It's gotten quite expensive compared to the old days. Medium has become large now. And these days, you get some nice free insects too. Mmmm, delicious.

The food is prepared better than at the other branches in DH. Great service, delicious food. Kudos to the Asian chef who works there occasionally; I notice that the food is always absolutely fantastic when he's working! Tip: order seasonal vegetables!

BEWARE!! Ordered food, should have read the reviews better. Placed order at 7:12 PM, delivery driver arrived at 8:57 PM, told me they'd be there by 7:46 PM at the latest. Once delivered, the food was cold. The noodles were super soft, stuck together as if they'd been cooked for hours. The chicken was half-cooked, the shrimp overcooked, and the vegetables were all soft, as if the delivery driver had driven around in circles for an hour and delivered at the last minute. A waste of money. A package of Indomi noodles with frozen vegetables is 10x better than this. Never order from here.

NEVER AGAIN, I waited 40 minutes for two simple dishes: gyoza and pho. When the food finally arrived, it was already cold. Worthless.

Ordered food, delivery time 30-45 minutes, 3 hours later, still nothing. Called four times, terrible service on the phone. I just have to wait. Never ordering from them again and demanding a refund.

Mediocre quality, with very little chicken in the Indian dish, and raw green beans with enormous strings and stems. Plus, it was freezing cold in a dull space!

I ordered and paid for the food, and only two hours later did the delivery driver show up. I'd already eaten a sandwich by then, so I sent the delivery driver away with the food. The owner called me the next day. They apologized for the late delivery. According to the owner, this was due to an action that had gotten out of hand. He subsequently refunded the money and promised to do better.

The food was delicious and the bowls were well filled

I ordered 3 hours ago and still haven't received anything. I called them and all I heard for 20 minutes was an AI robot saying "everyone is currently busy, please be patient," as if I was calling the ING.

My order was delivered to my home in relatively short time. This is excellent.

The avocado in the poke bowl wasn't ripe, and the sweet and sour cucumber containers had been placed on their sides in the box, causing all the moisture to leak into the box, leaving the cardboard completely soaked upon delivery. Otherwise, the taste was fine.

I ate here today, and unfortunately, I found it very unhygienic. There were tons of flies flying around while I was eating, which made it difficult to eat comfortably. I had to change seats a few times, but I still decided to leave. Such a shame.

I ordered it for the first time today. I really enjoyed it. I'm not a big eater, so I have some leftovers for later. They also called politely to ask if it could be delivered earlier. This was no problem, of course. Definitely worth ordering again.

I initially received the wrong order, but after I called to report it, they made the correct meal and delivered it. I'm very happy with it. I had a delicious meal, and I hope they keep the Indonesian coconut sauce. ☺️

I ordered a sandwich and then had to wait half an hour for it to arrive. When I got home, there was no satay on the satay sandwich. I called the location, and they offered to bring me a new one, which I appreciated. However, by then I'd lost my appetite.

I ordered a wok last night. I called and told them not to ring the doorbell. Oh well, I rang anyway. The chicken was incredibly raw, and I hung it over the pot several times last night and vomited it all up. Thanks for the salmonella!

When you order, you feel like a criminal, because how dare you order here? Then you have to wait a long time for your food. And the food... Well, I think the Dead Sea has less salt than the ramen I was served...

I had a wakadori chicken poke bowl delivered. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I give the delivery and the food a 10+!!!

It doesn't seem that great. It's like they're mixing sauce. It tastes strange, not what I'm used to. They don't really listen to what you want, they stand there like they're in a coffee shop. I got sick of it, I'll never come here again.

I always love it, but this time it was a bit disappointing. My order contained very little vegetables and meat. The sauce was also sparse, so I ended up with noodles that were all stuck together. It must have been busy because I waited an hour for it. I hope it'll be better next time.

My first order was missing two items: tempura seaweed crisps and chicken with the miso soup. I called and said, "Yes, sir, it's on its way." An hour later, the follow-up delivery arrived: two tempura seaweed crisps delivered, but never saw the chicken. Not recommended for orders.

Worthless. I've been waiting for my order for two hours. Last week it took over an hour as well. If you don't have delivery drivers, don't accept orders.

Waited almost an hour and a half for food. After calling after 40 minutes, someone asked in the background if my order had been seen by her colleague. I asked if they had missed it, to which she replied that it was just very busy. It would be out of the door after 10 minutes, then called after half an hour and it was delivered. That was the last time! The food is fantastic and healthy and fun, but I stay away from these types of shops.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for delivery! After it was delivered they also forgot the extra meat😠

After ordering it was indicated that we had to wait half an hour to three quarters, this became 1 hour. I could not cancel the order but when someone else asked this this was possible immediately. After an hour the food was taken away, but unfortunately the sauce was forgotten. What was in the container was fine, but still not worth repeating.

