The Mac croquette had no crunch or flavor. The place was filthy with a lot of trash everywhere, dirty tables. And the staff couldn't crack a smile.

The people who work here seriously have the IQ of a sidewalk tile. I strongly advise against ordering food from here through an online ordering site. The reviews on Thuisbezorgd paint a clear picture. If you decide to pick up your order, it's advisable to double-check if you order more than two items. These staff can't count to three. Checking whether the items listed on the receipt are actually in your bag is also quite difficult. These people have the right to vote, by the way.

Great mac, easy place for a quick bite.

It wasn't busy, so there was plenty of room. The food was brought to the table quickly. It was still nice and hot, and the fries were good (not soggy, as sometimes happens). The tables were reasonably clean.

Downstairs was very small. Not really a problem. The food was ready quickly and deliciously fresh and hot. The toilets were a nightmare. Yuck.

My girlfriend and I came to get a medium Coke. First, the woman puts the tray down and the Cokes fall over... she doesn't clean it up and leaves it there, and doesn't say anything. Second, we didn't get any straws... We ended up having to ask another employee, and he reacts grumpily. The food was fine.

This McDonalds always runs fast. And that for a business in the Center, neat.

Each time I've visited the food has been piping hot, delivered to the table quickly and orders were correct, despite being customised. The place was clean, staff efficient, hot, fast food.

What a disgrace. First of all, it's ridiculously busy, and eighty percent are scum. Why actually, if you're poor, do you have to spend all your free time at McDonald's. Anyway, we ordered from such a pole (which I already find mediocre), for the rest it was fine. The food came quickly, but considering the quality it would have been scandalous if it had taken so long. The hamburger was cold and tasteless. The fries were limp and extremely salty. Let me end this review positively. The sauce is always tasty and they had 3 newspapers in a reading rack. So that was great.

Yesterday I ordered an ice cream at the cash register, the employee did not want to make it right away, the customer behind me had to help. The one who made it had put it on hold with the other orders, really the height of stupidity with 30 degrees! Team leader of nothing, keep a better eye on things man!

Then you order 2 happy meals for 2 children via Thuisbezorgd because the MC does not deliver itself, the drinks and apple slices are not included, you call and they tell you to contact Thuisbezorgd because that is where it went wrong, I say it came from you, you know which delivery person it was, but no, not their problem, filed a complaint with Thuisbezorgd but you do not get an immediate response so you have no use for it and McDonald's apparently treats its customers like this, so this was the last time McDonald's, both at home and on the Wirdumerdijk in Leeuwarden, maybe have some Dutch-speaking people deliver, they might understand it better

Little space. No disabled toilet. Toilet downstairs. Bad part of the city center. Better to look for one of the 2 MC in the city.

You order something again and it is incomplete for the umpteenth time and I'm not talking about a straw or sauce, but just a burger that you are missing and then you have the option of curly fries, but you get a mix of bland fries. I'm so done with this! Money back is of no use to me. I just want to get what I order and pay for. Do that check before you give it to the delivery person!

ik had een ijskoffie besteld, keer hiervoor had ik lekker veel karamel saus, maar vandaag kreeg ik een lijn karamel saus en ik vroeg of ik meer zou mogen aangezien het €4,75 is, zegt een vrouw (waar ik niet de vraag aan stelde) dat dat absoluut niet kan omdat ze een maximum hoeveelheid strepen erop mogen doen en ze was zeer brutaal en uiteindelijk was de ijskoffie niet lekker

Food was tasty, service was fine, but I thought the tables were dirty. I also understand that the service is busy, and that the customers make a mess, especially at this location. I would put more effort into cleaning and maintenance.

Food was moldy and there was a hair in my burger. This is unbelievable. Dirty company. When I told them something about it, they only gave me a replacement burger. But of course I have 0% confidence in that after I got one moldy one with hairs in it and my money back. ? Whoa!

Eating from McDonalds is OK when you do it inside. Ordering from McDonalds is a terrible idea. They will forget something. The drinks will be spilled. The food will be soggy.

The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Attentive and polite staff. I had left my wallet in the lobby and was very worried when I noticed it was missing after some time. I was extremely happy that they found it and gave it back to me. Thank you very much again 🥰

It was neatly tidied up, the ladies and gentlemen walk their legs out from under their butts up the stairs and down the stairs and everything was neatly tidied up immediately.

