Wow. Best pizza we've had in years.

My friend and I ordered an appetizer, a pizza and a tiramisu. The amount of food was perfect for us. I love how the tomatoes on the pizza exploded into sweet and sour tomato juice in my mouth. (They split it into two plates for us.) The people there were extremely warm and lovely! Thanks Fabio for taking care of us from the beginning till the end. We had great food and a really great time!

A wonderful surprise. The pizzas are of high quality, as are the ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet the service is efficient and pleasant.

Service was abysmal, the pizza dough was wet and some of the ingredients were not cooked properly. It was kind of impressive how undercooked the pizza was considering the heat of a pizza oven. A massive shame as I had heard good things

We visited this pizzeria last weekend. Very attentive service, Fabio the manager welcomed us and served us taking care of us all evening. The appetizer was an assorted cutting board of quality cold cuts and cheeses; You can see the research of the product and the pepper jam was perfect. The recommended wine, Chianti, was a great wine that accompanied us all evening on our journey. The pizza was melting and tasty on the inside, crunchy but not too much on the outside and cooked to perfection. The tiramisu made every morning by the owner Massimiliano was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Pizzeria iialiana DOC. Very light and digestible dough topped with top quality Italian products. They also serve superb cold cuts and cheeses. It is a place where many Italians go to eat, who as is known are very demanding about food. The atmosphere is young, familiar and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Delicious pizza with a hint of truffle. Quite a high price for a pizza, but delicious and particularly soft delicious base. We could get in despite it being full. We had to leave fairly quickly. Because of the reservations of others.

To be honest, one of the best pizzeria in town. Pizza was freshly baked and you can taste the quality of the ingredients, the crust slightly crunchy and on the inside soft. We had the pizza with mozzarella base instead of tomato sauce, together with the truffle oil it was an explosion of taste. Service was really fast and attentive, especially Fabio he made our night! We are coming back to try some nature wines and enjoy a good pizza.

When we sat down at our table we noticed that we did not have any cutlery or enough glasses for water. We waited for 20 mins before we had to call them ourselves for them to take our order. When our appetizer arrived they forgot one part of it, which can happen. When our pizzas arrived they were cold and the order was incorrect. This used to be our favorite place but the service this time was abysmal. The only times they came to our table were when we got up to ask them to take our order, and when they delivered said order. The waitress did apologize and offered a complimentary tiramisu due to the incorrect order but never came to take our plates away or to ask us when we wanted dessert. At this point we were already done with the place and just wanted to leave. I will never go here again unfortunately. Some feedback going forward: check on the tables more frequently of the people sitting in to eat.

Very tasty pizza, fresh and homemade. Friendly, courteous staff, who kept refilling our water for free. It was also cool to watch the pizza being shaped and topped. We sat inside because it was almost full outside. It was quite hot and loud because of the oven, but that didn't matter. Highly recommended 👍👍

A small but cozy Italian restaurant. Not a huge menu ( first good sign) but very tasty real Italian pizzas. Their taste is hidden in their simplicity and the dough. Kind and helpful service. A must- try.

Onr of my favourite places in the neighborhood. The (semi chaotic Italian) people are so warm and nice and the pizza absolutely delicious. A reservation is recommended as they are almost always full and in summer you want to sit outside because inside it can get fairly hot. We often take out some pizza when we feel like it spontaneously.

Tell your delivery driver to deliver the pizza FLAT and not to put them VERTICALLY in their bags. this is the THIRD TIME !!!! And to the cook, thank you for putting the dirty ticket directly on the pizza ! Perfect final touch 🤌🏻

My pizza was burnt on top and bottom. I saw that the cooking time went from about 6 minutes to 9. I had ordered 1 extra topping of cherry tomatoes. All the ingredients have a bitter aftertaste and I can feel it in my stomach. We tried to cut away the blackened parts but that didn't help. I even gave a €2 tip for the delivery guy.

Legit favourite pizza place. Best tiramisu period. Go there every week. And pizza of the week never disappoint.

We had an outdoor seat, which was perfect to soak up the Amsterdam sunshine of the day. The pizza in this place is light, crispy, and allows the toppings to shine. I had the carrot cream pizza of the week, which was tasty. The tiramisu here is so different, it tastes more like an opera cake, but it really was moreish.

We went to eat a pizza...being Italians we thought we would enjoy our Italian ingredients in a pizzeria run by ITALIANS....we were shocked by the DISGUSTING pizza....THE DOUGH LOOKED LIKE CHEWING GUM...THE VERY POOR INGREDIENTS...we ordered 3 pizzas: sausage and pecorino where there were two pieces of sausage, a grilled vegetable pizza...invisible and a raw ham pizza with rocket where there was a lot of rocket and a slice of raw ham...we spent 72.75 3 HORRIBLE PIZZAS AND 3 BEERS of 33 CL. WE WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!! They can deceive the Dutch but in ITALY they would close the business after less than a month. WE DENY EVERYTHING!!!!!

