Exactly what you'd expect from Febo, excellent products, truly fantastic. Only the parking is a nightmare, but that's beside the point.

The worst chicken pieces in 35 years. Dry, dark brown. If you report it, they'll acknowledge it. But nothing more. No quality here.

Febo has become way too expensive, the products are bad, the bamihap was a dirty sticky mess and I threw it away, staff is disinterested and does not make contact with their guests.

Even if you run in a minute before closing time, they don't give you a hard time. Just eat your fries in peace and have a chat. Good job there.

Strawberry milkshake was so good, had to go back to get another one. Croquette was very tasty as well

They say pizza is like making love. Even when it's bad, it's still good. But sorry, if I get soft dough with heartburn sauce and cheese, that's not as good as copulation. Unless it's with the aforementioned pizza. However, there's also the Febo grill burger. Whether you're hungover, in need of a quick lunch, have the munchies, or need something with fat and bread at 3 a.m., the Febo grill burger is always your friend. The perfect balance between meat, bread, something resembling lettuce, and some kind of sauce is a culinary masterpiece. Especially because of the varied flavors resulting from the different times this exquisite burger has spent in the vending machine. The croquettes are also quite edible on their own.

Every time I stay in the Nederlands I have to get some croquettes. This is a must have and febo is the right place to serve my desire. For the people giving bad feedback to the staff... Bear with the fact that this is a Fastfood restaurant and people working here for low money. Don't expect high standards for cheap money. Please respect the people working here 🙏

For years, I've been able to place my orders by phone. Until today! I've LOST a loyal customer!

Stood in line like normal. The line was spread out and I was the first in line for a while. I just stepped aside to make some space and got totally denied by the person that takes orders. Additionally, another customer asked if I did not order yet to which is said no. The customer then proceeded to push forward and didn’t mention that I was in front of him when the worker cashier gave the customer his turn. Consequently, I walked away. To conclude, the service is terrible for not giving the turn to the customer that was noticeably in front and the atmosphere is despicable with unscrupulous customers.

Crispiest croquette sandwich. The "Patatje oorlog" (war fries) is also delicious. NB: A shortage of fries is truly devastating in a snack bar.

Best Febo in town!!! Come here every weekend after a night out for some food always great fast and tasty. Captain and Rico you guys are G-O-W-E-L-D-I-G!

Super crispy fries, some of the best ever. The frikandel from the vending machine is also delicious.

Potato croquettes are a must-try in Amsterdam, at Febo. Friendly staff and great value. Good fries and burgers too. If you’re in a rush, just use the croquette vending machines, which are unique to me.

A small FEBO near the Amstel station. The change machine didn't work but the staff quickly helped out. The food was delicious and the service was quick.

Dé plek voor een lekkere snack! Goudgele frites, knapperig van buiten, zacht romig van binnen. Lekkere kaassoufle's. Ook de vega - grillburgers zijn hier niet te versmaden. Aardige uitbaters.

The usual Dutch lunch where you throw in a hamburger with frikandel before a concert. You no longer have to worry about the little things, you can pay by card.

Not nice staff, and what I could understand in the winter now seems suspiciously like it just doesn't make sense... Because the ice cream machine is still broken, well either business is going very badly at this Febo (with the high prices these days) or they just don't feel like having it fixed (if it is really broken)

What chaos. You first stand in line for almost fifteen minutes while two of the three employees walk aimlessly in and out of the kitchen and then you are finally allowed to place your order, which is then prepared incorrectly because they cannot hear half of it due to the music at full volume. A horrible experience and a waste of time, go to another location I would say.

Pretty Lady behind the counter having a rough day but the smile and apology she served with the food made up for the mistakes happen to have some bad days

Grillburger and other dishes are very subject to inflation. I was shocked by the prices. Good to keep inside

Pleasant neighborhood FEBO. It's nice that it is also open at night on weekends and you can come here for a snack after going out. Always a good atmosphere, nice loud music. I can understand that the students from the rowing club across the street also like to get fries here.

Very frugal with the fries. If you pay €4 for fries, I don't expect a half full bowl. A bit sad!

Delivery was fast. Only the order was missing (3x onions) and we called about this. Even though we called, there was a discussion over the phone about 3 sauces. Too bad, no more Febo Amsteldijk for us!

