I was a regular customer here ordered so often. I think they are more concerned with leaving quickly because they arrive so quickly which I think is great but now it comes every time my drink is forgotten and when I pass it on it will be arranged with the next order but then it happens again. In terms of food great warm fast but the forgetting of drinks has irritated me. Because forgetting drinks and giving a 2 euro tip every time I also think to myself are you guys playing with me. But stay honest kapsalon doner delicious and always warm warm

Fries without for EUR 4.75, you'll be in your right mind. A bag of fries in the supermarket costs EUR 2.00 for a kilo, really ridiculous

Received Durum wrap with a hair in it. Called the restaurant, we had to send a photo via WhatsApp. Only received the message "I don't have anyone here with long hair, it's strange that you suddenly get hair from your food." No apologies were made, no solution was offered. Super customer unfriendly. They also no longer respond to our messages. No refund or new wrap received. Meat was dry and burnt. So don't get food here if you want to treat yourself with respect!

I had ordered a hair salon, the tracker indicated that my hair salon had traveled a long route. Direction Vondelpark back to old west at Jan van Galenstraat. The food was mediocre to bad. The bit of döner itself was not special, the kapsalon was more fries than döner. 2 stars is appropriate

8 euros for kapsalon and the portion was tiny. That’s a joke

Very bad and rude treatment from the owner of the Turkish restaurant. He treats you in a racist manner, and I felt that he does not like Arabs, especially Syrians. He makes you feel like you are getting pizza for free. I will never visit him in my life, even if I die of hunger.

Always super fast food at home! They listen carefully to your wishes. Order here weekly. And you can still use stamp cards, super handy! My favorite döner plaza!

RIDICULOUS ill-mannered people. I placed an order, but after an hour it never arrived. The worst part is that an employee literally hung up in my ear even though I had indicated that I had already paid and would like to receive the order. No compensation, nothing.

RESULTING HIER!! We ordered food from here yesterday and 20 minutes after the order arrived, 2 police officers came to the house. And they said that the courier who brought the order to the house reported that there were strange noises and a fight at home. They spoke to all 3 of us separately. What we didn't understand was that there was no noise or sound in the house. The police were surprised, too. After the police left, I called Döner Plaza and asked why the courier did such a thing. They wanted to deny it. We will never order from here again. I think they hire employees randomly, without control. If the courier is like this, we can't even imagine how they cook inside.!!! The food was very bad anyway. They are NEVER a professional workplace! I do not recommend. ZEKER NIET AANRADEN. !!!!!!!!!!!

My food was raw, which made it taste unpleasant. For the prices I paid, I expected better quality. A day later I still felt slightly ill. However, the problem was with the service. There was a very rude Turkish gentleman who started shouting in Turkish. As an Amsterdammer, I immediately recognized that they were swear words. It was a shame that it was so aggressive. Once outside, his own neighbor also started talking about it and advised me to look at the Google reviews. Now when I read here it is clear to many others and to me, bad food and rude people.

Terrible experience. Ordered via Uber Eats, order was late, ice cold and 2 of the 3 items were missing. Contacted both parties and treated very unfriendly. Both parties indicated that it is my problem and that I should contact the other party. All in all, I paid 18 euros for a cold pizza that was delivered after an hour

Don't order food here people I ordered a Kapsalon hot chicken with garlic sauce and the garlic sauce was stinking and it smelled expired🤮🤢🤢

The food always comes quickly but this time I am very disappointed. I ordered a Durum Shawarma. It tastes rancid and the meat is completely dried out. I am really disappointed. This is a serious real review, I'm not trying to denigrate the matter, it's really just dirty.

Ik had via thuisbezorgd besteld. Het eten was goed warm en was heerlijk alleen jammer dat de sauzen er niet bij zaten terwijl ik dat wel heb besteld.

Ik kom nu al jaren bij deze tent - en dat is niet voor niks 🤗 het is gewoon altijd goed. Net die laatste snack als je stiekem te dronken bent. Net dat stukje energie als je eerder wakker bent dan de meesten. Het is een heel fijne plek waar het eten altijd goed is en waar ze extra aandacht geven aan de vaste klanten, dat merk ik nu al een tijdje. De beste plek voor je fast food in Mercator area!

Heb een wrap gekocht en thuis opgegeten. Was de 1ste keer voor mij en zal zeker weer terugkomen om ook iets anders dan een wrap te proberen. Maar kan maar 1 keer een eerste indruk ervaren en die was prima dus.

After 2 years living in amsterdam, I can only say this is the best kapsalon place of the city. I've lived in different neighborhoods and tried many places, I always ended up ordering from this place. The taste of the meat and the balance is perfect. Would not order from anywhere else

Zojuist afgehaald , erg vriendelijke personeel , 2 durums , falafel , panini waren niet normaal lekker... petje af heren !! Erg bedankt voor t heerlijke eten.. Ali ;)

Lekker optijd, heerlijk eten kunnen tjappen. Wollah beste donerzaak van de buurt. Patat was ook knapperig en doner was ook precies goed, niet teveel sla en lekker veel vlees. Je ziet gewoon gelijk dat een Turkoe het heeft gemaakt.

Best kapsalon and chicken kebab you can get for a very reasonable price

OK prices tasteless food. Worse of all, the guys there never use gloves or wash their hands. 4-5 times now i walk in late at night, never seen anyone ever wash their hands or use amy protection. Definetly never eating here again, simply dangerous nowadays.

Food well priced, delivered within 30 mins, good customer service over phone when asked to change something on our order. Fries were nice and crispy and 'doner hairdressers' was good size (went large)and tasted amazing, will order here again.
