Delivery took 85 minutes instead of 45. I usually get my order in 15–20 min. When I called, they didn’t know if it was even placed. Noodles arrived soggy, cold, and unappetizing. Very disappointed with their service.

I'm French, this restaurant was recommended to me and I was very well received, with a warm welcome and excellent service, and very good, healthy dishes. I highly recommend it, go there without thinking 👌💯

I ordered a poke bowl and clearly indicated in the description and when choosing that I have allergies to certain things. Yet, it was still there upon arrival, so I decided to throw it away and leave a review. Then they called me to please remove it and ask if I could call to request a new one when I wanted to order from them again. Now they're pushing me away and I can't get in touch! Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional.

recently ordered food from Eazie, choosing two wok dishes. One was good, but the other dish was completely wrong. It even had ingredients in it that I don't like at all! It was really not what I expected. I called Eazie straight away and they promised to give me a new dish, which of course sounded nice. Unfortunately, a new dish was never delivered and I have not received any further response. This is really disappointing, especially considering that the communication initially seemed good. All in all: the taste of the food may be good, but the service was definitely not good. The promise to solve the problem was not kept, and that leaves a bad impression. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Eazie based on my experience. Service is at least as important as the food itself, and that is clearly lacking.

The restaurant was a lot cleaner, no more flies. But again this branch proved to be the worst in Rotterdam. Not only did I think that too much wok sauce (concentrate?) was used, visitors around me also did not like the black chili and curry wok. If you add less vegetables and meat, you should of course also add less wok sauce. It was sparsely filled in terms of meat and vegetables. That used to be better. The brown rice also seemed to have been in the rice cooker all day; bone dry. That is better at the other Eazies. The chef should actually go into training with the chef at the Alexander branch, or possibly Lijnbaan. Or maybe this job is not for every student. Eazie money this, but not my money anymore.

As a vegan I ordered something with tofu. When I got home it turned out that my order had been mixed up with food with chicken. Eazie refused to send my original order. Addition: I did get my money back later

Opening hours on the internet are 11:00. The store is not open at 11:30. I find the food average. At this location you often eat spoiled vegetables. The taste is then quite nasty. I have not gotten food at this location for 1.5 years now.

Ordered a box of chicken teriyaki w/ udon noodles. I thought I ordered a medium, but I may have accidentally ordered a large. My portion was huge. A lot of udon noodles. I binned nearly half. Also, because they were drowning in sauce. They were generous with their serving of protein. My box had a lot of chicken. (It actually had more chicken than veggies.). The chicken/noodles were slathered in sauce. Too much sauce. The sauce was a little salty and, since there was so much of it, I drank two bottles of water after eating. I would stop by again. But, I would not order the same dish again. I might try their wrap or poke bowl next time. Service was so-so. The younger woman taking my order was slow, but friendly and helpful. The older man manning the pick-up station was a bit short with me.

The food was really good and the service was fast. Asked for extra spicy (Asian palate) and they made sure it was delivered😉

In recent years it has become twice as expensive and a few pieces of chicken in the wok. No more eazie for me.

Iron in the food. Never ordering here again!!!! We ordered 2x wok online. There was a piece of iron in 1 of the food (see photo). Irresponsible and should be paid more attention! This poses a choking hazard. Naturally, the other person will automatically no longer be hungry (the employee did not understand this). Afterwards we were both unable to continue eating because of the feeling. We asked for money back. Unfortunately, the employee only wanted to give the money back for 1 wok. Very customer unfriendly. I don't care about that money anymore. It's about the principle and CUSTOMER FRIENDSHIP. They also try to justify it as if it is normal that something like this “can” come out of your food, unbelievable! We order here often, but that will not happen again in the future. I let the owner know that I would post a review, but the owner didn't seem to be interested in that. So people pay attention to what you spend your money on!!! Order 437098.

In my opinion, this should not be called a wok restaurant. I don't often throw away food, but last night I had to throw away my order. The wok (noodles) was inedible. It was very salty and sticky. The taste was absolutely inedible. Wasted money.

Ate here before our concert in Ahoy. We were able to watch the preparation of the food. Neatly and hygienically prepared with care. Due to the crowds, we had to wait a little longer. But it was really tasty and enough. Too bad we don't live close by.

The food itself is tasty. I had a portion of teriyaki chicken. Although there wasn't much chicken in it, it was surprisingly tasty. Furthermore, unfortunately there was no atmosphere and most tables were dirty. Which unfortunately makes it impossible for me to repeat it. Moreover, the chicken teriyaki cost 11.90 euros and I was actually still hungry. Go for something different next time.

I ordered ice cream and cashiers where just talking to each other and i was waiting for 15 min and i had to go and ask! And i had to eat with plastic fork! Why i pay 17€ for food to eat it with plastic fork?

Food is quite fine. Service really sucks. While the food had just been served, my 8-year-old daughter had to go to the toilet. There are no toilets open in the entire Zuidplein shopping center, which is also strange. We were told to file a complaint and see if there was a toilet at McDonald's. Even for an exception, there was no possibility to make a child urinate. Very sad, I would advise against sitting here.

It was stated on the internet that Eazie would be open until 8:30 PM, but to my great frustration I have now been told several times around 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM that I can no longer eat inside. This is anything but customer-friendly, especially because the staff themselves sit quietly. The reason given is that everything has already been cleaned up and that only collection is possible. This is very misleading and gives a bad impression. If a restaurant indicates that it is open until a certain time, then I expect that I can dine within that time, not that the service will stop already..

My experience was the worse possible. I was in the line, the lady told me I had to order with the qr code, the system was very slow, someone else arrived and she took the order while I was there waiting. Other two times I order online and waited a long time until they called and said they didn't have salmon anymore, I asked them to cancel my order. They didn't cancel my order, and I had to go the shop to request my money back. Definitely not worth stress.

