Dunkin' Herestraat Groningen in Centrum

Ordered donuts through uber eats, chose specific ones, as the others were not interesting. As a result, they sent completely different ones. If you have run out, then at least call to clarify which ones to put in, and not just with sugar glaze. I will not order from this place again.

We went shopping in Groningen and bought a nice deal at Dunkin donut via Social deal, donut, drink and sandwich. Visited the same day of purchase. But unfortunately they have stopped with the social deal and we have to try to get the money back ourselves. We can buy it like that in the store.... What do you think now, it doesn't seem to be the customer's problem if you things are not in order with the social deal.

The donuts and coffee are way overpriced for the taste. Either improve taste or decrease price. Packaging and looks are really nice though.

I ordered some of their macarons with 1+1 free on UberEats. They gave me some weird pink filled thing instead of vanilla, and it tasted like coconut sandpaper. The cheesecake macaron tasted like sugar and nothing else. They also arrived completely crushed and damaged, to the point some of them had pieces that had fallen off. They were genuinely disgusting, they did not taste like food. My iced americano was okay. Never ordering from them again.

It's been a long time since I got Donuts again. I think the last time was a year ago. I was really looking forward to it. (we don't live in the city) But what a disappointment! It's not what it used to be anymore. Soggy soggy donuts. The filling was more of some chemical tasting stuff than the tasty filling we are used to from Dunkin. This was the last time for us. The donuts at the supermarket are much better these days. It also saves us a long detour. Too bad Dunkin... that you have taken this path.

I had an amazing experience. The drinks and donuts were very very good, the staff were helpful and kind. Overall - great!

There is no room to sit, which is a shame in drizzly weather.

Someone once bought me a too good to go box here. The donuts were inedible! The ones from the supermarket are even better

5,- for a bowl of ice cream, there is hardly any drink in it.. ordered matcha with coconut milk, the first time I got something with coffee, the 2nd time something with chocolate. In the meantime, Miss Piggy already had a porum that I didn't get for the 3rd. I went back once...so that was a one-off...

Waited over an hour for our food. The order is now suddenly cancelled.

We had purchased 2 combination deals via Socialdeal. Hot drink, sandwich and donut. Upon arrival we saw that you could not sit there at all, but that it was purely takeaway. That was less, but nowadays there is enough place to sit on the Grote Markt and it was sunny. We had: - Chai tea, spicy chicken sandwich and strawberry cream donut. Tea was very sweet, the bun was well seasoned and very tasty and the donut was good too. Powerful, and after the sandwich we ate it at home later. - Latte macchiato, spicy chicken sandwich and lemon cheesecake donut. The macchiato beans had a very sharp taste, the sandwich was tasty and the donut was okay. For the price...about €9, it is good for lunch.

It was decent, but truth be told, past experiences in other Dunkin Donuts were better than this. Plus not a lot of choice.

Via toogoodtogo, the price of 12 donuts has increased from 9:49 to 13.99. They no longer offer 6 pieces. This is not great for those who have little to spend or who think 12 pieces are too much. That price increase is absurdly high

Just get a donut at LIDL, it tastes better than here. Also very impersonal to only order via such a wall as there was no one in the shop.

Donuts are not really my thing, but a free one on your birthday is always good! White hot chocolate is not too sweet, lovely warm drink. Big compliments to the employee who helped me, she was very nice!

Had some donuts here twice, both times it felt like we were eating donuts that seemed to have been made three days ago. That for that price is really ridiculous. If the donuts from Appie are tastier than one from Dunkin' then something is wrong!

For these high prices you can expect quite a bit. Staff did not respond to the order, even though the store was quite busy (or they were not paying attention). Then the order is incomplete. First a coffee was missing, then another donut. Can happen. Coffee to go. Had coffee further down the road. Also the wrong coffee. Ordered an Americano with vanilla and got a coffee with milk and some hazelnut. Staff is not accurate and/or involved and prices are very high. 12.40 for 2 coffee and 3 donuts. Location Groningen.

Employees often mess up orders. The tostis are often burned and certain things miss from the coffee. Other than that it's very often crowded. It's understandable cause there aren't too many employees but it needs a change in management.

Niet om super negatief te doen maar waarom alleen cashless!?? Ik vind dit een slechte ontwikkeling en zal alleen al daarom minder vaak langskomen. De (gevulde) donuts hadden een hele chemische nasmaak, ik dacht dat ik gewoon een oud wijf was geworden maar toen vroegen de kinderen of ik ze ook chemisch vond smaken??? Geen goede ervaring
