Delicious food. Highly recommended!

The staff specifically placed us in the loud section (cafe area) because we were a group of 22 people. They also placed other guests because it was too crowded downstairs, and every fifteen minutes we were told to be quiet in the cafe area. This was our last visit after coming here every year.

They just complain when you're talking, and they have beer towers with dice, but if you're talking to a group, they tell you to be quiet. Quick, find another spot!

A very nice burger restaurant 💕, with delicious food, good drinks, a very interesting decor, and pleasant, quiet music. The food is incredibly tasty, very good, including strong beers 💯. However, when my second strong beer was served, I was given a wheat beer glass instead 😒

We wanted to order a snack platter for pickup at the recommendation of another bar, as they don't serve food. When we called, this wasn't a problem, but when we arrived, the staff member we spoke to was very difficult and insisted we only order expensive hamburgers or spare ribs because that was easier for them. While a group in front of us could have ordered a platter. So we waited for nothing and walked away.

The tables are spacious and comfortably arranged, so you can truly enjoy yourself. Oh man, I've never had such a delicious meal as at Double B. I could even say that eating a burger like that is 10x better than having an orgasm. The rumor that you can eat the best burgers ever here is absolutely true. Only a 4/5 for the service, because we didn't get any beer!! It might be because we're 17, but oh well, we'll take it. To our surprise, the meat just slid right off the bone. My friend's shirt even got a nice souvenir from it, worldly! Above all, this is just a great place🤙🏻🍻

Last night was the night: eating burgers at Double B. We had a nice table by the window, and after ordering drinks, we could start creating our own burger. It felt like taking a test, and we were curious about the results. And we didn't disappoint. Delicious burgers and side dishes that we highly recommend. After seeing the many beer towers on various tables, we also succumbed to a tower. After the disappointment of a non-functioning dice game, which we quickly got over, we were surprised to see mold on the tower. The hygiene of these plastic behemoths wasn't ideal, a minor blemish on this highly recommended restaurant. The service staff's response was also slightly disappointing.

4.5 stars!!??! Ridiculous. This restaurant deserves 6 stars. The food was good, the service was fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable. Simply fantastic!

For the 68th time, we had a wonderful meal. We were unable to attend and were therefore 40 minutes late. Nevertheless, we were allowed to join in and enjoyed the delicious dishes and a nice, ice-cold pint of super de puper. The food is always good, the best spare ribs available, and the price is 10/10.

Both the burgers (you can design your own) and the spare ribs are highly recommended. The sweet potato fries are also delicious (tip: with truffle mayo). After a mix-up of doggy bags at home (due to being busy), I sent an email. They responded very kindly and customer-focused, offering a good solution. You don't see that very often. Excellent! Delicious dinner option. Love the music playing here, old classic rock. The chips were so well cooked. Chicken wings aren't as spicy as I would prefer but they were great regardless!! Great restaurant. We hesitated to go in because we weren't sure what kind of place it was, but it was a clean restaurant with fast and friendly waitresses. Drinks arrived very quickly, and the atmosphere (a bit like a student vibe) was still very pleasant. A great concept: you can create your own burger or spare ribs, including any topping. The burgers were delicious, and the spare ribs, without exaggeration, were the best I've ever had. The waiter was also friendly, so no real negatives, considering the price was good. But upon arrival it was already clear to us that the explanation with the reservation had been read and the menus for gluten-free dishes were on the table. Last night we had dinner at Double B as a conclusion to our staff party. I called in advance about the allergies of one of my colleagues. The kitchen was consulted immediately and there was a special menu that she could choose from. When we were on location last night, it turned out that I had clicked something wrong regarding the arrangement. We were not allowed to choose spare ribs. But fortunately, this was also discussed internally and we were still allowed to choose the spare ribs. We had a wonderful meal, chatted, laughed and enjoyed a nice evening as colleagues. Normally very good food at Double B, but this time we were certainly not satisfied. The burgers were all raw (see photo). After indicating this, the response: "They are beef burgers, we always bake them like this", well if you always bake them like this, then you don't fry them. I love red meat, but this is just raw. We ordered burgers, not tartare. The next day everyone had stomach problems. Double B, thank you!

We made reservations two hours in advance; No problem! We could simply go to the very attractive café part of the restaurant. We sat, drank and of course ate, because that's what we came for. The concept works well. You choose your sandwich, your burger, your toppings and your side. And that's exactly what you get: a delicious burger, tailor-made for you. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Highly recommended.

Great location. We were looking for something to eat in Leeuwarden around 9:00 p.m. We still had to allow for some travel time. There weren't many alternatives left. This restaurant is apparently open until 11 p.m. So we were able to enjoy our delicious burger in peace. You can put together the burger by ticking it on a kind of checklist. Great idea and delicious, delicious, delicious. The ambience of the restaurant is great and the atmosphere is very cozy. The service was very nice, spoke good English and a little German, was friendly and in no way intrusive. The restaurant hasn't seen the last of us. Many thanks to the team there.

A very cozy atmosphere with a 90s style and 90s music. They offer you their burger in a very original way, they give you a piece of paper and you choose the ingredients for your burger, it is very dynamic and a great idea. I recommend ordering a beer since they also have a mountain of 3l beer, a great option to share with friends. The burger enters my top list of burgers, super juicy. You have to try it!

We really wanted a good burger and when we looked online all the reviews were great for this place but it just missed. The wait for our food was soooo long. I even watched one of the servers dump a burger on the guy next to our table. Then when we got our food the burgers were raw. Now believe me I know what a good burger is. You always want them pink inside but this was almost like they had grilled them to get the outside done and the inside was like eating raw hamburger meat. Our daughter wouldn’t even finish her burger because it was so raw. I like the idea of what they are trying to do but my husband said his bun was so hard he couldn’t really eat it with the burger. The fries were great and I was even amazed that my son’s sweet potato fries stayed warm but I feel like this place is too expensive for sub par food. The meat has a strange taste as well. We all left feeling rather sick to our stomach after eating here. Next!
