The overall experience was good and full of flavorful, quality products. It's worth noting that it was a shame to wait an hour for a few toasts and only half-satisfied scrambled eggs due to the wait, but they made up for it with the quality of the service.

Amazing service,especially Norden .

We had a fantastic Christmas party/dinner at KHL. The venue was fantastic. It was atmospheric and well-maintained, with beautifully set tables that immediately created a warm and festive atmosphere. The food was delicious and prepared with care. What also makes this place special is the staff: friendly, dedicated, and professional. Communication beforehand and during the evening itself was relaxed and pleasant, they were quick and flexible, and everything felt very natural and relaxed. A place where anything is possible, where you can truly enjoy yourself, and which we highly recommend. In short, a wonderful experience and one we will definitely be repeating. What you would expect in a good department store. Good coffee & apple strudel

The service was terrible. Three of us arrived and nobody greeted us after waiting 10 minutes in front of the door. Then it took a while to get our order, and we had to ask repeatedly for some stuff that they forgot to bring. At the end, we wanted to order dessert, but they told us the kitchen was closed, even though we were sitting upstairs and nobody had come to check on us after finishing or main course, so we had to no clue about their closing times. Overall, the prices that they charge for are too high and don’t justify this sloppy service offered.