Good quality pizza, felt very fresh in a way that is hard to find in Amsterdam. Staff is friendly and professional, and the pizzas were served really quickly. The place is very noise though (Italian style indeed), and I think the interior decoration and vibes could be improved to be taken to the same level of quality as their pizzas. Price is on the high side but not unreasonable for the quality. I would recommend.

EAtmosphere is a small but welcoming place. The pizza is good, with light dough and quality ingredients. Friendly service and informal atmosphere. Perfect for a dinner without too many pretensions but with taste. Overall, positive experience!

Eatmosfera is one of the top pizza places I’ve experienced worldwide. I used to live right next door so it was our local … but every time we have pizza I find myself comparing it back to eatmosfera… and often eatmosfera is on top! Also compared to other top spots in Amsterdam, I think Eatmosfera is better than LouLou and Nnea. The quality of the ingredients and the dough is excellent and their authentic oven makes all the difference. I always get the pizza of the day. No matter what. But especially when it’s with leeks!!!! The staff are so lovely and I feel like we’re friends. It’s a true neighborhood feeling. Fabio is my absolute favorite member of staff and I’m so sad not to see him as I walk by anymore for a wave or a chat since I moved out of the neighborhood. Delicious Neapolitan pizzas straight from the brick oven! We went for dinner with 3 children and the staff is very child-friendly, great!

Ordered via uber eats and got extremely sick on the stomach (2 people) for several days. No refund, no apologies, i would avoid this place as it seems they dont follow hygiene rules in the kitchen

We sampled Eatmosfera fairly 'randomly'; as long as it is in that area and has a brick oven. What a surprise! A real pizzeria, where you can eat your fingers with the starter (focaccia). Clearly a specialist at work. It's small, but cozy. Definitely worth driving around for. Five stars!

Small (grilled vegetables) pizza with more rucola and cheese than veggies. Taste was okay but the size is very small which makes it a very expensive pizza and it was missing lots of veggies. We won't order from them again

There pizzas are to die for. It’s tad bit expensive in my opinion, but then again we travel for over 2 hours in public transport, just to enjoy there pizza.

Definitely my most favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. I come here on average once a month. The pizzas are simply the best! The only disadvantage is that once you have eaten a pizza here, you are really spoiled afterwards. It is also difficult to match this quality in Italy itself. The team is very pleasant and hospitable. Expect a bit of chaos here, it's really Italian style here and it's always busy. Personally, I like that, but I can imagine that some people would like a little more order and peace. You won't find that here. Lately I have been taking the pizzas of the week more and more often. These are really special pizzas and super tasty. Honest and pure ingredients and special combinations! All ingredients are brought here from Italy every week. It doesn't get better than this! The tiramisu is also really phenomenal! Keep up the good work!

Insanely delicious! We especially recommend the white pizzas! We didn't get a seat, but we were still treated very courteously and the pizza to take away was ready immediately!

Best pizza I’ve had in town, together with 1-2 more places (reviews on my profile). So many green flags: So many green flags -The simple chairs and aesthetics -Hidden in a corner in Amsterdam oost -They are Italian -They only have antipasti’s and pizzas on the menu -The menu itself is half in Italian But the greenest flag of all? Italians were biking by shouting ciao and stopping to get a pizza and leave. Food is of excellent quality. Simple recipes made with fresh ingredients, hugged by an amazing dough. I highly recommend you to try this place.

Excellent pizza, and closest I have found to pizza in Italy. Ingredients were fresh send perfectly balanced in my opinion. Service was very friendly, though they are busy, so it can be slow. The “waitlist” online is misleading. It means that if someone cancels within the timeframe you choose, you will be contacted for a table. So be sure to make a reservation, as this place can be popular. Delicious and fresh pizza, arguably the best I’ve had in Amsterdam. It’s always fresh and comes out fast, whether for dine in or takeaway. The service can be very friendly and inviting, sometimes other service feels like I am being a nuisance (dinner rush stress perhaps).

The pizza is thin, easy to eat and great sauce. They also have a wide variety of wines. Great desserts too.

I brought my Italian boyfriend there when he was craving some good pizza and his answer was "best pizza I had" and this says it all.

I’ll make it simple: this is the best pizza I’ve had outside of Italy (where I have lived for a year). The dough is simply amazing (napoletan style), the products are of optimum quality and the flavor combinations are creative but still authentic (salsiccia and crema di parmigiano are a match made in heaven!). I should also mention the sunny terrace, friendly service and warm atmosphere. If that’s not enough to convince you to come try it, I don’t know what will!