We placed an order from Oud Beijerland because we wanted a healthy lunch on our sports and exercise day for our clients with an intellectual disability. I contacted Ahmad and he was willing to take care of this for us. The food was delivered on time and was still deliciously warm. And everyone enjoyed it. Nice service, tasty food. Worth repeating. Food is still okay, but service is very disappointing. They forgot the drinks ordered at the same time as the food. We had to come and ask for it ourselves. It wasn't busy at all at that time. (The waitress was on her phone). Clicked on extra cashew nuts for the wok dish. These are listed on the receipt with a €1.10 surcharge, but not on the ingredients list that the chefs use (they stick them to your plate). I realized it too late and didn't feel like saying anything anymore. I'll never come back there again. Too bad, because in the city center of Zoetermeer they are doing better.

Food is good, the service is absolutely horrible. Out of the 5 tables they waited while we were waiting on our food (which took ages) they got the order wrong for 4 of them and then we had to proceed to tell them what we ordered cuz they did not know. (Food we already paid for)

Rice was hard and there was a strong smell of burnt alcohol/gas in the restaurant as if the vent wasn't working. Children work in the restaurant. Two of the cook's young friends came to dinner and threw noodles at him and shot him with boba balls - into the kitchen! The whole thing is pretty unhygienic and not worth the price.

I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic my experience was at Eazie. Not only was the food delicious and perfectly hot upon arrival, but the friendliness and exceptional service made my experience truly unforgettable. I must admit that I accidentally provided the wrong address when ordering. But instead of blaming me or keeping me waiting, the Eazie team accepted my mistake without hesitation. They were so understanding and helpful! What really surprised me was that despite my mistake, Eazie went above and beyond to deliver my food before closing time. They even arranged for another delivery person to ensure my order was delivered on time and hot. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly admirable. I really appreciate the effort Eazie has made. It is this kind of service that ensures that I will always continue to order from Eazie. Ordered via home delivery. Ordered poke bowl salmon. It says it contains FRESH salmon. Well, they were smoked salmon shreds. Not tasty at all in a poke bowl. I have also never eaten such bland sushi rice. Recently had a wok dish with udon noodles, which was really not tasty and I threw it away after a few bites. I'm really not that picky about food, but I will never eat anything at Eazie again.

Waited half an hour for my order in a very quiet restaurant only to receive something completely different from what I ordered. I asked as nicely as possible for my actual order. Waited another 20 minutes to AGAIN get something completely different than what I ordered. Then out of irritation I asked for my money back. Then the staff started talking about me in my presence. When I said something about this, people just talked back to me very rudely. This is by far the worst eazie I have ever eaten at. I would rather travel to the eazie near the Lijnbaan to be served normally and receive customer friendliness :)

Called that rice is raw and not cooked properly, just got told it is not raw and that 20 people have already ordered today and no one had complained. Bad service, bad food. I will never order from here again, strange people who work there and cannot handle feedback.

Sorry about the price confusion. Had to pay 1 euro extra for noodles, while the menu clearly states rice or noodles of your choice. Despite the confusion at the checkout, I left it as is, the cashier didn't want to make it more difficult. The manager said "Noodles cost 1 euro extra" and walked away like that, without listening to anything I have to say, very unfortunate. Stick to the prices on the menu, that's what we as customers expect.

I'm a real fan of Eazie in general. But this time I waited a total of 35 minutes for the food, where I normally wait 10 minutes for other locations. Top tip: Let customers know in advance at the cash register that it is extremely busy. This prevents angry customers.

Ordered delicious wok dishes again from Eazie Zuidplein. The food tasted delicious. The satay sauce is especially delicious. we were able to enjoy it while it was still warm. Thanks to fast delivery from Fahd. On to next time.

Achraf, Yousry and Amin are the three hardest workers ever. The presence of these guys immediately made me feel at ease and put top food on the table. I also placed an order once and they arrived before I sat on the couch. If you eat there, ask if Achraf, Yousry or Amin can prepare your food, you will enjoy it!

My food was delivered very quickly and the delivery person Achraf was super friendly! Both the food and the service are top notch!

Verkeerde bestelling ontvangen, dit gebeurde eerste keer in al die jaren dat ik bij Eazie bestel. Super goed geholpen daarna aan de telefoon, mijn bestelling toch zo goed en snel mogelijk ontvangen door jonge man Damian. Hij was super snel binnen een kwartier was me bestelling er weer! Nou ik ben blij :))

Eten was wel lekker maar veel dingen vielen tegen. In de wok die ik had besteld waren er tussendoor groenten die ik niet had gekozen. Ook zijn de prijzen te hoog, vooral voor een small size wok (veel kleiner dan verwacht). Beter had ik een medium gehaald en meer kunnen eten. Of voor een huisgemaakte wok gaan en zou dat veeel goedkoper uitkomen. Jammer dat het zo tegenvalt. Hopelijk zullen deze dingen worden verbeterd!

Het lijkt wel of dit een hele andere easy wok is dan de andere winkels. Het eten is echt anders, lijkt minder vers. En dan het personeel dat daar werkt echt niet normaal. Er werken 2 dames met lang haar wat gewoon los hangt en super onvriendelijk. Voor de tweede x geweest maar precies hetzelfde, jammer maar nu gaan we echt niet meer.

Rond 17:20 wok besteld bij Eazie Zuidplein, na 17 minuten was de bezorger voor de deur. Heel aardig en vriendelijk bezorger. Wok was ook heerlijk!! Mijn tip voor de kipliefhebbers.. neem kip met Extra saté saus (+ramen noodles) !! 😍