2x had a hair in my food! Girl who was at the food today 22/5 had her hands in her hair the whole time and she forgot to give me sauce.

Delicious food but had to place my order twice. I didn't want vegetables and that's why remote ordering didn't work. Too bad but not a disaster. Should be able to order even if I don't want vegetables.

When I have an evening shift in The Hague, I always order from Eazie! No matter what I take, it's always great!! I can't say anything about the atmosphere, but it will be fine.

We had ordered chicken teriyaki and it was delicious!!!! The quantity is satisfactory and the price is very good! Also the staff was friendly and kind ☺️.

My Asian girlfriend brought me here from Belgium, and it was worth it! I had the Chicken Satay, and she had the Bulgogi, and both were so delicious! 10/10

I've had food here a few times, but I don't feel like I'm welcome there. Staff at the counter do not want to take an order, but only refer to the touchscreen. And if you want to ask something, they don't come to you and it takes a long time before you get an answer.

The food is always tasty. It's also nice that the peppers come separately so you can decide the spiciness yourself.

Poor eazie compared to the other locations, little atmosphere to be found, I had difficulty eating a bowl of miso soup. well, miso soup... better called a bowl of salt water with hard strings. BAH

After much hesitation, I took the wok today. The vegetables tasted sour and I saw them lying there in the containers, they didn't really look fresh and on top of that I indicated that I wanted noodles and I got thick noodles. When I got home I saw it and thought I would try a bite but it was sour and unedible. I threw away entire wok and money is gone. It's a good thing I made it before closing time, otherwise I would have to come back.

Really awkward staff, makes it feel like I'm at a mcdonalds. The pokébowl is really small and the cutlery I got with it was broken... The korean bbq sandwhich was okay. Definitely not spicy like the staff said it would be, and the placement of the ingredients made it really difficult to eat.

Unfortunately I received a very salty beef black chilli wok (as if I was drinking sips of seawater). When calling, the call was answered, but when asking questions the line went silent and there was no response. After 3 minutes I decided to hang up. The second time I called them exactly the same. Bad service!

Shop was completely empty, employees were not talking to each other what so ever. Chef was just standing there, not doing much and STILL managed to forget to add my protein to my food. Lady at the cash register seemed nice. I only realized I was missing my protein when I arrived home. Would recommend heading to the other Eazie near the cinema.

I always order online. The food is not always warm when I get it. Too bad but still very tasty.

If anyone is in The Hague, it's worth visiting this restaurant. A big plus is the form of ordering a dish on a touch panel. Quickly placed order, quick service. I recommend.

Usually pick up my dinner from here trice a month, due to work. Lovely staff, clean and welcoming atmosphere with much room for customers. A cozy setting. The service is very fast and helpful. Never got dissapointed

Smallest poke bowl I have ever received, tasted good but you have to order two for a reasonable meal.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the atmosphere, I had it delivered to work. I had a pokebowl super salmon, with refreshing Watermelon lemonade. Delicious food and friendly delivery person! Highly recommended.

Good food, will come there often. Often mix my own bowl. I think the sandwiches taste sour, but that's the way it should be. It's just a shame that the QR code for ordering is broken on several tables. Please stick new stickers!!

A quick, healthy bite. The sandwiches are also highly recommended. In terms of atmosphere this is not the place.

Ideal place for a hot lunch on a working day. There is plenty of room, food is ready quickly, it is very affordable for a hot lunch (when you see what a sandwich costs nowadays...). You can put together a wok meal yourself.

I normally never order from Eazie, but now I am convinced not to. Food was tasteless.. I deliberately added extra herbs (such as coriander, garlic and soy sauce). They did not do this in the wok itself, but separately in containers. In addition, Siracha sauce instead of (SOYA). No need as the black chili sauce was already 🌶️🌶️🌶️ so spicy.🥱👎🏽

Delicious food, great that they deliver. It's just a shame that it takes an hour for an order during the week. Therefore 1 star/point deduction.

Be aware they sell food that shouldn't even be called food. When them zero carb noodles look the exact same after it has gone through your digestive system it's not food! It's disgusting, misleading, way to expensive and it made me feel sick. Also charing €0,15 for cart board container that doesn't even keep the food warm and isn't filled to the top neither closed properly is outrageous. It's definitely an slEazie way to earn money! Delivery guy was friendly, that's the only good thing.

