Pizza tastes amazing! No surprises that they won so many awards. I ordered take away which is next door to the main restaurant, but at 5:33pm there was already a small queue for both fine in and take away. They also allown35% of the table for walk in only so you don't have to book but for larger groups yes you will need to I'd assume. Pizza is so thin and almost melt in the centre the moment you open them up fresh. You can cut them into pieces yourself as they are very busy taking orders and making pizzas. The anchovy one is a must try!

Overrated. It doesn’t justify its price/quality ratio.

We had Margarita pizza as a takeaway next door and it was delicious, but as we expected, there was a line in the restaurant section, but even though there were only 2 people waiting in front of us, it is not normal that there was no line until closing time, which is 22:30, when we entered at around 20:00. The staff at the door are either selective or, if we look at it with good intentions, they cannot manage a simple matter, but one thing is clear: it is not normal.

The pizzas were very good and I really liked it. But overall it’s a bit overpriced and it is not worth the wait for over a month for the reservation.

Delicious pizza, really good dough but i found it a little bit pricey for a pizza. We alsonhad Flea Beer and wouldnt recommend it. As Starter we had burata plate and it was very average. Tiramisu was ok but not so special, too much creamy. I think i’d only come back for a pizza which was one pf the best in Amsterdam West. P.s. maybe it’s releated to today but the ventilation was so bad in the place, super warm and we came home smelling food all over on our clothes.

I ordered two takeout pizzas on Thursday. I chatted with the guys behind the counter, both super kind and helpful Italians. I think the pizza speaks for itself, knowing it's the best in Amsterdam and among the best in all of Europe. Top luxury pizzeria (thanks to the pizza chefs).

It was truly wonderful to eat pizza with scissors in a beautiful atmosphere. If you go without a reservation, you may have to wait an indefinite amount of time.

Excellent Neapolitan pizza! ‘A fuoco lento’ is a must try! You can check their website for reservations, but if you arrive about 30 minutes before they open, you should be able to walk in without a booking.

Pizza was amazing but the young curly hair male server was extremely rude and the moment we finished our pizza he basically took our plates (no excuse me or anything) and asked if we were going to order something else (or leave). He also kicked my chair by accident and didn’t say sorry so hope we won’t have him next time we are there.

We loved the pizza here. The staff was also very sweet. I think you need a reservation. Since we went last minute, we had to wait a bit. They let you know the wait time and ask you to decide accordingly. We also tried the tiramisu and loved it.

Longer read: This place serves decent pizza, but the hype feels a bit inflated, likely boosted by clever marketing. The marketing team clearly did their job well, but it seems the interior designers didn’t get the same budget. The decor feels neglected, which is a shame for such pricey pizza place. To their credit, the chefs are doing a solid job. The pizza isn’t extraordinary, certainly not “top of Europe” quality as some reviews suggest. But it’s good, especially by Amsterdam standards. You’d find similar or even better pizza in many parts of southern Europe. We tried two: SuperMarinata (octopus) – creative and flavorful, though I’m personally not a fan of eating octopus for ethical reasons. Oro di Bufala – an interesting twist with yellow tomatoes, nicely executed and balanced in flavor. The dough was very thin, with a tasty crust that was slightly thicker than I prefer. Because of the ultra-thin base, both pizzas ended up a bit mushy in the center. A pity, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, despite the inflated hype and high prices, it’s a good-quality pizza spot worth checking out at least once.

Literally the best pizza I've ever had . Try marinara . The simplest so you can understand the quality of the dough and the taste of tomatoes oregano and olive oil . No wonder why they are in the top 50 Europe and world . Forever recommended.

Very good pizza and service, but I found a bit overrated for all the hype of best pizza of Amsterdam.

We ordered two pizzas, and there were two of us. But we had a hard time finishing them. I recommend coming really hungry. Alternatively, you can buy one and share it with others. There's not much to complain about in terms of taste; they're already 7th in the world. But I have to add that it's now possible to find a similar pizza in Istanbul. It's a great place for a delicious and satisfying dinner.

We went there for dinner and even made a reservation in advance. They charge €10 per person, which was supposed to be deducted from the bill – but nope, after eating they just kept the €20 and never subtracted it. Basically, nNea straight up ripped us off. Even after sending an email, zero reply. Sure, the food was actually good, but that doesn’t excuse pulling a scam like this. I already reported it to Dutch consumer protection because it really feels like they’re targeting tourists on purpose. Not even answering emails is downright disgusting behavior. This kind of thing should never happen and can even lead to criminal consequences.

Generally the foods here is good. I have a recommendation from my friend to try this restaurant as it’s one of the best Italian restaurants in the Netherlands. Rated 8/10 for the pizza because it was burnt 🙄 The spritz was nice indeed

Very busy place, food explains exactly why! Had the margarita pizza; absolutely delightful, lovely tomato sauce and rich tasting cheese. The dough was done to perfection. Reasonable prices, very friendly service, live atmosphere and the food validates all the positive reviews! This is one to put on your list if you’re in town; highly recommended.

Voted the 47th best pizza in the world, and it lives up to that title. I arrived without a reservation and got a table. The service was top-notch. The pizza was really good, the crust was wonderful, and the sauce was incredible. Everything inside the pizzeria was beautiful, and it was definitely worth it, and the price was very reasonable.

Delicious pizzas but impossible to book a table if not 6 months in advance. Waiting time to get a table: one hour (if you’re lucky). Waiting time to get your pizza after ordering: one hour. You can get served at 23:00 for an arrival at 21:00. Service is very random, sometimes ok sometimes not professional. The atmosphere is canteen-like and super noisy There are so many very good pizzerias in Amsterdam where you can get served in 5mn that Nnea lost their reputation in my view.

