FEBO Amsterdam - Slotermeerlaan in Slotermeer-Zuidwest

The service is very bad; the man at the counter needs to take a customer service course. The tables are dirty and there are no napkins. The man there is stingy.

The place is basic. A burger, fries, and Coke combo cost me €11.75, which is arguably a good price for Amsterdam. The cashier is very friendly and speaks English, which makes ordering easier.

I never leave reviews but this man behind the till overreacted and was incredibly rude to me. I asked for a cheeseburger and then clarified that I wanted it with just cheese. I have dietary restrictions. He gave me a burger with loads of other stuff on it. I went to the register and politely asked if my burger could be changed. The man was seemingly blown away by a simple request. He got angry at me and kinda mocked me. A completely overreaction to what I consider a harmless interaction. Ended up just walking away and throwing the food out. Complete waste of my money.

These people need to take a course to be customer-friendly.

I stopped by Febo Slotermeer this evening around 11:15 PM and simply wanted to order 4 portions of fries. To my surprise, I was told that this was only possible as takeaway, because they were already closing. This is despite the fact that the official closing time is midnight. When I pointed out that, according to their opening hours, they should still be open, I was told that they had already cleaned. Frankly, I don't find that customer-friendly. If you are still open according to your own hours, I expect to be able to order and eat normally. It is understandable that employees want to finish on time, but this should not come at the expense of customer service. It is a shame, because this does not give a good impression.

FEBO is a chain of Dutch fast food places that normally sells food items via coin operated vending machine things. But when I visited this particular FEBO branch - repeatedly over a number of days - they cooked everything fresh to order! :) they have the apparatus to sell food via those coin operated machines, but in my experience this branch did not use them. All around, this place is very good for fast food.

The staff were friendly, and the food was pretty good. We ordered Special Grill, Kroket Sate, and fried chicken. Our friend ordered a sundae.

Febo is in my heart, kidneys, and blood vessels. The staff is super friendly, and let's be honest, who has better croquettes and frikandellen than Febo?

The guy starts serving vegetables and frikandellen or something tastes like poop and I get sick of it; as far as I'm concerned, the place can be closed and burned down.

How can you make fries taste so bad 😭

We tried beef burger, chicken burger and Kroketten which are very tasteful. We enjoyed food here. Great value of money.

I took 6 beef balls and I felt sick after 2 hours. 1 of them was still frozen inside. At least the man at the till has been nice.

2x frites, 2x burger, 2x drinks 24 euro.... Small mini burgers, to expensive for what you get... many options to ewt somewhere else in that area. 24 euro hahaha what a joke.

Unfortunately nothing in the machine. Since no “FEBO feeling” was possible, we unfortunately left.

I always look forward to Febo in Amsterdam. Only at 5 p.m. there is nothing left in the machine, even though it is open until midnight. Already sad

Really not great... On average 10€/12€ for a menu, hamburger without taste and hardly any ingredients in it, not to mention their specialties "croquettes" Really not good... disappointed.

We ate the typical burger croquette, and it seemed quite expensive on the Menu, but it was good.

Acceptable food, but honestly, if I go to McDonalds I pay less and have more stuff, here for €5 you get a small sandwich, really small. Stop Dirty place

Correct food, good taste, it's still fast food, right next to our hotel and it saves your life. The service is friendly but the place is a little run down.

Croquette good but too expensive

The fast food suffers from an excessively high price for what little is offered on the menu, particularly with a beef burger whose steak size is derisory. The quality of the ingredients does not meet expectations, but the fries stand out positively for their flavor. The mayonnaise sauce was a negative, unfortunately being far too sweet.

We came for food several times to this place in Febo. The burgers are very delicious, the croquettes are delicious. The price is affordable. The staff was on both occasions very pleasant and helpful. The place is very clean, there were few people when we went but they are still fast, you don't have to wait long.

Good snack bar! Open From 11:00 to 00:00 the employees are helpful and friendly, have a sense of humor and fast service. You can eat on location, but it is not very big so the seats are limited, but they also have a small terrace in front of the door.

Ik was weer in mijn stad, en het eerste wat ik deed, FEBOtje pakken, ik vindt het een gezellige plek om te zijn, het eten is heerlijk. Helaas ben ik weer in Canada zodat in FEBO moet missen 🙌

El lugar está muy bien en general, la atención muy buena, el cajero fue muy agradable. La comida salió rápido lo cual fue muy bueno. Hamburguesa clásica está rica para probar. Las papas fritas sin muy ricas pero lo mejor de todo es el pollo!!! Los precios son bastante buenos 👌

I have been visiting this FEBO for years. The owner is very friendly and helpful towards his costumers. Food is what you may expect from a fast food restaurant. Nothing special, but good enough to satisfy your fast food cravings.

Aardige bediening maar ken betere FEBO's. Zit aan druk verkeerskruispunt. Maar dat hoeft niet voor iedereen een probleem te zijn.