Too many inexperienced staff. Tables were cleaned with a dirty wet cloth and the table was left wet. The table was then dirtier than before. Food was good and on time.

Even schoenen kopen met mijn kleinzoon voor zijn verjaardag , daarna wat eten bij de Mac; zou niet weten wanneer ik daar voor het laatst was. Het bestellen via de zuil was al een openbaring, maar kleinzoon was daar zeer bedreven in. Het duurde erg lang en mijn zoon, die mee was, ging even checken bij de balie. Kwam terug met de boodschap dat het bestelde er al stond, maar dat het wachten op de koffie was. Kort erop werd hetgebracht. LAUW en neem van mij aan dat kipnuggets die een tijdje staan, niet meer warm zijn niet te eten zijn: taai en smakeloos. Het gekke was daarbij dat de koffie ook lauw was…..

Good restaurant... It's just a shame that the downstairs is so small, sometimes when it's busy it's difficult to find a place to wait for your food (to take away).

There is no nice atmosphere at this McDonalds. There is always youth hanging around inside and outside and there is often arguing outside this Mac. The toilet here is also very dirty. During delivery they often forget sauce that they can no longer send, and the mac's fries cannot be eaten without sauce, very annoying...

It's Mc.D, which is okay, they get the order right and the staff seems nice. I don't know how they make a cheeseburger taste differently everytime I go there but it's different every time(today it tasted smokey). For some reason they put the price up, their cheeseburgers went from €1,50 to €1,60 and now €1,65(making it a crisp 25% more expensive than a more expensive country, like Denmark) - I get that some businesses need to raise their prices because of Covid, but a multi billion dollar franchise like maccers? Come on now. Oh yeah, and they don't have the Chicken Salsa either which is a cardinal sin. 4/10, probably gonna stop by once or twice this month. *EDIT 1: No I'm not. Also: 2.3/10 *EDIT 2: over the last couple months they have raised their pricesyet again from €1,65 to €1,80 and now it has come to an all-time peak of €1,90 for a CHEESEBURGER and then they have the absolute gall of giving you a cheeseburger for it's original price of €1,50 for a cheeseburger(only available in-app, maximum 1 per customer) like they're a bunch of glorified samaritans. Absolute maidenless behavior. *EDIT 3: "Managed to save up some Mc.D points? Well too bad for you, we just made all the points less valuable by raising the cost of all the items on the rewards-list. Great McDonalds, food is usually delivered quickly and employees are friendly. The downside is that the order screens often do not work and that the waste bins with cups are not cleaned out very often.

The Mc Flurrys are getting smaller and smaller. I recently received one that wasn't even half full. Very watery too. There was no chocolate sauce at all, and the m%m was minimal. I went back to say "I think something went wrong with the flurry because look how empty this is" (seriously, I thought lays chips sold a lot of air, but that mc flurry really took the cake) Luckily I got a new one almost immediately, which was fantastic and huge.

Just had dinner here with my mother. I had chicken nuggets, MCchicken and fries which were very hot. You could barely hold it and my mother, on the other hand, had cold fries and a very lukewarm (Almost cold) Quarter Pounder. It was very disappointing. We do not recommend this McDonalds! There are more in Leeuwarden. In our opinion, the one in Goutum is the best in this region. The service was good.

It is not a restaurant to eat at if you have small children in a stroller, the reason is that there is never enough room to sit on the ground floor, and upstairs there is more than enough, but you cannot go upstairs because it has no elevator. Also not a place for disabled people to eat because the toilet is in the basement and you have to go down the stairs for it. Staff is not friendly at all!

The only improvement is the service in English. I don't often understand what I order, but it works out fine. Sometimes I get a big tasty instead of a quarter pounder

Not normally expensive and on top of that my order is not complete, I would receive compensation but I also didn't see anything in my email. Not normally expensive for a MC menu and 9 chicken nuggets cost 31 euros, it is better to order at the snack bar, you get more for your money.

Not normal. Just ordered from McDonald's. Employees are all lounging around. Maybe invest in experienced people.. never experienced that before. Order took way too long. The three of them are standing around packing a burger and just chatting. This while it is quiet, not many people in the restaurant.
