Excellent coffee and sandwiches. Really enjoyed lunch here.

Mostly unfriendly, unmotivated staff, astronomical prices, and little for a lot of money. Rolls will cost almost €1 or more by 2023. A holiday rip-off. The tourists will pay for it. Nope, thanks!

Small selection, very expensive.

I couldn't believe my eyes at checkout. I was paying 90 cents more per pastry to eat it in the tearoom (now 5.05 instead of 4.15). And this wasn't mentioned anywhere. I wonder if you also pay a surcharge for a cheese sandwich (they were out of cheese, by the way). The pastry was also very small. Why isn't the coffee price included? It's incomprehensible. Oh yeah: The toilet paper roll was also gone.

The sandwiches were healthy, and the cup of coffee and tea tasted good, but this is really worth €25.00, what a shame!!

I discovered it by chance and was very impressed. Great rolls, a delicious selection of bread and cakes. The atmosphere is very inviting. Cute with the Texel "sticker." I got a parking space right away. Otherwise, there are plenty of parking spaces.

Bakery shop in several places of Texel. We visited the one in de Cocksdorp. Large terras, super nice sweets. We were lucky to have still 1,5 full grain sliced bread late on Saturday afternoon. Good taste and fresh bread. Dont know about their other products or services.

Great bakery, but the cashier unfortunately didn't speak Dutch, so everything had to be ordered in a different language. Otherwise, the sandwiches were tasty, but a bit pricey.

A quick pit stop during a bike ride. Had a delicious sandwich. It was fine.

The bread was delicious, even after two days. The pastries are also delicious! The strawberry puff pastry is highly recommended. The croissants were a bit disappointing! Don't get out of bed too late, or the baskets of bread will be empty again. Most places on Texel have a "Real Bakker Timmer."

The quality is excellent, but the prices are exorbitant: €3.70 for a cream puff, which is also smaller than before. Uierkruier €5, half loaf €2.35, sausage roll €2.95. I pay it because I appreciate craftsmanship and realize that the euro is becoming increasingly worthless.

What a lovely bakery that was. And you could eat outside and buy something inside. They were cozy and so delicious.

For the prices that are asked you would expect a good portion, that is disappointing. Whole wheat bun has spontaneously turned white and just a pistolet. Assortment is not complete and it takes a long time before the rolls are ready, it was not that busy at the moment so that was quite strange. Quite expensive for rolls that you can get cheaper elsewhere, too bad.

Half of the menu was gone. Order a whole wheat bread, get a white one back. You pay 70 euros for 5 people for that. You can also pick it up yourself. All good reviews are paid reviews, don't look at them.

Nice sandwich, but small and certainly not worth ten euros for a self-service terrace. Also 3.50 euros for a cup of vending machine coffee is too expensive. Nice that they were the only lunch place open before 12 o'clock in this village.

The island bakery: present in virtually every town, always with a café. Offers bread, rolls, and sweet pastries in many delicious varieties. Usually open on Sundays. Always a good place to stop.

Extremely expensive, a small ham sandwich for 8.50, definitely not a full-fledged lunch.

The cocoa we ordered was mostly sugar, not tasty. The cake is quite simple and too expensive.

The rolls weren't to our taste. Otherwise the bakery was clean and well stocked.

I've rarely had such bad rolls from a bakery, taste like cheap baked goods, maybe that's it, plus they're expensive (6 rolls, 2 of which were white for 6 euros), in any case I won't buy anything there again.

Staff was unfriendly and not committed. My little son was ignored by the staff with a roll of his eyes and we were already charged straight away even though we were still looking. Didn't feel welcome. I can understand that not everyone is good with children, but I haven't experienced that yet. Especially not in an industry that depends on good service. In terms of taste, the products did not stand out from the supermarket products. Won't be coming back.

Today I had a pastry at Bakery/tearoom Timmer in Cocksdorp. The service young lady and gentleman were not really customer friendly, just grumpy and didn't really feel like working today. At first we just walked away when we wanted to order. The pastry made up for it, because it was delicious. Next time I'll have coffee and cake a little further away.

The products I bought are fine, but paying was a nightmare. There was only 1 cash register, including service, for paying for the products and serving and paying for the restaurant part.....

The rolls were okay, unfortunately the rolls lack a nice (tenderly flaky) crust. The staff was friendly.

We were simply given away our food at just before five because it was the end of the day. This is incomprehensible, especially for small children. Then you shouldn't sell anything at all.

The E-number baker!! I'll go to the supermarket for factory bread!! You wouldn't expect E numbers and a whole list of other unnecessary ingredients from a real baker, including palm oil. Nice and sustainable.....

My favorite bakery on Texel. I even have to bring pastries with me to DE when I'm alone on Texel.

Excellent cakes at Timmer in the Cocksdorp. Not top quality, average village baker's level. Coffee, however, is a completely different story, downright nasty, nothing else can be done about it. But the worst is the woman behind the counter. The grumpy drips from her face, this woman hates her job. She let us pay an extra 50 cents for 2 cardboard coffee cups, after buying 35 euros worth of cookies. Then you didn't fully understand it.

Den burg is erg gezellig heel vriendelijk personeel top

Heerlijke chocolademelk met slagroom gedronken en een hongerpunt gegeten.

Hier hebben ze prima brood te koop en ook de gebakjes en taarten zijn overheerlijk. Het personeel mag by the way wel iets vriendelijker zijn.

In De Cocksdorp een leuke winkel met gezellig terras. Vriendelijke bediening en heel veel lekkernijen, maar ook een koffie to go is hier te krijgen. Voor zover ik het kan beoordelen zijn de produkten van zeer goede kwaliteit. Van een Echte Bakker dus.

De bestelde chocoladetaart is geweldig: fris, goed formaat en niet ‘zwaar’. En een feestje voor het oog.
