Eazie Wok Salads/Wok/Smoothies in Wijk 07 Scheveningen

Ordered online, had to wait more than 1 hour! When I called after 45 minutes, I was told that the food was just ready, that the delivery driver was just leaving, and that it would take another 20 minutes. I was given bullshit reasons: busier than expected. But they didn't update the website; it still said 20-35 minutes. Had the same experience last year, was given the same bullshit reasons. In short: this is a structural problem that they haven't done anything about for a year. This was the last time I order anything here. And, oh yes, when cutting onions, make sure the hard outer skin does NOT end up in the food.

Asian tourists are not welcomed here. The guy at the counter was rude to us, we felt the difference when we saw how he responded to others. Food is average.

Food was fresh and good, easy to order and calm. Only thing would be that my poke-bowl rice was not cold.

I ate at your restaurant yesterday and was thrilled. The food was delicious. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly, and the food was not only tasty but also very filling. The restaurant's location is also very convenient. That's why I came back again today. I can highly recommend Eazie to everyone, both tourists and locals. I'll definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The food was really delicious. But the tiny portion for €12, the 20-minute wait, the dirty (greasy), wobbly table, and the dirty toilet really brought everything down.

Me and and partner got very sick after eating here . Extreme food poisoning, stayed up all night, couldn’t even get out of bed the next day. We felt like we might die :( Stay away from this place .

The food was unfortunately under-seasoned and tasted of almost nothing. The gyoza were soggy. The matcha latte was just okay. None of it was worth the price.

We cannot recommend this place. The food arrived cold. The rice was undercooked. We waited 20 minutes. During those 20 minutes, the tables weren't cleared.

The food is very tasty, but the portion size varies depending on the day (sometimes the portions are really on the small side). Unfortunately, the “homemade” lemonades are actually just water with a little syrup from the supermarket (the same goes for the matcha). 😔

We waited ages for our food and only received half of it. The drinks and edamame were forgotten, and our platters were a disaster. They were completely cold, some of the eggs looked like they'd already been bitten into, and there was only half of what was pictured on the plate, with hardly any meat. We pointed this out, and the unfriendly staff told us that this was the standard portion.

Unfortunately the worst Eazie i have been to. I recommend taking the tram and go to the city centre location instead if you want a real nice Eazie meal. I ordered my usual Noodles meal and received a minimum of the portobello mushroom and very little amount of noodles, it was more like drinking a spicy soup with some meat and vegetables. Might as well order the miso soup instead , cause thats what you re getting...a soup. Cutlery was dirty as well with spots all over and atmosphere is so dead compared to the other locations. The manager seems emotionless. Always a pity when one place ruins it for the other locations.

Ordered via terminal. We created our own vegan bowl. Excellent selection of vegetables and other ingredients. Delicious and fairly priced. Payment was by card. Friendly staff, everything was great. We'll definitely come back. We were there on two separate days. Highly recommended!

We stopped by around 6:30 PM on March 3rd to grab a quick takeout wok before we had to leave to get somewhere on time. Upon arrival, there was no one behind the counter and no one working. Orders could only be placed via the ordering kiosk. After standing in a staffless restaurant for 5-10 minutes, the staff slowly emerged from behind. It turned out that many orders had been placed before us, all of which still needed to be prepared. We ended up waiting half an hour for our takeout meal. We paid a fortune for it; both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items went into the same pan, and the staff unwrapped the noodles with their bare hands. In short: expensive, unhygienic restaurant, poor service. We will never return.

This was the worst poke bowl I've ever eaten. The salmon was absolutely rotten; it smelled and was as tough as rubber. The food was awful, and now I have terrible stomach problems.

I really wanted to go to Eazie. I'm going in. We're closed due to weather. I'm picking it up. What a waste. Trams and buses are running normally. The sidewalk was clean. So off to the next door KFC.

Great Wok-Style Food with Efficient Service! We visited Eazie Scheveningen for lunch and had a really good experience. The food was nice and different – they specialize in wok fry items as mentioned in their menu. To be honest, for my taste, it's not authentic wok-style food, but it's their own take on it and still quite good. It was a pleasant change from typical lunch options. The restaurant has nice decorations and wasn't too crowded during our visit, which made for a comfortable dining atmosphere. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. On the day we went, there was only one staff member handling both food preparation and service, so things were understandably a bit slower than usual. However, we were in a hurry to catch our train, and she was incredibly efficient and understanding! She made sure we were served as quickly as possible without compromising on the quality. Really appreciated her effort and professionalism. If you're looking for fresh wok-style food in Scheveningen with good value for money, this is a solid choice.

Ugh, Never again! Ordered 3 dishes, one of which already had a strong smell of salmon. Not fresh. Then we found a 10 cm piece of thin iron wire in the curry; super dangerous! After that, the food doesn't taste good anymore, and we also found a large black hair in the 3rd dish. Hygiene downright bad, filthy toilets. Received a refund for 2 dishes after asking for it.

So, my advice is that if you are in The Hague and want to eat at Eazie, you should avoid this branch as fast as possible and go to another Eazie location instead. Simply put, all dishes are about €2 more expensive than at other branches, probably due to the "location". Not with us.

