One of the best pizzas I've ever had! I recommend the "A fuoco lento" (slow-cooked).

The pizza (with yellow tomato sauce) was fantastic. The same goes for the tiramisu. We'd love to come back.

The pizza was really good. We ordered one Margherita, but it wasn't enough, so we ordered another one. The price was neither too expensive nor too cheap, just average. The staff were very polite and respectful. They asked if we had a reservation at the beginning, I said no, but they still seated us at a table. Since I went in the snowy winter, there were empty tables available.

Phenomenal pizza. Great service too. I've been there twice already, but I think it's a bit blue inside because of the smoke from the pizza oven. It would be great if the kitchen extractor fan could be improved.

We had two pizzas: Nonno Vincenzo and Ripieno dei Pastori. The first pizza was fine, nothing special. The second pizza wasn't good. The ratio of ricotta, tomato, and guanciale wasn't balanced. The pizza was too strong-flavored. From a true Italian restaurant, I expect a different kind of service than we received if you don't like something.

This award-winning pizzeria needs no introduction. It's incredibly famous in Amsterdam, and booking well in advance is essential. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable, and the service is fast and friendly. The Neapolitan-style pizza is exceptional: delicious dough, perfectly cooked, and classic and gourmet toppings. The tiramisu is also excellent. The price is a bit high, but considering the quality, it's reasonable.

Pizzas where super. I expected some octopus 🐙 flavour from the mairinara but killed the pizza anyway. Tottaly worth it🤌🏽

5 stars for the kitchen, 3 stars for the front of house. The pizzas are well-made and unique. The menu is constantly evolving. The experience felt off in my last visit. - The specials aren't properly explained. The waitstaff are busy and the room is noisy. I only comprehended the main ingredient, when I also would've liked to know about the sauce and additional ingredients. I ended up ordering a chicken pizza, but with white sauce and potatoes, which was pleasantly surprising. Suggestion: Have a specials board, or attach a small card attached to the menu. You already hand out 3 menus. - If you're sitting on a bar stool, there is a narrow corridor between the back of your stool and the table seating. That corridor has room for 1 person, usually occupied by a waiter helping the seated guests. When two people pass through the corridor, one will inevitably brush up against you. Since the waitstaff is constantly on the move, it can be disruptive to have them constantly try to pass two-file through this alley.

The pumpkin pizza was good. The cheese on the pizza hardens very quickly. Apparently it's one of the best pizzerias in Europe, but we've actually eaten better ones even in Izmir, Türkiye. The staff are attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is dim and pleasant.

First of all, getting the reservartion is not as hard as people say about it. But.. Indeed the pizza is soooooo good. We have eaten some best reviewed pizza in multiple places including italy. And this deserved stars! Taste so good, fresh, and the dough is high quality. Too bad the baba rum is not good! So dry, crumbling, and not drizzling in rum. We tasted much much better in random resto in italy.

Rip off charging 3 euros for tap water. The waitress even told my wife that she was not allowed to drink from her own water bottle if we did not order their water even though we ordered other drinks. Pizza average at best. Ingredients are not up to standard.

We made a reservation months in advance in anticipation to try the #47 ranked pizza in the world and #7 in Europe and it exceeded every expectation. The service was flawless, the atmosphere buzzing and the pizzas incredible. We wanted to try to most basic flavor and a slightly more complicated one so we ordered the Margherita and the ripieno dei pastori. The Margherita was so good, and really helps you to appreciate the balance and freshness of each ingredient. The cheese, tomatoes and basil all come together so perfectly I finally understand why this pizza needs nothing else. It’s a showcase of the mastery of the basics of pizza, dough, cheese and tomato with no where to hide and it was delicious. The dough has that dense chewiness that you expect a you can also add some chili oil to enhance it. The pizzas arrived hot and they give you a pair of scissors to easily cut it. The other pizza was the complete opposite, rich in flavour and heavy with more cheese and guanciale meat wrapped inside the dough rather than a traditional pizza. While this was also delicious, the Margherita was 10/10 perfection. The tiramisu was also very good and very reminiscent of the very best we had in Italy. Overall the experience was incredible and honestly not very expensive considering the quality. Would highly recommend coming here and making a reservation far in advance The other pizza

I went to Amsterdam with my friends; we booked a bit late, only managing to get a spot available at 1 hour, but the pizzas were good and the service was fast. I recommend it.

