The food was nice and there's enough to choose from on the menu if you're vegetarian. It's not licensed so you can only have a soft drink. It's more like the title suggests, a snack-house, rather than a restaurant. The lady who served us didn't speak much English, so you may want to brush up on your Dutch or Chinese. A bit too much Zucchini in each of the main courses. It was reasonably priced and we enjoyed what we had. We'll go back again next time we're in Delft.

Never going back again. Six people to dine in, the owners didn't like the fact some of us were going to share a meal, told us to take it away or leave. No one could speak English nor Dutch, and were quite rude, and appeared offended when we told them we were going to share some large meals. Service: -4 Atmosphere: -1 Food: 2/10 (the noodles were well cooked and the broth was alright, but really expensive for the area)

Went by once to take away food around 6:00 PM, the place was completely empty. I looked at the menu and what I wanted was always available, after 10 minutes of discussion (also because the lady speaks very poor Dutch) I came to a conclusion about what I wanted, I indicated that I wanted to pay by card and she smartly indicated that you could only pay in cash. My patience ran out and I immediately walked away. The place looks very unpleasant, unprofessional and I find it strange that in 2023 you still cannot pay by card in a restaurant?

食物很好吃，特别是清蒸鱼和鸡汤，很新鲜很美味，可以和我家乡酒店制作的菜肴相媲美，很难得在荷兰能吃到这么好吃新鲜的中餐。鲜榨的西瓜汁也很好喝，老板娘人也特别好，下次还来。

Great place for authentic Chinese food in Delft. Food is pretty good and the prices are low. If you need take out, you can call ahead and they'll prepare it for you.

Had a meal with colleagues and got to try quite a few of the dishes. They were all rather tasty & authentic Chinese.

Echt lekker eten en super vriendelijke mensen. Zowel plaatselijk eten, als afhalen is echt top. De dorade is een aanrader! (Alleen contant betalen, dus neem je flappen mee)

Ben er een tijd niet geweest, de kwaliteit van het eten is nog steeds top. Ga er binnenkort weer. しばらくそこにいませんでした、食べ物の品質は一流です。すぐにまた行きます。 Shibaraku soko ni imasendeshita, tabemono no hinshitsu wa ichiryūdesu. Sugu ni mata ikimasu.

Lekker eten voor zeer schappelijke prijs. Een van mijn lievelingsplekken in Delft. Gerund door hartelijke mensen die hard werken. De gyoza, gebakken rijst met zalm en tofu met groenten zijn m'n favorieten. Maar eigenlijk is alles lekker.

Met afstand het beste eethuisje in Delft. Goed en uitgebreid menu, lekker eten en vriendelijke mensen. Vergeet niet contant geld mee te nemen.

The friendliest owners and the best fried rice with chicken!! Me and my friends order almost every week and we're never dissapointed. It is cash only but totally worth it.

At the Eastern Snackhouse tasteful fresh and authentic Chinese dishes are served by a very friendly restaurant owner. I would highly recommend the chicken Sechuan pepper and Chicken seven spices. It’s cash only, so visit an ATM before hand.

10/10 Would recommend, please take cash. Without doubt the most authentic Chinese restaurant in Delft. It's a hotspot for home-sick Chinese students from the TU Delft. The woman serving the restaurant is ever-enthousiastic, speaks mandarin fluently but will sometimes be challenging to communicate with in dutch or english. No worries, just point and nod and a tasty dish is guaranteed to come your way. I recommend the Gyosa's, Eggplant and pork, or the Szechuan pepper Chicken with rice and would always get a green tea, that is re-filled without charge. The deserts and sushi won't blow your mind, there are other places specialised in those just around the corner.

Service is a nightmare 😔. The only way to get what you want is to come with a person that speaks Mandarin. Even then, the waitress puts so many obstacles when you order. For example, it is almost impossible to order different soups for everyone in the table, as the waitress wants you to order the same one for everyone (even if the table has 12 people!!). Of course it is easier for them to cook the same thing if everyone orders the same...but then what would be the point of going to a restaurant and having a menu? Regarding the food, it was good! Great schezwan chicken and black pepper beef. The sweet & sour chicken with pineapple was also good. Rice was not so sticky, and as we only got flat dishes it was super difficult to eat it with chopsticks. However, we ordered wonton soup, but what we got was a broth with some fried dumplings on it... it could have been better! Overall, the price was ok. Quite a lot of food for 20 euros (soup + main chicken/beef dish with rice + one beverage). Main drawback was the service while ordering. If you overcome that, you will have a nice dinner.