The driest and most tasteless food so far. Very expensive and everything costs money. It took a really long time for our food to come (this is written at the restaurant on a Tuesday around 8:30 PM), it took 20-30 minutes for our dishes to come when the restaurant is mostly empty. In my "low carb tofu" dish I got massive pieces of leek (around 3 cm) and the noodles felt like the cheapest ones you buy at ICA back home. Chicken gyozas were just ok, but the noodle dishes have almost no sauce (unless you add it when you order (and pay extra))

I ordered at 8:11 PM, but the food wasn't served until 8:45 PM, even though it wasn't particularly busy. When I tried to ask a question, the waitress told me to wait a moment, but she didn't bother to ask. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Next time, I'd rather choose a different place.

So, I'm writing this review because I'm still waiting for my order. I've never seen such a slow operation! 😂 There are at least seven employees here, all just lounging around, and I'm the only customer right now, and they're taking forever. On top of that, they just realized their smoothie blender isn't working. All the employees are acting like it's their first day! 😂

On Sunday, July 13th, around 3:00 PM, I visited this restaurant with a friend. We both ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich, but what followed was a truly frustrating experience. Despite there being only one other customer and five staff members working in the kitchen, we waited a full hour and a half for two simple sandwiches. After about an hour of waiting, we politely inquired about the status of our order. Only then did a staff member confirm that the sandwiches were being prepared. A few minutes later, they were finally served. The long wait was disappointing enough, but unfortunately, the quality of the food wasn't much better. The sandwich was overloaded with red cabbage and lettuce, the chicken was barely visible, and the amount of sauce made it all unpleasant. It was also noticeable that one of the staff members seemed particularly slow and disinterested while packing the sandwiches. He seemed reluctant to work and barely made an effort. This certainly didn't contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. The restroom was extremely dirty, and there was no hand soap! This is serious, as hygiene is crucial in a restaurant, something another patron also expressed his dissatisfaction about. Unfortunately, hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority here. Tip No. 1: Ensure hygiene is in order No. 2: Ensure customer service is friendly.

This is a place we make sure to visit every year! The food was delicious; we ordered chicken with teriyaki sauce and rice, everything was great, especially the rice being cold and frozen, not fluffy, and the teriyaki sauce being very, very little – that was terrible for us! I hope you understand what I mean!

Worst food I've ever paid for... - Location is good - service nothing special but ok - food tasted very bad. First time in my life I didn't eat up in a restaurant. When we walked out we noticed that many plates weren't empty. Many people left more than half of the dishes. I would definitely recommend to go anywhere else. I was really disappointed.

During a trip through the Netherlands, I stumbled upon the restaurant Eazie in The Hague – a small, clean, and modern establishment. Ordering is conveniently done via a self-service kiosk with a screen, making the process very efficient. After the food is freshly prepared, it's brought directly to your table. The prices are absolutely fair, especially considering the freshness and quality of the food. Eazie also seems to be very popular with locals – it became increasingly crowded during our visit. The wait was about 15 minutes, which I found perfectly acceptable, given that everything is freshly prepared. The food was delicious and, in my opinion, left nothing to be desired. The restrooms were clean, if a bit small. There is ample parking in the surrounding area, though not directly in front of the restaurant. Overall, a very pleasant experience – I can absolutely recommend Eazie!

Eazie is always there for me during my evening shifts at work! Always tasty and delivery is on time. Recently I wanted to try something new, unfortunately because I was working with a customer I didn't see that she was trying to reach me about one of my ordered items. Thai and Eazie Normally you would expect a healthy meal, but the sauce was so incredibly salty and only salty that I couldn't eat more than 2 bites. It is therefore not freshly prepared but is simply mass production unfortunately. The extremely customer-unfriendly policy of never giving money back makes the entire aftertaste very bitter. You should accommodate the customer and appreciate that someone comes to you to spend their money. I thought this was a healthy, people-oriented company. Not so. goodbye Eazie!!!

Einige Zutaten in unserer Bowl haben gefehlt, obwohl wir für sie bezahlt haben. Das Essen insgesamt hat uns nicht geschmeckt, wenig Geschmack. Das Sandwich war okay, jedoch sehr trocken und es war kein Salat drauf.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, gdzie można skomponować własny bowl/sałatkę. Nie ma lepszej alternatywy w pobliżu molo, żeby zjeść zdrowo i w rozsądnej cenie.

The wok was tasty, although quite sweet. The poke bowl chicken was cold, dark meat with fat and skin on it. The rest of the poke bowl was average. Nothing special here, but edible and easy.

Hele lekkere wokgerechten die je zelf kunt samenstellen. Hele vriendelijke bediening. Eten is goed klaargemaakt!

Pokebowl en udon noodles (dikke) gegeten. Bowls zagen er verzorgt uit en waren lekker. Helaas enkele wel bestelde ingrediënten vergeten.

Prima eten als je even geen zin in koken hebt. Binnen is het niet echt sfeervol maar eten kan je natuurlijk ook afhalen.

Es war super lecker, alles frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich viel besser, wie viele Asiatische Läden in dieser Preisklasse. Die Infoterminals erleichtern einem die Auswahl.

Заказали врап да 6.50 евро и бовл за 17 евро. Ждали заказ примерно 20 минут не смотря на то, что в заведении кроме мас был лишь один посетитель. Во врапе было сликшом много овощей и очень мало мяса. Боул же оказался очень вкусным, к нему вопросов практически нет, кроме косточек в красной рыбе. Атмосфера в заведении напоминает скорее Макдональдс, чем ресторан. Но внутри вполне себе приятно находиться хоть и все же не так уютно.

Everything was fresh and delicious. The food came and it was still very warm. And the packaging is all paper which makes it easier to dispose and cute! Has definitely become one of my favourites!