Extra toppings on pizza weren't allowed, which I found rather odd. The tables are very close together. We were initially seated in the aisle. Every time people walked by, our table swayed, so we asked if we could move. We weren't allowed to. Then we asked another staff member, and they allowed us to. It wasn't that big of a deal.

I planned a trip to Amsterdam. The 3rd time this year. And this time, i have heard, that the 6th best napolitan Pizza place is here. So i HAD to try it! I wanted a little modification on my pizza. Normally they dont do that. What i see as a good thing! But ok - they did it for me. And i had the Pizza. And it was great! I have eaten a lot of pizzas - in germany, italy, USA, And so on... But this was by far the best pizza, i have ever had! I highly reccomend that place!!!

Make your reservation ahead. 🍕 we ate the margherita pizza and the one with burrata and yellow tomato sauce. It was fun to cut the pizza with scissors. The crust was thin. Indoor seating with small tables for 2-4 people and countertops. ♿️ not comfortable for people with restricted mobility and parents with strollers. 🧏‍♀️ can get noisy when crowded.

Walk into Nnea Pizza on Amsterdam and you immediately know they take pizza seriously. We started with the garlic focaccia — beautifully baked, crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and packed with flavor. The Margherita with bufala? Simple, classic, and absolutely spot on. Ranked 7th in Europe and 47th in the world. High-quality dough and ingredients, a unique and pleasant atmosphere. Reservations are needed. I walked in by chance and they said it would be ready in an hour. Was it amazing? No, but it was good.

Reservations required, except for the bar area. The pizzas are fantastic: oven-baked, thin crust, plenty of toppings, and a variety of combinations. Prices range from €22 to €25 per pizza. The only thing that could be improved is the ventilation; it smells strongly of smoke, and it burns your eyes when you walk in.

It came up as the highest-rated pizzeria in Amsterdam and number 9 worldwide, so without hesitation, we went there for dinner. I appreciate the recommendation and the kindness of the Spanish-speaking waitress (Alicia, if I remember correctly, is from Lima), and it was a great choice. The pizza was a 10/10, the service was super fast, and the best part is that if you have a reservation, you can sit at the bar and enjoy the view of the kitchen and the pizzaiolos preparing the pizzas live.

This place has been going viral on social media, but I think it's a bit of an exaggeration. It's crowded, very hot because the oven is inside, and the location is a bit out of town. The pizzas we had were average, not much different from anywhere else.

To be honest it was very disappointing, the place has been on hype for so long and it’s so difficult to find a table that my expectations were high and the quality and the experience didn’t match them. The entrance and the front part of the place looked very nice but the back part was like a normal bar in a village and not one of the most famous pizza places in the city. The tables were super close to each other and out bad luck, there was a woman super loud by our side but also we were heading the other side couple conversation. The menu looks like very varied but 75% of the options were pizzas with just several types of cheese and nothing else. Also when I asked to have a variation they said no, so almost I didn’t like anything from there. The tiramisu was also not that good. In summary, good but quite normal pizza, very basic and overpriced, and a bad experience in the place

Best pizza in Amsterdam and surrounding counties

It occasionally ranks among the top 10 in Europe's top 50. The venue is beautiful, the dough is excellent, and the taste was good. We had margaritas and octopus salad. We paid 40 euros, and there was a drink included.

The Oro di Bufala pizza was amazing, but the Margherita was just okay. We ordered an appetizer based on the waiter's suggestion, and it wasn't tasty at all. 🤣😑

According to many, it may be the best pizza in the world. We are not experts in evaluating this, however, because we have eaten in other highly advertised pizzerias, we liked this one extremely! To the extent that we really rank it as one of the best we have ever eaten! Awesome dough, excellent foaming and expansion, and great ingredients, sauce, cheese, cold cuts. The result is unique! This is also mentioned in many other reviews here, which we believe correspond to reality! We definitely recommend this pizzeria and we believe that anyone visiting Amsterdam should visit it and try pizza here!

Hands down my favorite pizza place in Amsterdam! Thin and tasty crust like I couldn’t find anywhere else, very good variety of toppings, and the service is always very efficient. Also, thank you Francesca for running the room so well, we can always count on you for a table!

