Unfortunately, after today's experience, you've lost one customer. It's not tasty enough, far from it. One small bowl of food with one small dessert for 23 euros is monstrous. It used to be very good; you could order a regular for 6 euros, and it was delicious. Never again for me, unfortunately. You might as well add 5 euros and have a full menu at the Chinese restaurant.

Fantastic! ✨ They forgot my sesame dressing in the poke bowl. I called, and they brought it in no time, including extra dressing, a drink, and hand cream. What great service. 🎉🤗😄💚

Lijkt wel of er personeel te kort is in de keuken. Snap niet hoe de wachttijden elke keer maar zo lang kunnen duren. Toen ik in de keuken ging kijken, was 1 personeel aan het wokken/koken en 4 andere personeel aan het kijken. Deze filiaal moet echt beter gemanaged worden.

Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki menus, and seaweed salad. Arrived after 2,5 h. I live 5 min away. Missing a drink, crisps, salad and cucumber.

I used to enjoy ordering food from Eazie, but today I'm quite disappointed. The wok tasted way too salty, there were way too many noodles, and almost no vegetables. You can choose from five kinds of vegetables, but you only get one or two of each...

It has been two hours since i ordered via thuisbezorgd and still waiting for the order to be delivered. I ordered at 17:55 and delivery time was 19:10. It's 20:00 and still waiting. I called once at 19:20, no one picked up and then again 10 mins later. They tell me the order os on its way.. Eazie from my house is 5 mins with a bike. Never again..

Wow, a solid 10. It was truly delicious today, and thanks for the delicious drinks. Top service, delicious food, and very kind people.

You could also skip this place if you're ordering food online. Ultimately, we had to wait two hours for the food to arrive, cold, and without the promised drinks. Then we had to call twice to see where it was. First, we were told it was on its way, then they called back to say it was NOW on its way but it would take a bit longer, so they added drinks. Then, two hours later, it was still on its way. The problem isn't with the delivery drivers, as they all have fat bikes these days. It's the number of staff/delivery drivers they hire. They take too many orders and can't handle them, leading to these kinds of situations. Tip for the owner/manager: This is how your restaurant goes under. That's why you can skip this place.

Never seen such terrible service. The food wasn't good, and I asked if I could exchange it, and the immediate answer was no. The gentleman was very rude. We actually ordered a poke bowl, but the chicken was incredibly cold, as if it had just been taken out of the freezer. Never again.

The container was filled to the brim and the food was delicious. I've read a lot of negative reviews that I personally disagree with. The only thing that's correct is the difference between regular and large (there's no difference there). For all the whiners: Cook it yourself or pick it up instead of having it delivered! 😊

I don't recommend ordering from here again. Someone just lies to you, and they even hang up the phone without saying anything. Worst service ever. The customer isn't king here, they're a shitty establishment. Keep your distance.

Always delicious! The noodles, stir-fry sauce, and vegetables are exactly as expected. My tip is to order online in advance and pick it up at the restaurant, so you don't have to wait. The edamame was also excellent, but the crispy chicken pieces are quite pricey.

After a long time, I ordered food from Eazie again. We had to wait an hour and a half for the food. Ordered at 7:02 PM, arrived at 8:31 PM. I ordered two chicken meals, and when they arrived, there were three thick chicken pieces, four small pieces of broccoli, and scattered vegetable bits that I hadn't checked. This just goes to show that I'll never order from Eazie again, which is a shame.

We had black chili sauce, but all you tasted was black pepper. After two bites, we both threw it all away.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. One item wasn't delivered (it happens), but unfortunately, their phone number wasn't in service; no response via email, and a delivery driver who stared at your belongings in your garden for at least five minutes.

The food was fine, it is strange that you pay a different price for the regular and long portion, but you receive exactly the same amount.

I ordered "Create your own" and selected chicken breast. Eazie is known for its "fresh ingredients." Chicken breast isn't fresh, but rather processed chicken. I confronted the staff, and they kept saying it was smoked chicken breast. Finally, one staff member admitted it was chicken. They don't even know what they're selling. Too bad; no more Eazie.

Easie but easy at all. This is probably the only place where we can't use our credit cards VISA and Master. Pretty disappointing I would say. Not too happy with the guy. He is less friendly.

This restaurant has no manners. I didn't get what I wanted, and that happens often with people I know. I ask for a discount or for them to do the extras I requested. I paid for a bike, and then I'm told I have to order again and that they won't do that. The restaurant, the staff, and the manager are unfit to work there. I think the head office should do a better job selecting their staff. If a company orders from them every week, they should be compensated if something is wrong, and that hasn't been addressed. Therefore, I'm asking the head office to investigate the staff they hire, and the staff answering the phone who aren't fit to understand what's being said. Unfortunately, I won't be supporting this restaurant anymore. The food isn't bad, but the service is terrible.