Always satisfied with the taste of the food I order. It sometimes happens that they forget to deliver something, but the manager always knows how to solve it.

I placed my order online and unfortunately it arrived much later. When I called about it, I immediately received an apology and was allowed to place a free order next time. A month later I was able to take advantage of this, the food arrived very quickly and was delicious as always👍 customer service that you would expect.

After tons of deliveries, this place has never disappointed.

Good salmon poke bowl. Only a bit too much cucumber. The delivery was faster than expected. Our food was well packed in a big carton box so the presentation was also good. Overall, good experience and will order from this location again.

Ich fand das Essen hier sehr gut, meine Freundin fand es etwas fad. Mein konfiguriertes Essen am Touchscreen wurde falsch zubereitet (Nudeln anstelle des gewählten Reis). Der Chef kam auf mich zu, schilderte den kleinen Unfall und bat an, entweder das Gericht neu zu machen oder den Reis oben drauf zu packen. Fand ich alles sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ansonsten kamen wir kurz vor Ladenschluss, das war auch problemlos möglich. Noch der Hinweis, dass einige konfigurierbare Zutaten wie Nüsse, Koriander, Chili etc. in Extra-Boxen serviert und nicht unter das Essen gemischt werden.

Worse wok I ever had... Please save yourself (and your wallet) and just make it at home or go to any of the authentic places that are within walking distances of this establishment. So, first the good parts, the place looks clean and beautiful, and the ingredients look fresh, food came fast, they offer take away containers. Thats it, now the bad ones.... we took 3 dishes, nr1 "a create your own" one, 2nr 2 a "stufi saver" and nr 3 a kids meal "kids sweet sour". We did not order any drinks because when we asked if anything healthier than sodas was available they said no. Noticed later when I took pictures that they should offer orange juice and shakes too, but the machines looked too clean to be in use/functional. Dish nr1: If you are curious how can garlic taste bland, try the "garlicious" sauce here. It did taste/smell like garlic, but thats it, very boring and bland. The udon noodles were overcooked and when I asked for soy sauce (after getting rudely corrected by the cashier that its "soya" not "soy sauce"🤦‍♀️) they told me its 40cents for a small sachet. I doubted that will be enough to salvage the dish and refused to pay extra for soy sauce when you are eating IN at an "asian" restaurant. Dish nr2: It was rated 1 out of 3 peppers. Now, I love spicy, but I'm pregnant, so I PURPOSELY chose a lower spicy rating, nope, it was overly spicy. The sauce was also not flavorful and the only thing you could taste was the spiciness (definitely a 3/3 spicy lvl not as advertised). Dish nr3: So sweet the kid might as well be eating a bag of sugar. Not sure how the adult version tastes like, but this one was very sweet you cant taste the "sour" at all nor the veggies, everything is overpowered by sugar taste. We ended up taking all of them back home as takeaway, after trying to eat at least a little bit (hungry, pregnant, angry at wasting money for this, makes you feel a bit "responsible" to at least try to eat it/make it edible). Suggestion: •Add soy sauce and chopsticks to tables, lower the spicy level and add it to the tables too. •If the difference between soy sauce and soya sauce is actually intended and you mean to say that the establishment uses the japanese version (soya) which is traditionally sweeter than the chinese one (soy sauce), then consider switching to soy sauce. Everything is already too sweet. •Simplify the kid dishes, or use only 25% of the sauces for them. •Let the taste of your fresh products show and invest in better quality sauces too. Else its a waste. •Hire people who like working there, and preferably have some knowledge about asian cuisine. This was my first time trying the wok at this place, I remember having one of their sandwiches (might have been wraps back then?) years ago and not being impressed and never went again, but thought I would give it another chance. As someone who worked in an authentic asian wok place, traveled and a big fan of asian food, this chain is not worth its popularity. Maybe it was just this one establishment who had it wrong, but I'm definitely not risking it and trying it ever again.

Het eten is geweldig super lekker. Vooral de japanese udon.met thai curry saus met garnalen. Trio van vis en gemixed groente. Naar eigen keuze Een aanrader.

Food is fine, but I guess they do not necessarily want people inside, because there is no music and they leave the front door open. (I felt the outside breeze)

Leuk hoe je je hele gewokte maaltijd zelf kunt samenstellen! De volkoren en lowcarb noedels een plus! Ik vond het personeel niet overdreven vriendelijk en ook niet snel. Er waren bijna geen klanten en toch moesten we lang wachten voorda werd gestart met het bereiden van ons eten.

Eten was goed en lekker. Vriendelijkheid van de bediening vond ik zeer te wensen.