This place is all about the quality of the pizza and honestly, the pizza is really good but when it comes to employee wellbeing, it’s a total mess. They’re severely understaffed, and the place I went to with such high expectations ended up being a big disappointment. It’s like, “Our pizza is the best, but who cares about workers!” The staff, unlike the greedy owners, were really doing their best. But the poor girl at the front was cleaning tables, answering the phone, taking orders, bringing out food, and greeting customers all at the same time. Treat your employees better…

Pizza tastes amazing! No surprises that they won so many awards. I ordered take away which is next door to the main restaurant, but at 5:33pm there was already a small queue for both fine in and take away. They also allown35% of the table for walk in only so you don't have to book but for larger groups yes you will need to I'd assume. Pizza is so thin and almost melt in the centre the moment you open them up fresh. You can cut them into pieces yourself as they are very busy taking orders and making pizzas. The anchovy one is a must try!

We had Margarita pizza as a takeaway next door and it was delicious, but as we expected, there was a line in the restaurant section, but even though there were only 2 people waiting in front of us, it is not normal that there was no line until closing time, which is 22:30, when we entered at around 20:00. The staff at the door are either selective or, if we look at it with good intentions, they cannot manage a simple matter, but one thing is clear: it is not normal.

The pizzas were very good and I really liked it. But overall it’s a bit overpriced and it is not worth the wait for over a month for the reservation.

Super real authentic Italian bake, nothing compares to it

Delicious pizza, really good dough but i found it a little bit pricey for a pizza. We alsonhad Flea Beer and wouldnt recommend it. As Starter we had burata plate and it was very average. Tiramisu was ok but not so special, too much creamy. I think i’d only come back for a pizza which was one pf the best in Amsterdam West. P.s. maybe it’s releated to today but the ventilation was so bad in the place, super warm and we came home smelling food all over on our clothes.

I ordered two takeout pizzas on Thursday. I chatted with the guys behind the counter, both super kind and helpful Italians. I think the pizza speaks for itself, knowing it's the best in Amsterdam and among the best in all of Europe. Top luxury pizzeria (thanks to the pizza chefs).

It was truly wonderful to eat pizza with scissors in a beautiful atmosphere. If you go without a reservation, you may have to wait an indefinite amount of time.

Pizza was amazing but the young curly hair male server was extremely rude and the moment we finished our pizza he basically took our plates (no excuse me or anything) and asked if we were going to order something else (or leave). He also kicked my chair by accident and didn’t say sorry so hope we won’t have him next time we are there.

We loved the pizza here. The staff was also very sweet. I think you need a reservation. Since we went last minute, we had to wait a bit. They let you know the wait time and ask you to decide accordingly. We also tried the tiramisu and loved it.

To their credit, the chefs are doing a solid job. The pizza isn’t extraordinary, certainly not “top of Europe” quality as some reviews suggest. But it’s good, especially by Amsterdam standards. You’d find similar or even better pizza in many parts of southern Europe. We tried two: SuperMarinata (octopus) – creative and flavorful, though I’m personally not a fan of eating octopus for ethical reasons. Oro di Bufala – an interesting twist with yellow tomatoes, nicely executed and balanced in flavor. The dough was very thin, with a tasty crust that was slightly thicker than I prefer. Because of the ultra-thin base, both pizzas ended up a bit mushy in the center. A pity, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, despite the inflated hype and high prices, it’s a good-quality pizza spot worth checking out at least once.

We ordered two pizzas, and there were two of us. But we had a hard time finishing them. I recommend coming really hungry. Alternatively, you can buy one and share it with others. There's not much to complain about in terms of taste; they're already 7th in the world. But I have to add that it's now possible to find a similar pizza in Istanbul. It's a great place for a delicious and satisfying dinner.

Very good pizza and service, but I found a bit overrated for all the hype of best pizza of Amsterdam.

We went there for dinner and even made a reservation in advance. They charge €10 per person, which was supposed to be deducted from the bill – but nope, after eating they just kept the €20 and never subtracted it. Basically, nNea straight up ripped us off. Even after sending an email, zero reply. Sure, the food was actually good, but that doesn’t excuse pulling a scam like this. I already reported it to Dutch consumer protection because it really feels like they’re targeting tourists on purpose. Not even answering emails is downright disgusting behavior. This kind of thing should never happen and can even lead to criminal consequences.

Very busy place, food explains exactly why! Had the margarita pizza; absolutely delightful, lovely tomato sauce and rich tasting cheese. The dough was done to perfection. Voted the 47th best pizza in the world, and it lives up to that title. I arrived without a reservation and got a table. The service was top-notch. The pizza was really good, the crust was wonderful, and the sauce was incredible. Everything inside the pizzeria was beautiful, and it was definitely worth it, and the price was very reasonable.
