Cozy, quiet atmosphere, food fine and good staff, and tasty

No food. After a little over an hour, the restaurant called to say it was taking a bit longer and that it would be here in about 20 minutes. Not nice, but it happens. After 25 minutes, still no food. Called myself and was told it hadn't left the building yet. Canceled the order. Now I'm just making dinner myself. What a hopeless situation there. I wonder if I'll get my money back.

The food here is different from other restaurants. They take into account what your body needs. You can also create your own dishes, which is another plus! The food feels healthier than at other places. Health comes first here, and that is evident in the various dishes they serve. A 'must try out'!

Fast, healthy, and good. I have been coming here with pleasure for years.

The dish is at least 80% noodles. For 12+ Euro it is a robbery. There was literally 3 pieces of beef the size of 50 cent. Very salty, lack of flavours. Took 20 to make which close to a restaurant. Avoid!

I received the wrong food, but they sent me the correct meal afterwards, and as compensation, I received a tasty cookie. Thank you very much; it was delicious, and the service was very good. The location is well situated, close to Hollands Spoor station.

Apparently after thousands of orders you can order a regular noodles and get small noodles instead. Wonders never cease.

It's fake chicken; I haven't been coming back since. It's like paying €16/17 for worthless quality. It's a real shame; I used to go three times a week.

I order from Eazie The Hague regularly, but unfortunately, things go wrong almost every time. Virtually every order is incomplete: a topping, a starter, or a drink is missing, or I receive a small portion while I ordered a medium. The low point was last week. The website stated an expected delivery time of 15-20 minutes. In the end, it took nearly two hours for my order to arrive. In the meantime, I called the branch multiple times, only to be told each time that the delivery driver was "on the way." Eventually, it turned out that the order was simply still in the store because it was busy. The employee even said that I "might have been better off calling." Which I had already done several times. What makes it even more disappointing is that no form of compensation or apology was offered. Mistakes can happen, but if this is a recurring issue and nothing is done about it, then that is simply bad service. It's a shame, because the food itself is fine. But due to the constant errors, poor communication, and lack of customer focus, I won't be ordering from here again for the time being.

The portion sizes of the past are gone. I'd say you're paying the same (or slightly more) for half the food. Spitting little bowl with four scoops of rice for 9.99. I don't know, man.

Eazie wok not so much, 35min waiting for the food, the service was bad, the food was ok, they forgot the paprika, the only positive was the store itself.

My food arrived 1 to 1.5 hours after ordering. I called myself to ask where my food was. I was told that they were busy and it would arrive soon. I received a free soft drink for the delay. It wasn't necessary, but fine. After waiting so long, my food finally arrived, but it was ice cold. That was very disappointing. Additionally, I had ordered Mochi ice mango but received delivery Mochi ice mix. In short: it's fine that it can sometimes take a bit longer (it did take too long), but the fact that my food is ultimately cold and the order (dessert) is incorrect is quite disappointing.

The food was okay. We waited forever, even when we ordered dessert afterwards. The bowl looked bigger in the pictures than it actually was. I can recommend the Cookie Dough 420 ice cream.

Ordered a delivery, the restaurant has their own couriers. After being late for an hour this is what they brought to me The shrimps were not cleaned out properly 🤢 All the vegetables are mushy and baby corn tastes like straight up dirt The sauce does not have taste Do not recommend! 👎🏻

Very tasty food and super friendly staff, and the food arrived very quickly.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Just like many others here, my meal arrived lukewarm due to the long delivery time. Furthermore, I felt the "large" wok meal didn't live up to its name. As a big eater, this really isn't enough, and the price is no longer proportionate. So, no repeat visit.

The food was very good. The sauces were also good and the quantities of ingredients were just right. Keep it up, keep it that way. We will be back! Highly recommended! Update: I had a legitimate complaint and it was resolved well! Pay attention from now on; paprika was added even though I hadn't ordered it. Mistakes happen. Pay attention pls

Out of four orders, three were mixed up, even though we were the only guests in the establishment. There was an unpleasant smell inside. The food was quite good. It was Saturday evening.

