I ordered from here last night and it never arrived. I went by on my bike and they were closed. According to the home delivery app they are still busy driving and delivering my order.

Genuinely the worst takeaway i’ve ever had! The Kapsalon was as far from Kebab meat as possible (more like fatty mince meat) with less than 10 french fries and more salad than anything else… the “kaas tosti” didnt even have cheese, so i paid €5 for the most overpriced burger bread ever. And finally the main reason i ordered was the promise of “free nutella baklava with every kapsalon order” and the Baklava didnt even have nutella🤣it was just the most oily/greasy and plain baklava i ever ate. AVOID THIS PLACE

Waited for 4 hours for them to tell me they cancelled my order. I get some stoned space junkie on the phone who’s half sleeping doesn’t speak English or Dutch. I didn’t even want them handling my food after i spoke with this guy. Got hung up on for 5 times been put in wait for nobody to came back, I ordered around 23:30 and at 2:30 they told me 10 minutes and at 2:55 they told me they canceled the order. I would never order here!

Efsane has listened to the reviews that have been posted and kudos for that. I just ate a sandwich that was miles different from the first sandwich I ever ate from this young, enthusiastic entrepreneur. The sandwich you just ate was exactly what you like to eat at a late hour. The sandwich eaten 2 months ago was not. It now contained the correct meat sauce bread ratio which was great. At that time, that ratio did not exist. Gentlemen, great! Keep up this trend and I'll keep coming, and I hope the rest of Amsterdam West too, because Efsane was underestimated and not anymore.

Very bad food. The kapsalon is better named old frites and a hand-empty pieces of chicken. This is the worst kapsalon I’ve ever had. I called and the service was soo bad that they didn’t even get my feedback nor provide any justification.

Ripped off in front of you, hair salon is 6.5 and it is on the sign behind you, he charges 9 euros and when I bring it up he ignores it, eventually walking away, there is a shop next door that is much better.

Got 2 pides at 1am. This pide is truly gruesome. I'm seriously really surprised at how good they are. This is 100% worth a 10/10. We will come back here forever! And then they are open until 6am!!! Mind blowing really.
