10/10 ! Love the food and service is the best!!

After a long time, I went back here for a spot check. The busy guy has become a calm and quiet man now. He's getting old, I think. The seating area was covered in crumbs and wasn't swept. The guy is very polite, though. The milkshake wasn't anything special. The fries were large chunks and fried soft on the inside. The mayonnaise and Joppiesaus could have been a bit more generous. The other team members had ordered all the snacks in the display case and shared them. The snacks could have been fried better. Atmosphere: -2 stars for hygiene. ===== Went back here again. The interior feels frozen in time. That's a nice touch. The store was clean. The busy guy, who was clearly audible on the previous visit, was a bit calm today. Very quiet. Maybe because of the cold. He was very polite, though. Finally served Flemish fries here. Medium-sized fries. With hard bits in them, but tasty. The curry sauce had no flavor. You used to taste a bit of heat. But almost everywhere, it's just a lukewarm sauce. During this visit, nothing was really better than last time. The prices and the menu on the wall could use an update. I got diarrhea half an hour after eating this meal. It might have been from having dessert earlier in the day. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt here too. ========= It's a real diner. If you eat there, you get your food on a plate instead of a container. The (too) busy guy behind the counter is indeed, but he has a good heart. You can tell right away. I had fries with sauce here. The shop window says they have Flemish fries, but they were just the average fries like at Febo. Only they were tastier and better cooked. But maybe I should have specifically asked for Flemish fries. The menu doesn't indicate which snack sauces are available. The interior and layout of the place, plus the TV playing old-fashioned music, do create a relaxed atmosphere, reminiscent of the old days.

A bit run down, the most expensive croquette saw a calf in the distance and the fries were mediocre

If you're in Amsterdam, you absolutely have to go here. It's such a good snack bar, it's cozy, and the guy is super sweet and makes delicious food. And the prices are normal, instead of the high Amsterdam prices. Fantastic!

We had a wonderful meal outside on the patio today... all the snacks were great! My favorite was the fresh köfte sandwich.

Fries were limp and soaked in grease and the frikandellen were half cooked and covered in grease. Once, never again.

Came here unexpectedly and received with all kindness and the gentleman offered to make something for us with chicken and kofte and vegetables. And he had made it and super delicious and fresh and definitely worth repeating

An eatery with delicious things to choose from. I ate fries there with a croquette. It is within walking distance of the AVL, about 15 minutes. The owner is friendly and the fries were freshly made. He also has several other dishes to choose from.

Ordered via the home delivery app and I came to pick it up. The person who worked there knew nothing about it and said that he would no longer accept home delivery before the holidays. Indicated that he had already paid but he could not help so I left without the order and without my money that I had already paid.

I only ate fries with mayo, but they were very tasty. I was received very kindly. Fries were a bit pricey. 3.50 for a normal quantity.

Busy man behind the counter, delicious Greek salad. I think shawarma is from the supermarket, but it doesn't taste bad. If you have any wishes, just ask.

Rubbish! Man bakes at 140 degrees?? Dirty undercooked chips and snacks. C brand sauces. Soft drinks imported without injection from Eastern Bloc. It looks like a living room with people shouting loudly and burping and blowing their noses.

The food was really delicious. Kapsalon and fries are must try items on the list. They serve freshly prepared food...The owner is a friendly and helpful person. He is very passionate about preparing food for others. We loved the place..worthy to visit again..

My favourite place when visiting my Brother, from England! The best fresh cut chips around! Because of having to avoid a lot of food due to a dairy-allergy, the owner put together a platter of food for us to share. There was chicken kebab with courgettes, chips, fresh salad, plus a traditional Egyptian pasta dish too (owner is Egyptian). The owner is a lovely guy...really friendly & helpful. There is also a friendly resident cat.

Zeer vriendelijk echtpaar, wat je ook besteld ze maken er iets moois/ lekkers van.

Het eten is prima lekkere patat en shoarma.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren! Op advies van hen een heerlijk broodje vers gemaakte köfte met verse frieten. Het voelt alsof je hier al jaren komt, terwijl dit ons 1e bezoek was.

De beste verse patat van die dikke patat. De eigenaar is altijd opgewekt en wil altijd een praatje maken.

Lekkere leuke cafetaria met Rafaël, een allervriendelijkste baas. Naast de patat en snacks kan ik ook de koffie en köfte met champignon en ui aanraden. Het eten en de service is top!

Na een waterpolo wedstrijd in het Sloterparkbad hebben we hier wat gegeten. De frieten waren heerlijk en de hamburgers ook. En dat sloten we af met een eveneens heerlijke milkshake. En dan ook nog eens vriendelijke en aardige mensen die ons hielpen.😎
