Don't get your food here!! Far too little value for your money! You'll be ripped off, be warned.

Complaint: I ordered food from Eazie and found a thick black hair in my meal. Absolutely disgusting! I called and only received an apology and the offer to make a new meal, but I refused. I just want my money back. They refused and told me to file a complaint online. Poor service and completely unsanitary. Damn it. Apparently, they're cooking without any hygiene regulations. It's ridiculous how these kinds of businesses stay in business and the nutrition inspectors don't monitor them.

I like the nice warm feeling after having a proper “warm” meal. I usually order the sate with rice. It always tastes good and has lots of veggies, so it feels like a healthier choice than other fast food. I have been getting this for years when I want a proper meal outside for under 7 or 8 euros. They can make it gluten free or vegan too. The portions are big, so I go for the sate kids meal. A proper meal for 5 euros in 2025. Therefore 5 out of 5.

I hadn't eaten anything this bad in a long time. I ordered the gyoza and the pho with beef and toppings. The gyoza were dry and lukewarm. The pho was a bowl of limp, overcooked noodles, a ladle of broth, three overcooked flakes of beef, and a few stray strands of bean sprouts. The topping was a small container of spring onions, which were clearly not fresh: sour smelling, limp. I ate at the restaurant and had to wait 40 minutes for this meal. It wasn't right to serve this for €17.

Decided to have dinner there out of convenience. Self service screen and food brought to our table which was all good. The food itself was pretty bland. 2 of out of the 3 dishes ordered were awful.

If I couldn't give them any stars, I would have chosen that option. I had to wait over 2.5 hours for my food, and they were impossible to reach by phone. The food was cold and inedible. After 2.5 hours, I went to the branch. The Chinese man was unresponsive and offered no solutions or compensation. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Waste of money and time. Go to another place because they make terrible food and are so snarky on the phone.

Overall, I think the food is good and I'm satisfied with the delivery service, which was provided by a regular eazie employee. Unfortunately, last time, a different delivery driver stood grumpily at my door and shoved the food in my hand before leaving. I find this rude and a shame, as I've always had good experiences.

I ordered online to be on time for my class and asked if it could be prepared quickly. When I arrived, I only had to wait two minutes, and it was ready! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and customer-friendly.

I order a pokebowl and literally get 3 measly bites

Worst food ever. Lyche drink was a glass of water and it was horrible. Momos were tasteless and soggy. Poke bowl was shitty

Just received order. We had 2 dishes of which 1 is good and the other not. We ordered pho beef noodle soup and it doesn't even contain beef -_-. And the noodle doesn't taste fresh. The taste is the same as supermarket noodle Called immediately but no answer, must be busy. In any case, we will not order from here again. Once and never again lol.

Good food, but it is always delivered (at least 30 minutes) late. Also, there is poor customer service on the phone.

I find it ridiculous how long I waited for my food. Almost 2 hours for a wok meal. I will never order from eazie again. This is not normal how they make people wait.

At this Eazie location you never know what you're going to get. Sometimes it's great, other times it's downright disappointing. If you order a large wok, you get a medium-sized plate with some extra rice - quite misleading. What is really annoying is the attitude of a specific employee: a Moroccan lady with a headscarf. She is antisocial, unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. I mention this explicitly so that the owner knows who I'm talking about. My advice: skip this location and choose an Eazie a few kilometers further in the center. There you will get good food and decent service.

