Delicious food and great service!

At 4:30 PM, I ordered two pizzas and some snacks through Thuisbezorgd. After more than 2.5 (!) hours, I finally called to see if the order had arrived and where it was, as I could just as easily have picked it up in Appingedam. A cheerful (not) gentleman answered the phone with the remark, "It's coming now, I told you!" This made me decide to never order anything from them again and definitely not recommend it! 😑👎🏻

I come here almost every week for delicious food. Friendly people and very tasty food! I don't understand where the negativity comes from.

The food was really bad. I ordered chicken satay and got sweet and sour sauce with it. The chicken was very dry. I also paid less through thuisbezorgd.nl than directly through them, which I don't think is fair. I reported this over the phone, and they treated me rudely, so no, I won't be ordering from them again.

Within an hour a pizza and a schnitzel dish. With the dish everything neatly separated the vegetables in a separate container schnitzel neatly in foil and the fries were nice and light crispy nice and warm. Cooling products sauce and drinks in a separate bag. Pizza was tasty no hard edges and tasted great the bottom was nicely golden brown. Even called because there was a delivery person in front of the building. This was not theirs and the delivery person was on his way. Both the man on the phone and the delivery person were friendly.

We ordered a kapsalon without cheese, pepper and feta… what we got was a bowl of weak fries with döner (no other vegetables). I opted for 2 durum döner, unfortunately both had no taste and I would have been better off eating a bowl of cardboard with dog food. The only “positive” was the lasagna, but that only because it came from Aldi. The lasagna was delicious and that is why we were very grateful to the people from the factory. Order here? I'd rather not! But we had a few drinks and were lied to and deceived.

Just ordered 3 margherita pizzas, it couldn't be easier, right? Well, after about 1.5 hours, the gentleman comes running. Pizzas were PURE POISON. the top looks neat but underneath the pizza there is pure black soot from the oven. People, if you don't want to get sick and don't want to waste your money, please find another place. This should be closed today.

Long waiting time for Monday and the 4 euro delivery costs within Didam is quite a lot. And then another 0.25 euros for payment.

Had to wait 1.5 hours for a jägerschnitzel that you received without jäger sauce and cold fries without salt. And you pay almost €20 for that. Things go wrong very often here.

Eigen cafetaria’s met vakantie, heb calzone besteld erg prijzig maar het was Heerlijk! Bedankt zeker aanrader bezorging was zoals gepland 👍

Het eten smaakt vaak goed. Helaas gaat er zo vaak wat mis met simpele bestellingen dat wij hier niet meer gaan bestellen. Vandaag 2 kapsalon waarvan 1 met alleen kaas en komkommer en de ander met alles er op. We krijgen uiteindelijk 1 met kaas en komkommer en 1 met alleen kaas. De sla werd er wel achteraan gebracht nadat ik had gebeld. Maar de kapsalon wordt er niet warmer van.

Nou ik de hele dag zwemmen en in de zon zitten, pizza bestellen, met extra’s. Het komt allemaal verkeerd aan. Ik bellen, alles goed opgelost. Na een flinke blamage van een bestelling toch een top service! 5 reeten!!

Vandaag een pizza met lekker verse groenten en heerlijke kip erop besteld het naam was Azz.Den Special wat was het heerlijk, ik als chefkok zijnde geef ik ze de maximum stars!! Grtjes boertje!

Net een broodje shoarma gehaald, met turks brood. Bij aankomst thuis het turks brood gelijk in de vuilnisbak kunnen gooien. Die was zo droog, bij aanraking viel dieuit elkaar. Erg jammer

2x frikandel speciaal besteld. Bezorging was goed, niet erg netjes maar wel snel. Curry erg smerig, echt ongekend. Frikandel te ver doorgebakken en omgekeerd in het bakje. Curry en mayo geeneens op de frikandel en uitjes veels te groot. Niet te eten

Eten mag wat warmer zijn als ze het bezorgen.

zeer slecht we hadden 2 cido schotels , 1 deno schotel en 2 kapsalons (1 middel, 1 groot) besteld. direct na de bestelling werd er een bezorgtijd van 35 min. gegeven, na 5 minuten was dit al veranderd in 47 min, uiteindelijk na 1 uur en 5 min het eten thuis bezorgd. op 1 cido schotel zat geen kaas. alle friet en aardappeltjes waren al half lauw, en de salades van de schotels waren ook al bruin uitgeslagen. bij de schotels zou turks brood zitten, dit bleek gewoon een heel simpel pitabroodje te zijn. al wel eens eerder daar pizza's besteld en dit was altijd wel goed op de wat lange bezorgtijd na, maar dit met die schotels was 1 keer en nooit meer!!

Als je zoekt naar een ‘te’ vette hap perfect, alles komt er uit van achter.

Zojuist 3 friet kapsalon besteld. Er was geen sla aanwezig op alle 3 de kapsalons en één van de bakjes was voor de helft gevuld. Smaak is ok, maar voor deze prijs verwacht ik wel een fatsoenlijke kapsalon!