The food is fine but expensive; noodles with some vegetables and a cola was 17 euros. With the black bean sauce. Tasty. Spicy. The place was otherwise completely empty...

Delicious food but had to place my order twice. I didn't want vegetables and that's why remote ordering didn't work. Too bad but not a disaster. Should be able to order even if I don't want vegetables.

Ordered at 18:00 and it is now 19:27 and I still haven't received my food. I called 4 times to ask how far along they are and each time I was told that the delivery person is almost there. Do not order!

Good food, but the side dish prices are out of proportion to the amount you get. For example, €3.65 for 15 Adam's beans is really not normal.

I love the food here. It is fresh, healthy and delicious while not being too expensive. The staff is also incredibly friendly, welcoming you and thanking you for coming. Overall, a very nice restaurant :)

The last five times I've ordered, it's been terribly late. It takes at least 75 minutes, and once it even took two hours. Calling is pointless. You get a friendly response, but it doesn't speed up the delivery. I once received a discount code as compensation, but it stopped working a few weeks later, even though it didn't have an expiration date. Solution: hire more delivery drivers or cancel all deliveries.

BEWARE!! Ordered food, should have read the reviews better. Placed order at 7:12 PM, delivery driver arrived at 8:57 PM, told me they'd be there by 7:46 PM at the latest. Once delivered, the food was cold. The noodles were super soft, stuck together as if they'd been cooked for hours. The chicken was half-cooked, the shrimp overcooked, and the vegetables were all soft, as if the delivery driver had driven around in circles for an hour and delivered at the last minute. A waste of money. A package of Indomi noodles with frozen vegetables is 10x better than this. Never order from here.

NEVER AGAIN, I waited 40 minutes for two simple dishes: gyoza and pho. When the food finally arrived, it was already cold. Worthless.

Ordered food, delivery time 30-45 minutes, 3 hours later, still nothing. Called four times, terrible service on the phone. I just have to wait. Never ordering from them again and demanding a refund.

Mediocre quality, with very little chicken in the Indian dish, and raw green beans with enormous strings and stems. Plus, it was freezing cold in a dull space!

I ordered and paid for the food, and only two hours later did the delivery driver show up. I'd already eaten a sandwich by then, so I sent the delivery driver away with the food. The owner called me the next day. They apologized for the late delivery. According to the owner, this was due to an action that had gotten out of hand. He subsequently refunded the money and promised to do better.

I ordered 3 hours ago and still haven't received anything. I called them and all I heard for 20 minutes was an AI robot saying "everyone is currently busy, please be patient," as if I was calling the ING.

My order was delivered to my home in relatively short time. This is excellent.

The avocado in the poke bowl wasn't ripe, and the sweet and sour cucumber containers had been placed on their sides in the box, causing all the moisture to leak into the box, leaving the cardboard completely soaked upon delivery. Otherwise, the taste was fine.

I ate here today, and unfortunately, I found it very unhygienic. There were tons of flies flying around while I was eating, which made it difficult to eat comfortably. I had to change seats a few times, but I still decided to leave. Such a shame.

I ordered a sandwich and then had to wait half an hour for it to arrive. When I got home, there was no satay on the satay sandwich. I called the location, and they offered to bring me a new one, which I appreciated. However, by then I'd lost my appetite.

I ordered a wok last night. I called and told them not to ring the doorbell. Oh well, I rang anyway. The chicken was incredibly raw, and I hung it over the pot several times last night and vomited it all up. Thanks for the salmonella!

When you order, you feel like a criminal, because how dare you order here? Then you have to wait a long time for your food. And the food... Well, I think the Dead Sea has less salt than the ramen I was served...

I had a wakadori chicken poke bowl delivered. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I give the delivery and the food a 10+!!!

It doesn't seem that great. It's like they're mixing sauce. It tastes strange, not what I'm used to. They don't really listen to what you want, they stand there like they're in a coffee shop. I got sick of it, I'll never come here again.

