The food is fresh, delicious, and perfectly seasoned, making it a very cost-effective restaurant.

The choice is perhaps not as wide as in other bigger venues of this type, but everything was fresh and tasty. I particularly recommend grilled prawns and lamb. The price/quality ratio is excellent as is the service. Dirty plates were collected regularly and the staff was very friendly. What I also like is that this restaurant feels quite cosy. This place definitely deserves a higher rating than the current one (4 stars).

This isn't the place for a romantic dinner or a first night out. It's fine for groups and having a good time. The price for all-you-can-eat is okay. When it's busy, you can still hear the person next to you, but not so well two seats away.

For this price (social deal), we ate quite well. It is a small restaurant with limited variety, but apart from the quantity, the quality is good. The staff wokking and grilling do not understand a word of Dutch or English, so communication regarding quantity and type was done with fingers. The cuts of meat were delicious and quite large.

We went here for a birthday dinner on May 17th, via a Social Deal. We had expected a typical all-you-can-eat food factory, but nothing could be further from the truth. We had reserved a bit later in the evening and actually arrived when the biggest rush was (almost) over. The young lady from the restaurant asked if we were familiar with the concept and gave a brief explanation. Although, how hard can it be to grab food and eat it? :P Precisely because it wasn't ridiculously busy, it meant we actually sat very quietly and relaxed. The allotted time of 2.5 hours was therefore more than enough. The route is indeed as easy as I say; we started with a plate of sushi, which was deliciously fresh. We took some small side dishes here and there, but the highlight for us was definitely the live grill, wok, and BBQ. A wide selection of meat and fish, with multiple pieces available at a time that could be requested along with preferences for how they should be cooked. We could leave plates on the table, and they were collected periodically. Because the BBQ in particular was such a success, we didn't have very much of the dessert, but there was just enough room for a hot drink with a piece of spekkoek :) The price included drinks, which could be self-tapped, including soft drinks, hot drinks, and fresh juice. Compared to other AYCE concepts in the region, this was much better than expected. We will definitely be coming back here again!

The place had nice servers and the people who were at the front were really nice but the two men at the grill got annoyed because I had told them I wanted one corn and then said I wanted another one for my friend, apparently that was too hard and annoying for them? The food was below average. Again the people at the front were really nice and attentive besides anything.

We set out in search of an all-you-can-eat wok restaurant and, as fate (and Google) would have it, ended up at Royal Palace. Not quite in the city centre as we’d hoped, but thanks to the rather marvellous public transport, we arrived in about five minutes. Walking is also an option—roughly twenty minutes, if you’re feeling virtuous. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly. Clearly a popular spot, as every table was occupied—always a promising sign, unless you were hoping for a quiet existential crisis over noodles. Naturally, we began with a drink. Service was brisk, the selection generous. Soft drinks and “specials” are self-service, while beer and wine are poured for you—civilisation at its finest. On to the starters: soup and cold salads. A well-stocked buffet with, remarkably, no queues despite the crowd. Delightful carpaccio, salmon, prawns, and various other temptations—enough to make one briefly consider skipping the main course (a thought quickly dismissed, of course). Then came the main event: the wok, BBQ, and teppanyaki section. A generous spread of beef, pork, chicken, fish, and vegetables. Here, your patience may be tested ever so slightly—we waited up to ten minutes—but really, at €37.50 for unlimited food and drink, one feels it would be terribly un-British to complain. A queue builds character. Dessert offered cakes, ice cream, fruit, and an alarming number of sweet treats. The macarons, in particular, were dangerously good—one might say they vanished with suspicious efficiency. To finish, an excellent cup of coffee—because nothing says “I’ve eaten far too much” quite like immediately adding caffeine to the situation. It was our first visit, but should we find ourselves in Delft again, we’d happily return.

Good food for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the Belgian chocolate fountain is a cheap cocoa fantasy.

We visit many restaurants, but compared to others, this one is very small and has a limited selection. The salmon was fried, and the waiter took it and threw it back into the container (cross-contamination). Also, the cook was unfriendly towards my 9-year-old son. He ordered a ribeye and was unkindly told that he had to ask somewhere else. Unfortunately, there is no nice atmosphere. The interior could really use a refresh; it all looks very old and worn.