Went there a few months ago, very good pizza. It was very busy, though; maybe a little more space between tables would have been a bit better.

They claim to deliver in 30 mins but takes more than an hour. Not only are they late but they also lie so you cannot plan anything else. STAY AWAY!

The staff were very friendly. However, after eating there, I was a bit surprised by the hype. The pizza itself wasn’t particularly special. The toppings were underwhelming in both amount and quality, and the dough was overly soft and soggy. There are plenty of places in Amsterdam with similar or even better quality.

All of the waiters were very helpful with their recommendations and the food was amazing !

Excellent pizza, truly one of the best I've ever had. It's a shame about everything else. The place is cramped and claustrophobic; it must have been 104 degrees Fahrenheit inside, we sweated profusely, and when we asked if they could turn on the air conditioning, they simply said no. Another downside was the tasteless tiramisu and the babà, which was way too hot.

The pizza dough is what it should be, fluffy and airy. The pizza is too expensive due to the hype. The restaurant is congested for maximum seating. They already ran out of some ingredients for pizza at 18:00, thats weird.

As a pizzaiolo myself, i had pretty high expectations of the place. But im a little dissapointed.. The sauces we're not good seasoned, you missed salt everywhere. The personel isn't really thrived to serve you. And the hygiene in general is pretty bad.. you have fly's everywhere, the whole place seems dirty. And even after an employee went to the toilet where you see there is piss everywhere. He doesn't make a notice of it and nobody cleans it afterwards. Next to that pizza's for over 20+ euro must be illegal in my opinion. There were not that expensive products on the pizza as well.. Im happy i went, but next time i go to da michele or Pizza project!

Sadly I was very disappointed. We were welcomed with a nice member of staff and got seated in the very modern restaurant. There is basically no privacy at the bar, the music and the ambience was definitely not my taste. The toilets were extremely dirty. Service was fast and friendly, hence one star plus. The pizza was made with very good ingredients - but the tomato sauce was sour and too intense. The dough was burned and raw inside. This is not the 7th best pizza in Europe. Prices are quite high because it is famous. Cannot recommend and would never visit again.

The pizza we ordered arrived half destroyed in transit, with sauce all over the box. We had asked for it to be cut since we were staying at a hotel, but this was ignored. The taste was nothing special.

A wonderful experience for those who want to feel like they're in Italy. Really good pizza, with excellent traditional Italian ingredients. Average price is around €17-18 per pizza. The atmosphere is a bit small and chaotic, but the pizza is worth the sacrifice.

I heard from my friend that you need to make a reservation even a year ago, but I successfully walk in. I really enjoy the pizza with octopus and the tiramisu, it's worthy if you walk in.

The pizzas are really good. We paid takeout and ate in the park next door. If you want to sit in the rest area, I recommend making a reservation. It was very crowded, so we paid 25 euros for two pizzas. You should add it to your list.

Service is always amazing here and pizza is amazing as it's ranking suggests. If you can't get a reservation, just show up and get your name on the list early is better than later when they won't add any more to the wait list. Ohhh and definitely try the Tiramisu!!

Great pizza surely best in amstery. Crazy prices though as an italian used to paying nearly half the price (but tbf the prices are alligned withl most of Amsterdam, but still 16+ for a pizza is crazyyyy at least for me) Last but not least, recently went to nnea next door asked for a calzone (ripieno bianco) and got a completely different calzone with nduja. 🤷‍♂️ Guessing it was a misunderstanding but still for 20+ bucks youd expect them to be precise. Kinda weird to ask those prices but behave like a “normal” down to earth pizzeria.

They don’t receive one person’s reservation so I wanna try walk-in. I was there around 6pm and got a bar seat close to the pizza oven. All the staff are so friendly I asked them one with beef but they dont have it anymore since they change menu every season. So I let them recommend and I ordered the specialty. It’s amazing, I love the taste, I don’t remember the ingredients names🥲only recall the meat is smt rib and I love the vege topping, crispy like chips! I almost finished the whole pizza. Highly recommend and if you wanna have the wonderful experience with friends, remember to reserve on their website.

We managed to get a table fairly easily without a reservation. However, this restaurant didn't completely convince us... The pizzas are actually quite good (especially the crust and the tomato sauce). Unfortunately, the cheese in the margarita wasn't very good, and the tiramisu, which the server advertised as "to share," was quite small... Not to mention the wait time for dessert. We're delighted to have been able to try this restaurant, but we won't be back.

Delicious pizza, with good quality ingredients and dough. The hanging area is cramped and hot. The coffee is very small, I don't even know why coffee is reduced in size, like all drinks?! 🧐

One of the worst pizzas and calzones I had in my life. Everyone talks so highly about this place and I am genuinely perplexed. The flavor of the calzone tasted like it came from a gas station stop in Germany. The pizza, no flavor! Of course people will keep coming here from the clout it had received but if you’re a NYer or Italian, you will be VERY disappointed

The pizza is out of this world! A good variety of somewhat unique options to choose from, the best Neapolitan pizza you can get in the country. Dessert only has tiramisu as an option, which is decent but not spectacular. You definitely come here for the pizza.

It's a pizza with a legendary tomato sauce, and I absolutely adore it. The service is also incredibly fast. Within 5 minutes of ordering, our enormous and delicious pizzas arrived at our table. They were so delicious that, despite being so large, we finished them all.

The food is delicious! But the heat in the place is unbelievable! It's waaaaaaaaay too hot in there; you're definitely not there for enjoyment. Something really needs to be done about it; it's easily 45 degrees inside. I almost walked out but really wanted to try the pizza. I'll never eat there again. Maybe get takeout sometime. I'll go outside soaking wet with sweat. Unbelievable! You don't realize this yourself...