My first order was missing two items: tempura seaweed crisps and chicken with the miso soup. I called and said, "Yes, sir, it's on its way." An hour later, the follow-up delivery arrived: two tempura seaweed crisps delivered, but never saw the chicken. Not recommended for orders.

I always love it, but this time it was a bit disappointing. My order contained very little vegetables and meat. The sauce was also sparse, so I ended up with noodles that were all stuck together. It must have been busy because I waited an hour for it. I hope it'll be better next time.

Worthless. I've been waiting for my order for two hours. Last week it took over an hour as well. If you don't have delivery drivers, don't accept orders.

Waited almost an hour and a half for food. After calling after 40 minutes, someone asked in the background if my order had been seen by her colleague. I asked if they had missed it, to which she replied that it was just very busy. It would be out of the door after 10 minutes, then called after half an hour and it was delivered. That was the last time! The food is fantastic and healthy and fun, but I stay away from these types of shops.

After ordering it was indicated that we had to wait half an hour to three quarters, this became 1 hour. I could not cancel the order but when someone else asked this this was possible immediately. After an hour the food was taken away, but unfortunately the sauce was forgotten. What was in the container was fine, but still not worth repeating.

2x had a hair in my food! Girl who was at the food today 22/5 had her hands in her hair the whole time and she forgot to give me sauce.

When I have an evening shift in The Hague, I always order from Eazie! No matter what I take, it's always great!! I can't say anything about the atmosphere, but it will be fine.

We had ordered chicken teriyaki and it was delicious!!!! The quantity is satisfactory and the price is very good! Also the staff was friendly and kind ☺️.

My Asian girlfriend brought me here from Belgium, and it was worth it! I had the Chicken Satay, and she had the Bulgogi, and both were so delicious! 10/10

I've had food here a few times, but I don't feel like I'm welcome there. Staff at the counter do not want to take an order, but only refer to the touchscreen. And if you want to ask something, they don't come to you and it takes a long time before you get an answer.

Poor eazie compared to the other locations, little atmosphere to be found, I had difficulty eating a bowl of miso soup. well, miso soup... better called a bowl of salt water with hard strings. BAH

After much hesitation, I took the wok today. The vegetables tasted sour and I saw them lying there in the containers, they didn't really look fresh and on top of that I indicated that I wanted noodles and I got thick noodles. When I got home I saw it and thought I would try a bite but it was sour and unedible. I threw away entire wok and money is gone. It's a good thing I made it before closing time, otherwise I would have to come back.

Really awkward staff, makes it feel like I'm at a mcdonalds. The pokébowl is really small and the cutlery I got with it was broken... The korean bbq sandwhich was okay. Definitely not spicy like the staff said it would be, and the placement of the ingredients made it really difficult to eat.

Unfortunately I received a very salty beef black chilli wok (as if I was drinking sips of seawater). When calling, the call was answered, but when asking questions the line went silent and there was no response. After 3 minutes I decided to hang up. The second time I called them exactly the same. Bad service!

Shop was completely empty, employees were not talking to each other what so ever. Chef was just standing there, not doing much and STILL managed to forget to add my protein to my food. Lady at the cash register seemed nice. I only realized I was missing my protein when I arrived home. Would recommend heading to the other Eazie near the cinema.

If anyone is in The Hague, it's worth visiting this restaurant. A big plus is the form of ordering a dish on a touch panel. Quickly placed order, quick service. I recommend.

Usually pick up my dinner from here trice a month, due to work. Lovely staff, clean and welcoming atmosphere with much room for customers. A cozy setting. The service is very fast and helpful. Never got dissapointed

Smallest poke bowl I have ever received, tasted good but you have to order two for a reasonable meal.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the atmosphere, I had it delivered to work. I had a pokebowl super salmon, with refreshing Watermelon lemonade. Delicious food and friendly delivery person! Highly recommended.

Good food, will come there often. Often mix my own bowl. I think the sandwiches taste sour, but that's the way it should be. It's just a shame that the QR code for ordering is broken on several tables. Please stick new stickers!!

I had no change left for the delivery person. If we order again he will get a good reward!! But then just send the same delivery person over!! 😉