Royal Palace is a global restaurant with a wok, grill, and sushi buffet, where you can enjoy unlimited food and drinks for a fixed price. The concept is ideal for a pleasant evening with friends, family, or a group.

The food was really delicious and tasted fresh. There was plenty of choice, even though it's not a huge all-you-can-eat place. But honestly, I kind of like that. I don't always need to be in a huge all-you-can-eat place that's incredibly crowded and chaotic. This place was simply well-organized and cozy. I also thought the price was good for what you get. Especially compared to other places, it's reasonably priced. The service was friendly, and we were helped quickly. Parking is about a two-minute walk away, so not right in front of the door, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Ordered for 4 people through Social Deal and had a great meal with drinks. For €30, it's not too expensive and worth it. The wok and BBQ were large portions, and the buffet included the usual Dutch favorites.

Worst restaurant experience ever. We found this restaurant on Social Deal and had high expectations based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. We got a spot near the entrance, and it was incredibly drafty. Furthermore, all the tables are so close together that it felt like we were dining with the people sitting next to us. In fact, there are too many tables, making it almost impossible to hear each other. Now, about the food. We both got terribly sick after eating at Royal Palace. We're sure that was the cause. The food already smelled/smelled bad, and we hadn't eaten anything beforehand. We don't know how long the food had been there, but it wasn't fresh. Unfortunately, we only ate one plate of food per person. It's way too expensive for what you get, and the icing on the cake is that you get sick from the food. Not recommended!

We had just been there for 10 minutes and we were already leaving. The food tasted awful, cold, tasteless, and they were constantly watching you eat, as if you were putting something in your pocket. Never go there. If you do, it's a waste of money. I'd rather give it 100 stars.

Recently picked up some Babi Pangang. It was as expected, plentiful and delicious.

Worst all-you-can-eat experience ever. There were two of us and we went in with high expectations. My first plate was filled with beef and sushi, among other things. The beef had an odd texture and was completely flavorless. The sushi tasted extremely sour and looked unkempt, as if it had been prepared hastily or inexperienced. After my first plate, I immediately felt nauseous. Furthermore, it's unclear what the kitchen is all about: there's variety, but the selection is very limited. The bottle opener in the drinks section was dirty and sticky, which didn't give a hygienic impression. In short: we only spent a total of 40 minutes there, ate one plate, and only had dessert, purely because it was pre-made and not prepared on the spot. After that, we left.

Enjoyed the delicious meal with the family. Lots of meat, fish, and vegetable options. You can help yourself to both food and drinks, except for alcohol. Everything was all-inclusive. The staff quickly cleared plates and glasses, which was very helpful. The ladies behind the bar were friendly. The chefs were visibly irritated by some difficult customers.

Ate here with a large group. I didn't think one long table for 12 people was ideal. The wok chef wasn't friendly and clearly didn't enjoy his work. The grilled meat/fish was decent, though. The fries were cold and limp. The ice cream was also far too soft. Unfortunately, I didn't think it was worth the money. And I had to spend a lot of time at home in the bathroom that evening. That didn't sit well with me. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

I had a truly fantastic experience! The atmosphere was very cozy and warm, and you felt welcome the moment you walked in. The food was delicious—truly beyond my expectations. Another great thing: almost everything is halal. It's halal after three courses, but you can also just ask beforehand if you want to be sure. The staff is friendly and helpful, so that's no problem at all. In short: delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. Definitely recommended! 🍽✨

We were put at a table in the middle where everyone walked through, a waitress dropped an empty plate with leftover satay on my back... there was plastic in the sushi so we will definitely email for a refund!! The restaurant has deteriorated considerably compared to the past. Food was lukewarm, grilled meat was hidden, choices were fewer. As far as I'm concerned, it's no longer recommended.

I've been to many all-you-can-eat wok restaurants, but this restaurant hands down wins the award for the worst. The space is small, cramped and without atmosphere, it feels more like a food bar than a restaurant. The food was downright bad, and the sushi was particularly disappointing. In addition, the cook was rude and unfriendly, and the staff showed no enthusiasm at all. To be honest, I don't really know what else to say about this, other than hoping it doesn't give me food poisoning.

We were there on Monday. Meat was mediocre and nothing was really tasty. We regularly go to a similar restaurant but I do not recommend this one. Too bad the name of the place indicates that it is a top location in terms of food. Unfortunately this was disappointing.