I come here very often and I always get the best service and the most delicious food and the atmosphere is so good because you always see the staff with a smile which is what you need if you want to eat well and enjoy somewhere

We ordered food and clearly specified no mushrooms. We had to wait an hour and a half for it to finally arrive. And then, when we ordered, it turned out there were mushrooms in it. We called politely, and they said it wasn't possible to change it, so we asked why they hadn't called us. In the end, we got a manager on the phone, who explained that the mushrooms weren't actually mushrooms, but a type of mushroom. Instead of reaching a solution, they then started a lengthy discussion with us.

We had to wait a very long time for our food; one dish finally arrived just as everyone else had finished their meals. There was no extra cilantro. With four people, we only received two spoons and no cutlery. It's bizarre how bad it was. We received the kimchi just as we were leaving; it sat in the fridge overnight and ended up in the bin the next day. It was inedible. Unfortunately, this was a one-time deal.

I ordered food from this restaurant and had to wait a very long time. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't a large wok (which I did pay for), but a small, or at most a medium. Absolutely outrageous! If a customer pays extra for a larger portion, you can't just serve a smaller portion to save money—that's simply theft. I worked at Eazie myself, so I can immediately recognize when portions are being tampered with. This was clearly not a large. It's ridiculous that they operate this way. This owner doesn't even deserve the franchise; they're ruining the name!

Delicious food and generous portions! I accidentally clicked "pickup" instead of "home delivery." I called, and they delivered it without a problem—super customer service! We order often.

I'm a big fan of healthy eating, so no McDonald's for me. I'm slim and tall and have to eat a lot to maintain my weight. So I ordered a large meal, with chicken, extra chicken, and two extra vegetables. You'd think you'd never finish that, right? Well... what a load of FRUIT! About half of what you'd expect... Almost no vegetables, almost no chicken, but we did pay a significant premium. So the cost of a container of food is disproportionate. Even though it was very little, it tasted very good, that must be said. Unfortunately, Eazie, that's how I can make money by not giving the customer what they paid for... Because I was with company and was being treated, out of decency for the person who was treating me, I didn't complain at the counter, but now I'm lying awake with a rumbling stomach.

I went to Easy Walk in Dordrecht today. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I had to wait a full 50 minutes for my order, and once I got home, it turned out to be wrong. What was particularly striking was that the woman behind the counter seemed completely unsuited for this job. She visibly struggled to read the receipts, worked extremely slowly, and therefore held up the entire process. While the boys were working quickly and had already filled several containers, she was still working on her first. Hopefully, this was her first day on the job, but if this is representative, then this clearly isn't the right position for her. Such a shame.

I returned food twice because it was cold. Not lukewarm, but as if it had come straight from the refrigerator. Crispy Japanese chicken was limp and had been microwaved. The salmon wasn't fresh. I'm from a fishing village and know what fresh fish is. This was far from fresh.

Instead of ramen, I was treated to spaghetti covered in teriyaki sauce, with absolutely disgusting chicken. They also didn't put half an egg in the dish, and not all the ingredients were in the dish.

Delicious food and delivered at the chosen time

I had a very unpleasant experience, I waited an hour and a half for my food and when I called to ask where it was, I had a disrespectful employee (Kasem) on the phone. Fortunately, the delivery person didn't take anything from him because he was super sweet again. My order was also incorrect, all vegetables that I did not want.

The salmon was expired , it tasted too fishy… and also the employee on the phone had zero empathy for the situation, she said that it might taste fishy because of the humid weather ??

The salmon on my poke bowl was definitely not fresh, smelled very strong and had a strange texture. The guys on the phone could not help me any further. Do not order fish here!

Very disappointing not what I ordered This order from Eazie was a real disappointment. I checked cauliflower, but there was literally not a single piece in it. Instead, I mostly got a bunch of ramen noodles with some pathetic bits of vegetables here and there. The portion was also ridiculously small for a regular — see photo. For this price I expect much more quality and that my choices are respected. This was really a waste of my money.

Good address for a quick bite with various wok dishes with fresh ingredients and affordable

This is by far the worst food we have ordered in a long time. Two stir-fry dishes that stated: 220 grams of vegetables. This was less than 50 grams of vegetables. The sweet and sour cucumber you paid extra for was literally no more than three slices. The amount of vegetables was exactly why we ordered here. The chicken, at most three very small pieces per dish. Was virtually nothing. The rice in one dish was cooked completely to almost rice porridge. The noodles in the other dish are lots and lots to go with. What a terrible disappointment, what a shame. Almost 35 euros for two dishes. Very very bad!