Finally worth the time to post a review... In the past 3 years I have eaten at Eazy a handful of times, purely out of necessity - always regretting it afterwards. Today I thought, "Maybe they've improved with the new Ramen." 1. The payment via online order went wrong, I eventually had to visit. The manager did call to correct it himself and I received my food almost immediately when I picked it up, a plus, so my compliments. 2. However, the ladies/employees are not very good at communicating, but hey, this can be worked on, no problem! 3. If you are a student or someone who doesn't know what Ramen is/are not demanding - food = eat, don't complain. HOWEVER I think the problem lies with the concept, the way of purchasing, storing and preparing ingredients: 1. The vegetables are dead, as in - they were probably sourced, refrigerated, and prepared in such a way that the pieces in your box are shriveled, dead pieces of matter. Not very nourishing (no vitamins, minerals, fiber or taste!) 2. The ramen tastes the same as noodles, pasta, or even the rice from the other options - nothing! 3. I think what you do taste is the sauce, which was more like a soy sauce with an excess of salt, sodium - not healthy and not nice for your taste buds. 4. The chicken tasted good, but I doubt whether it was actually the best pieces of chicken, it could have been pork or pigeon, or at least that's how it seemed (sorry!). 5. The overall experience was a box of soggy mash (and no, I did not choose the soup variant!) CONCLUSION Even though the concept is "Eazy" I thought it was a waste of my money for €9.95. Given the many other similar reviews, my advice is to work on a better product. Success!

Easy Hollandspoor has never disappointed me. The food is always delicious, well-prepared, and served quickly. On top of that, it’s also healthy. Highly recommended!

regular customer at Eazie Hollandspoor, but lately a lot of things have been going wrong: the container is half full, delivery people who come looking sad, employees who are rushed and look exhausted. I understand how such an egoistic manager I recently spoke on the phone was. It's difficult to order here, something always goes wrong.

Ordered chicken ramen which was beyond good and evil - it was sauer like they squeezed ten lemons or 0.5L vinegar inside it! The chicken was not found, only the skin of it (4 tiny pieces), very well-cooked egg. A nightmare, all went to garbage, had to gp to another place same evening. Never again.

Too bad the container was only 3/4 full for the 3rd time, previously a Regular was well filled, but now little sauce and vegetables, and you pay a lot for it. It also only happens at this branch. The taste is otherwise good, and the delivery fast.

I've been there 3 times and it's always great! The best Asian food I've eaten👍🏻 Totally high the first time but it was also very tasty the next time and their soda is out of this world.

Normaal gesproken vind ik Eazie fijn, maar dit... 20 minuten wachten. Sommige personeelsleden zitten met hun handen in de bakken met groenten. En tot slot krijg ik een van mijn 2 gekozen basisingrediënten niet waarvoor ik wel betaald heb. Personeel loopt zwaar gestrest rond, vandaar deze missers waarschijnlijk. Meer personeel aannemen, baas van de Eazie! Ik kom in dit filiaal niet meer.

Eating here already 10 days in raw and 3 times already issues with the membership and point. Lot of employers don't know how to work with the point system.

Wij zijn blij dat wij zo snel een eazie gevonden hebben in de buurt van Den Haag Holland Spoor. Natuurlijk bestelden we een zalm pokebowl. Altijd goed.

Honestly these guys are awesome. Always super quick and there is something for everybody. Nice ideas/concepts behind the dishes as well, which makes it easy to pick something even if you don't know the place. Overall one of the most solid choices to order from in den Haag 👍🏼.

Bezorger was zeer vriendelijk, het eten middelmatig. De rijst had alle satesaus opgezogen, dus het was heel droog. De vegan kipstukjes waren grof en niet krokant gebakken helaas… Net als de tofu! Dit kan echt veel lekkerder. Helaas veel weggegooid.

Snel bezorgd. Eten was vers en warm, eazie zoals ik gewend ben!

Decent food with a small eat and leave concept. Many comments complaining about problems with orders and waiting times however been here several times, I think those issues are resolved and could be caused by covid times thus not relevant.

Great place for a quick bite or take away as well as deliveries. Lovely selection of meals including vegetarian and vegan meals. Lovely atmosphere and convenient location, very easy to find. Quick service too. Overall a great place to visit, highly recommend.

Yummy & friendly. It's super easy to customise your wok dish and it tastes great. The tuna in our wrap was also fresh and of high quality. The staff was amazing & friendly and attended to all our special requests. We were very happy with both the food and the service.

Beste wok van Zuid-Holland, al vergeten ze de laatste tijd wel vaak sausjes die we extra besteld hadden of zit er geen saus op de bestelling, dat is minder maar voor de rest wel kwaliteit en vers

Lekkere eten hebben ze daar. Door de Corona kon je daar niet eten dus maar meenemen.
