Best cheeseburger I've ever eaten!

The food is tasty and well-priced, not expensive. The only downside is paying! I am practically forced to pay with cash, even though it’s not my problem. A minimum of 10 euros is required, otherwise it’s not possible. Otherwise, I had a delicious meal 👍

Terrible service in Amsterdam North; when you order, everything is rushed and things are missing, and instead of helping you, they just say "thank you very much" when you say that you won't be ordering there again.

Just ordered 5 sandwiches, including a small roll with hot chicken roulade. I subsequently received a dry roll with 2 dry slices of chicken breast with garden herbs. The 2 rolls with grilled sausage were likewise dry and only partially filled. I called to let them know that I had received chicken breast with garden herbs instead of the roulade, and the answer was "yes, but chicken breast with garden herbs is roulade here"... and whether I would mind counting the slices per roll for the partially filled, dry grilled sausage rolls. The 2 hot chicken sandwiches were acceptable... Well, you tell me, I'm never ordering here again!

Very disappointing experience. I had to wait almost 2 hours for my order. I didn't even consider that the biggest problem in itself; I understand that it can be busy. But when the order finally arrived, the food was cold, completely messily packaged, and the rolls were covered in sauce. It looked completely unkempt. Additionally, I had ordered and paid for 2 extra containers of sauce, but these were missing. When I called the restaurant, the employee immediately started arguing with me. She kept repeating that it was “impossible” for the sauce to be missing and that I should look harder. I indicated very clearly several times that the sauce really wasn't included. Instead of taking my complaint seriously, she kept insisting that she was right and eventually even called me rude. After that, she said she would have the 2 containers of sauce redelivered, but that never happened either. So, I was simply made a fool of. It’s not even about those two containers of sauce for me. It’s about the way you are treated as a customer. After waiting for two hours, you expect at least understanding and a proper solution, not having to get into an argument and then being unfairly labeled as rude. For me, this was the first and last time I will order here. Poor service, poor communication, and absolutely no customer friendliness.

Those loaded fries, pff, were absolutely inedible. The only thing you tasted was CHEESE, ONIONS, and FRIES that weren't even edible. What are you doing wrong? And that chicken looked terrible. Recommendation: go to Eethoek10 OOST and not Eethoek10 NOORD.

Do not order via Thuisbezorgd. You won't receive your food, and if you want to call to ask where it is, you only get the voicemail. Please, don't do it; it's really a disappointment. And really bad customer service.

A smash burger, disgusting! Literally a very thin piece of minced meat and a bun from Lidl, and that for 6.50, yuck, tastes like nothing.

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd for Iftar. First of all, the order was placed well in advance with the exact time… yet they were almost half an hour late. Once I received the order, both burgers were ICE COLD, literally flattened, and they still looked pink (I will attach a photo of this). Next, I called the restaurant 3 times to resolve the matter properly, and every 3 times they hung up on me. I literally threw the burgers away immediately; gross. Burgers just as disgusting as the service.

And the sandwich hete kip is not nearly as full as it used to be. What the *** happened!?? You used to have great service and great food. I always ordered a lot and i was always happy. But it has become very bad. Scandalous almost.

Ordered delivery, I order here often the quality isn't great but gets the job done the price reflects the quality I guess. Ordered 2 drinks, asked to be left infront of the door. One of the can was popped. Called them and I'm they're talking as if I'm lying. Won't order anymore.

Called at 7:40 PM, but already got voicemail. Krab salad roll: unbaked bun. Crab salad, a B-brand from the supermarket. Limp, cold fries, a small dollop of sauce. The smash burger tasted like a healthy sandwich...you taste the lettuce and sauce. You have to fill in one, but this is a big fail.

Just ordered 2 fries, 1 chicken burger, 1 cheeseburger, 1 spring roll, and 1 chicken corn via Uber Eats. It arrived and the food was soaked in the satay sauce from the fries. The satay was burnt. The fries themselves were okay, and the mayonnaise was tasty. They should call the cheeseburger a sauce burger, since they poured a liter of sauce over it and the cheese wasn't good. The spring roll was very tasty. The chicken corn was tasty. The chicken burger was tasty, but there wasn't much lettuce on it and, like the cheeseburger, too much sauce.

The tastiest sandwiches in the north! But please improve customer service. The phone is often off, making ordering very difficult. Consistency is crucial for a business like this, not only in product quality but also in service.

2 sandwiches of €4.50 Hot chicken and gyros Hot chicken was a sandwich with sweet chili sauce and curry sauce (hot chicken is not curry) the sandwich was small and not well filled The gyros sandwich was number 2 and was tasteless the meat was dry and filled with sauce also not filled sandwich. Not only was the food not good but the staff (2 women) were not friendly and did not look friendly. The way she addressed us was as if she had an urge and everything had to go quickly. (While it was quiet) I do not recommend it We are very disappointed

Treated quite rudely and told me they had no hot drinks when I asked for a coffee even though it was on the menu. Healthy chicken sandwich was a fried roll with some pieces of chicken ham, cheese and vegetables. Quite a lot of shouting, not really possible to have a conversation. Wouldn't go here again

For the third time today we have received food that has been delivered too early, which means that the food is eaten cold or not even eaten + we receive sandwiches that have not been baked at all, fries with a dollop of sauce. The ladies who work there don't wash their hands and have long nails! The sandwiches are overpriced and getting smaller every year. The lady in question made me wait ten minutes because she was on a smoke break, finally when I thought she had finished smoking she went to the toilet. I left the place so I wouldn't come here anymore. Very rude! It is better to get the chicken sandwich across the street at the Surinamese eatery. At least then you know that you are really eating a chicken sandwich.

Here you can get sandwiches at fair and affordable prices. You shouldn't expect high-quality cuisine, but relaxed and cheerful staff prepare sandwiches quickly and cheaply. Next time I'll try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This time I had egg & ham and one with crab. Both were delicious. A little more order in the store could help the ambience.

Broodje hete kip gehaald na een tijdje. Had er zo een zin in. Is niet meer het broodje hete kip van vroeger helaas. Zoutig, vettig, donker van kleur, saus bijna niks erop. Goed gevulde broodje van vroeger is het ook niet meer. Van boven lijkt het gevuld maar binnen in eet je brood met niks erin. En dan nog de prijs van €4,25. Jammer, was een goede zaak.
