Ordered at 6:30 PM (on a Sunday). Called at 8:15 PM; after ringing 4 times, someone finally answered. Asked where the food was. We were told it was on its way. After waiting another fifteen minutes, the food finally arrived. It was lukewarm and one dish was completely wrong. Then called the restaurant; after ringing 4 times, no one answered. So I called from another phone, and after ringing 7 times, someone finally answered. (8:45 PM) Said that it was incorrect and that it would be sorted out (asked for compensation since we are now almost 2.5 hours further along, but that wasn't possible). Heard no apology, no excuse, as if it were the most normal thing in the world. Received the correct food at 9:30 PM; fortunately, it was warm this time. Thanks, but never again. 1 star is still too much, and besides, I don't want to talk about the price we had to pay for it; ridiculous. In the end, I received a small financial compensation via Thuisbezorgd.

Ordered 2 hours ago and finally received my food after 3 hours. After calling at least twice and finally being told it was on its way. It is a 10-minute drive from their place to my address…. Never again.

Very disappointing experience. I had to wait an incredibly long time before I was served, even though the place was practically empty. Then I was served food that was cold. Additionally, I had asked for extra satay sauce, but this was not provided. When I pointed this out, the response was unfortunately not polite. Instead of offering an apology, the response was arrogant and unfriendly, and it seemed as if I was the one who had done something wrong. I also noticed that the staff mainly spoke Arabic/Syriac among themselves while working. Mistakes can happen, of course, but I found the way this was handled to be anything but customer-friendly. Cold food, a long wait, and then no apology but an angry attitude—for me, absolutely not a good experience.

Japanese Weeks: ordered 2 miso ramen soups with chicken. The broth tasted just like warm water. No spices, no seasoning. The vegetable mushroom still tasted raw. We ate here before and it was good then. This is now the last time at Easie Dordrecht.

Simply substandard. I am truly disappointed. Ordered for almost 40 euros so I could treat my son and myself, because for me, 40 euros is quite a lot. The delivery person arrived well over an hour late, if not longer. I just quickly handed it to him with the dry side of the bag facing me and left as if the devil were on his heels... okay, probably busy. Only when I closed the door and felt the other side of the bag did I just feel the sludge... EVERYTHING... was covered... filth... just plain everything was cold... the cardboard was just really disgusting... then you call and either you get hung up on, or simply no one answers. So you file a complaint with thuisbezorgd.nl, and that little robot just tells you to call the store. Nice and simple this way. Could throw everything in the trash. Unbelievable. That a bag might tip over during transport is one thing. But just fix it... I'm really not the worst person to wait, because human errors are made where people work, but fix it or refund the money... and now that it isn't being resolved, I'm just going to the store in person tomorrow to get my money back..

It is a real shame that there is no update regarding delivery when ordering. The site remains stuck on "our chef is getting to work."

I was especially disappointed with the food. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. The fish on my plate looked as if it had simply been taken straight out of a package from Albert Heijn. It did not look like the fresh raw fish you would normally expect in this kind of dish. The ramen was also prepared quite strangely. The noodles were very overcooked, and the overall presentation was not appetizing at all. We had not mixed or touched the dish — this is exactly how it was served to us. On top of that, two chips that were supposed to be included were missing. The egg also looked very poor: overcooked, partly torn apart, and more like a random leftover piece than a properly prepared ramen egg. I also found it quite strange that the people preparing the food were working without hair coverings, especially considering that some of them had fairly long hair hanging forward over their foreheads while preparing the food. From a hygiene perspective, this did not give a very good impression. Sorry, but considering the quality, presentation, and overall experience, I can only give 1 star.

What terrible service. Our order was incorrect. They had deliberately used different ingredients because our chosen products were out of stock, but didn't even call us about it beforehand. No one answered, so I drove to the store myself. The employee was rude and it turned out there was no delivery driver on the way at all. On top of that, it was very dirty inside. Never again Eazi.