My food was never delivered and I waited at least 33 minutes after ordering as #19 at the location. I asked their staff 3 times how long my order would take and no one could answer this. Sir wait was what was indicated. At one point there was still no action so I was forced to ask for my money back. Within 1 minute I got it back in cash and was told that other customers wait longer for their food. On the spot I got confirmation from the other waiting (victims) that I was right to ask for my money back. The service here is disappointing and I will never order food here again.

Had to wait hours for cold food

Food arrived 40 minutes late, drinks had fallen over all my food. The taste of the food (what was left of it) was not special either. Shame!

I always ordered the same wok and was very satisfied with it. But since the restaurant reopened, the quality of the beef has declined dramatically. I've ordered three times now and each time the meat has been awful - tough, rubbery and just plain inedible. The last time we ordered the same wok with three friends, but the meat was impossible to chew. It made me feel nauseous and I threw away my wok. Very disappointing!

Ordered 4 meals. Ended up paying 54 euros. 3 of the meals had white cooked rice and all 3 were completely ruined. The rice was 1 big sticky mass we had to cut with a knife to even be slightly edible. Ordered here before, but this worst and last time. The picture is how the rice looked like after cutting it.

Received a half empty container and when I called a rude woman said that's how it should be. Paid for extra chili sauce, did not receive it and was told to act normal because it is only a bag of chili sauce? Strange employees, you will soon be bankrupt again

I ordered at 18:28 and I've got massage that it was delivered at 19:38 when clearly the delivery was nowhere to be found. And when I almost left the house to go to the restaurant then the delivery guy arrived with my order... Almost 2 hours after ordering... At least the food is warm

My experience at Eazie in Dordrecht was truly fantastic! The dishes were fresh and delicious, with healthy options to suit everyone. Placed an order early for delivery at 6:40 PM. Called at 7:00 PM to find out where the order was, got the answer that he would look into it and call back. After waiting 20 minutes, I called again, but the phone was not answered. After a few failed attempts, someone finally came on the line, who pushed me away under the guise of 'I don't understand you' when he realized it was a question about an order. After waiting more than an hour beyond the scheduled delivery time, the food finally arrived. To our surprise it was still warm! The quality was lower than before, in combination with this absurdly poor customer service. Made us realize that this was the last time for us!

The food is always amazing. But i ordered at 17:40 PM and the app said it would be delivered at 21:15 PM! So i called them and said it was an error and it should be arriving withing 30 minutes. One hour later still nothing. Tried calling them more than 15 times. 15!!! No answer, or they just hung up. When finally at 19:10 PM ithe food came. Tried to explain it to the delivery guy that maybe their phone wasn't working properly. All he said was "Not my problem" in a very disrespectful way. No good evening, no "I will take the feedback back". And he just walked away. Food was good, but service is TERRIBLE. Shame on you Eazie...

The food arrived cold after having to wait an hour and a half for it. Ordered a poke bowl with no less than 2 pieces of chicken on it. Oh yes, and the pokebowl consists of 90 percent red cabbage. Unpalatable and not worth the money

Ordered food at 8pm. The delivery time will take between 15 and 35 minutes. We had to wait 1 hour for the food which was not even warm. No next time for me.

The food itself was fine, a bit much red cabbage, I'm not a fan of the fact that it has to be half of the toppings. One sandwich leaked a lot, which made it a bit more difficult to eat and the employee had forgotten something, but that was quickly resolved and taken care of without any problems. Service is okay, we ordered before 12 and it said pick up was at 12:15, but we ended up having to wait 15 minutes. It's to be expected as they don't open until 12pm. But don't let people order before 12:15. Atmosphere was...it's a nice store, but all the delivery bikes and mopeds are inside, making it very messy and there is little room for people. These were only removed later by the delivery person, so if you arrive later you will not be affected by this.

It is no longer the Eazie of the past, but despite that the food is delicious and the staff is friendly.

BAD FOOD!!!! Never again!!!!!! The food was really terrible. We ordered 2 different woks and both were inedible. We tried to call the company but unfortunately no answer. The food was sooo spicy and tasteless. This was probably the wrong sauce, because I ordered a sauce that is not spicy. Unfortunately we had to throw everything away and had no food. Because all other eateries were already closed by then!!!!!!

How nice that Eazie in Dordt is open again! Create your own meal, good vegetarian range and whole wheat noodles possible. The food was delivered within half an hour (that used to be different), friendly delivery person and no more plastic bags, very nice. Delicious food again!!
