijke bezorger en het eten was echt heel erg goed! Vanaf nu onze nieuwe cheatday-zaak.

Echt een top zaak! Erg lekker eten en altijd fijn dat jullie zo laat open blijven! Er fijn op latere avonden;). Zeker vaker bestellen!

Lekker eten.. ze maken hun Turkse pizza's zelf, niet uit de vriezer. Goede kwaliteit shoarma en ook lams.

aantal aardige personeelsleden, sommige ook juist weer niet. Erg matige kwaliteit, voor een best hoge prijs. Ook kan het soms veel langer duren dan aangeven voordat je bestelling klaar is. Ze zijn wel vaak tot heel laat open.

Zojuist 2 shoarma kapsalon binnen gekregen, waarvan 1 bak koude en oude patat onder de shoarma, de andere bak was goed warm. Vorige leveringen waren top en goed heet bezorgd. Nu vandaag viel het erg tegen.

Gisteravond een goed gevulde grote kapsalon gegeten van DonerMax in Oud-Beijerland en dat voor een hele nette prijs! Jammer van de actie die geen actie blijkt te zijn want met de kwaliteit die ze hier leveren hebben ze dat helemaal niet nodig. Gewoon doen wat je belooft dan komt het helemaal goed!

Begin dit jaar, dus nog voor de viruscrisis, zijn we eens bij Dogus Döner gaan eten. Het is een schone, nette en gezellige zaak en goed in het Turkse eten. Nu in de crisistijd kan je er alleen nog eten afhalen. Het is even anders dan in het restaurant bediend worden, maar ook weer beter dan geheel gesloten zijn. Na de crisis zullen we er zeker weer eens teruggaan. Het eten is gevarieerd, betaalbaar en de bediening is vriendelijk.

Schone zaak en lekker betaalbaar eten. Je kan er niet echt zitten. Staat 1 tafeltje. Het dus echt voor afhaal of meteen op straat opeten. Vind de drank (blikjes) beetje te duur. Beter haal je bij afhaal je limonade ergens anders verderop bij de supermarkt.

Goed eten, goede sfeer zeker een aanrader!

Heerlijke döner, en vooral ook lekkere Turkse gerechten zoals Turkse worst. Personeel is vriendelijk en sociaal. Wel is de winkel zelf wat aan de krappe kant.
