Zaika Handmade Burgers in Vrijheidswijk

The delivery took four times longer than indicated, and our son was asleep by then. All the fried side dishes were limp and tasteless, but the burger was fine. It was disappointing for the second time, so this was the last time.

I haven't had such a delicious chicken burger/hamburg and fries in ages! 100 times better than the M.

I ordered double zaika and twelve mozzarella sticks, but instead of 12, I received 6. I wanted to contact them to report the problem, but their phone number is unavailable.

From the outside, the place doesn't look very inviting, but we gave it a try based on the good reviews. And what can I say: the burgers and fries were soooo delicious. The food is 5/5 stars.

I wanted to give it a try, given all the mixed experiences others have had. I ate there, and the service was friendly. The food was fine; the fries were crispy and the burger was cooked perfectly. Nothing special, but that's not what you go to a place like Zaika for. So, the food is excellent. The atmosphere in the place is a bit lacking; the furniture could use some updating. The music is very loud, but hey, this place focuses on delivery, so not many people will be eating here. Overall, a great place to grab a burger.

I ordered for home delivery but the food is amazing especially the onion rings and chicken wings... absolutely love them.

I had an issue with my previous order and shared an honest review. The owner offered a “solution” only after asking me to remove my comment, instead of genuinely fixing the problem. Customer service should never depend on deleting feedback, but on improving quality.

I buy here for a long time and i dont like it that they have been changing the size in kinder menu, they are now much smaller burgers and the fries are smaller in portion. I hope they fix this otherwise we need to find a better restaurant because for what we pay we expect the normal size as before.

We ordered from the restaurant, after some time we sent requests for updates with no reply and it took 1,5 hours to get our food. The delivery guy showed up with cold food and we were sad to experience such a service. :(

In Friesland there is nothing better than Zaika.

I have always had a good experience with Zaika. Always tasty food and fast service. But I recently came by to eat in and saw the kitchen staff making me a burger without gloves, he grabbed the salad with his bare fingers, it gave me a bad feeling. I think it's a shame that they do this because it is absolutely unhygienic,

It's nice that people get their food on time, but that's no reason to drive too fast and break traffic rules. If you think you have to, at least turn on your lights when it is already dark. Your car is your calling card, keep it tidy on the road.

ordered a burger and fries, just waited more than an hour for a dirty burger with dirty old lettuce in between. I've never experienced such a disgusting burger, and then the fries......dirty limp cold fries. I threw it all away as it was inedible, once but never again.

Sorry, but damn I had a beef burger with egg, bacon mozzarella and zaika sauce It was unbelievable!!! Years ago I ordered here regularly. After a few disappointing orders because the quality was not good, we haven't ordered anything from here for a long time. Yesterday I gave it another chance and again disappointing. The burgers just didn't taste good (tasted very sour because of the pickles) and the fries were lukewarm/cold. Almost €17 for a simple hamburger and lukewarm to cold fries. Zaika had really tasty burgers in their early years, but nowadays they are really not tasty anymore.

We have had a really delicious meal here several times (1.5 years ago now). Always delivered, always delicious and quality food. If this were possible and we had not lived in Deventer, we would have bought the entire stock of Zaika sauce. Godsiemijnen, how delicious Yes, 0 stars for the atmosphere as we have never eaten in the restaurant itself

Music was too loud. The price of the food is way too expensive. The burger was over seasoned. With a bad aftertaste. Cutlery has to get yourself. The zaika used to be better, now you only have a burger without fries. For the same price as a menu in the past.

Today I ate a burger from Zaika for the first time in 2 years. It was always a fantastic burger joint, but I've never had such dry meat with a weird aftertaste. Really just like a doormat.

Ordered food from Zaika Handmade Burgers, the crispy chicken burger was not necessarily crispy, but mainly dry and very tough. I also had the curly fries and they were okay, but everything was out of the container, because it had probably opened on the way and I found that a bit unhygienic. Food was delivered pretty quickly, but I also ordered early in the evening. I hope you see this and take this feedback well, because the quality could be better.

Don't start well anymore. Those burgers have been heated up and with that cooking oil from Albert Heijn. Made my own burger. You would be better off eating at McDonalds or Burger King there. You guys have gotten so bad. We will never order there again. Even the ice cream is no longer good for her!

I have been ordering from Zaika for years, and due to their high quality of food, I overlook errors during delivery. Unfortunately, they have now decided not to deliver to Stiens anymore. The indifferent staff on the phone doesn't make it any less of a shame. We will never order here again👎.

Ordered approximately €50 worth of food. We received dry burgers with no taste, undercooked snacks and weak fries. After reporting this, we received weak fries again. It's unheard of for a restaurant to deliver such an order when you order for around €50.

Ruime keuze uit heerlijke voedzame burgers. De friet is niet geweldig, eerder wat slap, maar zijn eigenlijk overbodig.

Eten is relatief lekker (prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed) goeie porties Snelle bezorging en bij afhalen is het ook altijd erg vlot

Het eten is altijd van goede kwaliteit.

Die Burger und die Pommes waren gut. Beides handmade und nichts vorgefertigt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind im industriell Design gehalten. Burger essen kann man dort gut, gemütlich ist es aber nicht wirklich.

Eten was lauw ik weet dat het fastfood is maar man man man wat een slechte kwaliteit.. twee sterren omdat de mensen wel vriendelijk waren.

Na een dagje Aqua ZOO zijn we hier uitgekomen om wat te eten. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de burgers waren snel klaar. Leuk dat de burgers niet op een normaal bord maar op een houten plankje geserveerd worden. De sfeer is er prima en er was niets aan te merken op de burgers.

Hele goede service. Ik had 24 hotwings besteld kreeg er 12. Gebeld met Zaika en ze hebben het gelijk opgelost. Binnen een kwartier kreeg ik de rest van de bestelling. Heel netjes! Beste hotwings in de stad

Heerlijke broodjes hamburger en veel verschillende soorten om te kiezen. Krulfriet is ook lekker! Meeste sidedishes zijn ook lekker. Soms al genoeg aan alleen het broodje hamburger! Zo goed belegd.

Ze hadden een fout gemaakt in de bestelling. Ik heb gebeld en ze losten het meteen op en brachten de krulfriet samen met gratis drankjes binnen 15 minuten. Topp!

Ze maken nu ook marrokaanse thee met mint en honing! THEY NOW MAKE MOROCCAN MINT TEA. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ik kom uit Gelderland en ik heb nog nooit zo lekker burger(Italian) gegeten. Waard voor je geld! Alles was vers. Mijn nichtje zelfs vond het lekkerder dan MacDonalds. Mijn vaste plek voortaan in Leeuwarden!!

Alla ricerca di qualcosa di veloce abbiamo trovato questo fast food, anche se non è proprio il termine esatto, infatti gli hamburger sono preparati al momento, cucina a vista e ingredienti freschi. il locale tutto sommato pulito e personale gentilissimo. Torneremo!!!!

Ik en mijn vriend bestellen regelmatig een hamburger menu bij Zaika, eigenlijk is elke hamburger om je vingers bij af te likken dus de keuze is altijd moeilijk. Meestal neemt mijn vriend de cheeseburger met bacon en ik de cripsy Chicken burger!

Man bekommt hier sehr leckere Burger und auch ebenso gute Wings, die sehr pikant sind. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Einrichtung und Stil entspricht einem Schnellrestaurant.