I can not emphasize enough how important febo is to dutch culture. Perfectly fried fries and snacks. Simple and tasty. A standard for any snackbar

Ordered an item at the desk. They grabbed the leftover from the grabpoint and just let it slide into the hot oil for 2min like its brand new. Who knows how long its been standingat the grab and go point. Never again

It was the second time I received snacks from the 'stock'. Today I went back. Fries were hot, but the snacks (kaassouffle, frikandel) cold. Got a freshly fried frikandel, but no souffle as it was supposedly fresh fried. My *ss as the cheese was not even melted. When it should be steaming hot. There must be something wrong with the fryer as the snack I did get was luke warm. They lost a repeat customer. (That lives just round the corner)

Croquette was cold, just like the fries that had a kilo of salt on them. That's a shame because I was really looking forward to my fries and mayo :(

I'm never into writing reviews, but I still do it once in a while. We have been ordering food here for a long time and things often went wrong, this can happen, but what happened recently is really not normal. We ordered 30 euros worth of food, of the 2 satay sauce, 1 was half empty? Furthermore, a milkshake was missing and 1 of the milkshakes had also leaked. Then I called and delivered something myself, pushed it into my brother's hands and was angry that they had to deliver it while THEY were the ones who hadn't delivered half of it. We received a partially broken satay sauce and HALF a milkshake that was drab in color (supposed to be chocolate). Immediately thrown away because I didn't trust what such people do with food. My mother called to report this and accused her that we lied about the milkshake while we regularly ordered there, why would we lie about half a milkshake? Really not normal, if you find it an unpleasant job then do something else, act normal and respectful with other people's food. I advise everyone NOT to order from this febo. Febo is always good with his stuff. This location used to be the place to be. Cozy when it was still big on the Amsteldijk corner of Vrijheidslaan. Now a roadside chip shop, not friendly staff. Sticky floor and tables. Also disinterested staff, and very quiet in the business. Shame

The young staff behind the counter nowadays make no effort to help customers to their satisfaction. The fries are already hanging in a basket, ready to be picked up. The snacks are pulled straight from the wall and are even colder than when you received them. This boy and girl were also well aware of this, as was evident from the fact that they said it in so many words to the next customer. I came here regularly until Saturday, but I have recovered from that.

Snacks are quite expensive, but that is the case at every snack bar these days. Food is decent, but it tastes better at home

We walked in and we weren't greeted. The atmosphere was so bad that we tended to turn around. When we ordered a croquette we received a lukewarm dry croquette from the wall while expecting that we would get a fresh one. There was also no mustard with the croquette. Fries tasted as if the frying fat was already 5 years old. There were also hard lumps of fat on the fries. Staff was also not very friendly. Nothing was said when we came in or when we left. There was smoking in the kitchen and ash fell on the fries. This tent is definitely not recommended. We will never come there again!

Yes, what a nice shop! I notice that the manager or owner is very involved with the staff and that is reflected in customer friendliness. I always have a homely feeling when I come and get my fries there. Oh and the soft serve ice cream isn't better anywhere

De enige echte oude snackbar waar ik als Amsterdammer hier niet meer woon al moet ik ff omrijden alsnog in de buurt ben zal ik dat zeker doen. Perfecte grilburgers waar al die hamburger ketens een pintje aan kunnen zuigen.

Beste Febo in town, met de beste prijzen en altijd vriendelijk. Lekker muziekie erbij dit is de Febo waar je moet zijn en parkeren zonder stress!!! Love the grillburger, speciaaltje, kroketten

Erg onvriendelijke eigenaren die gebrekkig Nederlands spreken en niet goed om kunnen gaan met kritiek. We hebben hier de afgelopen 2 maanden twee keer besteld. Het eten was beide keren koud en niet eetbaar. De kroket was zo uitgedroogd dat de korst van de vulling gescheiden was. Het kipkrokantje smaakte als karton. Als je dacht dat je mosterd bij je kroket kreeg, vergeet het maar, ze "vergeten" dat toe te voegen aan de bestelling.

Five stars FEBO experience, we had a mountain of Bitterballen, and they were cooked perfectly on point and delicious. We could choose between Veal and Beef and we liked beef better. The service was also outstanding.

Hele fijne Febo! Goed bereikbaar en super aardig personeel. Alleen de hygiëne laat te wensen over. Duiven in de toko tot achter de balie. Sorry, maar dat is gewoon goor. Want mayo en burgers met duivenluizen is gewoon niet zo Febo.

Beste service van al de keren dat ik ergens eten had besteld. Beter dan 20 andere restaurants Ontbrak wat, kreeg het binnen 10 minuten thuisbezorgd. + extra. Top Febo (Amsteldijk)

Altijd snelle service maar bij de laatste drie keer afhalen miste een deel van de bestelling of was de bestelling onjuist. Denk dat ik minstens al €15 aan besteld eten gewoon nooit kreeg. In deze crisistijden toch niet helemaal chill.