The place is located at the border of the city center (Dordrecht), my personal opinion, I am not a fan of dining out in crowded places, but their service is great and so is the food! Well prepared and of good quality :)

Bad delivery, have been waiting 3 hours for my food

Ordered food here yesterday and waited almost 2 hours for it. Called the restaurant 5 times. The first time, I was told that the delivery driver was on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. Called again 20 minutes later; the driver was (still?) on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. Called another 20 minutes later and no one answered. Finally, after 1 hour and 50 minutes, my food arrived. The receipt that came with it stated 18:53 at the latest, but it was already 19:40. The food was cold. Otherwise, it tasted fine. I really wouldn't order here again this way.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, they are unprofessional and food takes hours to be delivered. If there is zero star i will give it to them.

When we confronted them calmly like can we order something else than, they were just rude! Worst Eazie place ever...!

The menu doesn't match the description, and they don't inform you that certain items are unavailable. They won't give refunds. Crap! Long waits.

Ordered in the shop for "to-go", waited about +/- 10 minutes. The taste is good, and a regular portion is really enough. The Matcha + Spicy Mango and the Strawberry were also very good. The Wok meal "Steak, Udon, Shanghai Nights q 5 vegetables" is and remains a favorite (at every Eazie, by the way). Didn't get chopsticks, by the way; that makes eating in the car difficult... can happen. We just ate with our own chopsticks at home; another plan worked too.

Placed an order at 12:30, and to this day still haven't received anything! Trying to contact Thuisbezorgd customer service only gets you a chatbot that is useless. Eazie doesn't answer the phone; called an alternative number and it took 10 attempts to get it answered. Had an extremely rude person on the line. The gentleman indicated he didn't want to help and wouldn't contact the restaurant for assistance either! Very bad again! It isn't even worth 1 star!

Got strawberry matcha for 5.00 and there wasn't even any matcha in it. I don't know what kind of chemical junk it was and nobody greets you they just look at you weirdly.

It was a shame that the cucumber was forgotten with my meal, and my husband did not receive extra peanut sauce even though we paid for it. Unfortunately, it is very inconsistent. Sometimes you get lucky and have really delicious food. Sometimes you end up with raw chicken in your container. If you dare, it is a "heads or tails" situation.

We have waited 2 and a half hours for our food, and when we called to complain we were given the most ridiculous and rude response ever. They told us that if we wanted our order to be fast, we should’ve picked it up, and then they said that the driver was going to be here in 10 minutes, but that they didn’t know where they were. In total 2 and half hours of wait, 6 phone calls, and we asked for the order to be cancelled cause we wanted our money back, no success. On January 4th, I placed an order with a delivery time of 8:15 PM. However, the delivery driver arrived at 7:30 PM, even though I wasn't home yet. I didn't receive the food until 8:45 PM. This gave me the feeling that the food had been stored and was therefore cold upon arrival. Furthermore, the extra rice I ordered was missing. There was too much sauce, hardly any rice, and the sauce was leaking through the cardboard. When I contacted the manager to discuss this, no responsibility was taken, no solution was offered, and especially no apology. A poor young man sat in the cold trying to contact his manager, who didn't respond for another 5 minutes. I find this behavior unprofessional! Unfortunately, after today's experience, you've lost one customer. It's not tasty enough, far from it. One small bowl of food with one small dessert for 23 euros is monstrous. It used to be very good; you could order a regular for 6 euros, and it was delicious. Never again for me, unfortunately. You might as well add 5 euros and have a full menu at the Chinese restaurant.

Lijkt wel of er personeel te kort is in de keuken. Snap niet hoe de wachttijden elke keer maar zo lang kunnen duren. Toen ik in de keuken ging kijken, was 1 personeel aan het wokken/koken en 4 andere personeel aan het kijken. Deze filiaal moet echt beter gemanaged worden.
