I ordered food and it never arrived. I called the store, and they said we'd call back, but they never called back. We tried calling back for an hour, and they didn't answer until the store closed.

I heard the food is good but havent been able to try it myself. Been twice during the opening hours on the door but both times they said they are closed (at different times). Really should update offline.

I quickly went here for some fries, great atmosphere and very tasty fries 👍 next time I'll have fries with some meat

Service took ages. Missed my appointment because the mediun fries with mayo took 35 minutes to arrive. Fries were nice though. Wouldnt recommend unless you're prepared to waste a fortnite on your food. AVOID

I've been cycling past it for years, finally decided to stop...but what a discovery: culinary snacks. Fresh fries with creative toppings from Parmesan truffle mayo to halal pulled pork, vegan jackfruit rendang, and much more. A whole collection of homemade "kapsalon with a Michelin star" and plenty of vegan and vegan options. Highly recommended. Also before or after a movie in the halls.

Food was good. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Waited 77 min for a 10 min distance order. They started making my order at closing time. Never. Again.

We ordered a pulled chicken large and jackfruit dish medium, but we got both dishes in large size.. As it was busy the staff member told us that it was going to take a little longer: 8-10 minutes he said. We waited 20 minutes in the end. He did apologize but the food was not as I expected. The chicken was okay but the jackfruit wasn't tasty in my opinion. The fries tasted very plain. Unfortunately I don't recommend this place.

They gave me chicken when I ordered a vegan meal and no apologies. Service took very long too. Avoid this place if you’re vegan or vegetarian because they don’t care and will give you meat.

We pick up here more often. Great thick, salty fries with a little skin and delicious spicy loaded fries, completely vegan. Friendly owner. Vegan croquettes and lots of tasty vegan sauces too! Top! Something for everyone and everything we have tried so far has been delicious!

Now the 2nd time this month (so now the drop and I really have to share this..) pay attention to what you order and what you get! So often I order something online or pick it up and something is missing or wrong... Furthermore, top food.

One of the best parmesan truffle fries i had in Amsterdam, better than fable fries.

Of course, there must be not much space inside a small place and there is, two benches with 4 seats... but on Sunday at 6 p.m. I sit comfortably with very friendly service and great... fries... I recommend it.

Not a crowded place to get perfect loaded fries! Keep in mind that portions are quite big, so for us 1 portion was really enough for two people to get full:)

The loaded fries are highly recommended. Me and my girlfriend had the pulled chicken and the pepperoni. Super tasty. I had the pepperoni on the recommendation of the employee, who described it as a French fries pizza. And it really was. Delicious slightly spicy pepperoni with salsa and cheese. I also had a coconut milkshake that tasted just like a Bounty. Delicious. The options on the menu are very inclusive. They have both halal and vegetarian options. The halal certificates are available for inspection online. All in all highly recommended!

Normally not dissatisfied. Today we waited almost 2 hours for cold fries and a cold crushed frikadel. Portion of fries is suddenly different and a teaspoon of onion on my war sauce. Very mediocre

The loaded fries are super tasty! We had the pulled pork and also the nacho loaded fries, they were both super tasty! You get a lot too, so it's definitely worth your money. Nice staff too. We will definitely come back someday!

We were visiting Amsterdam and wanted to try the best fries in the city. While these were farther away and not on lot of lists, they were definitely our choice due to the options. We got the cheesy pepperoni and it was SO good!!! The service was super friendly and the fries are probably the BEST fries in Amsterdam. If you’re visiting, trust me, you NEED to go here.

It's a place to order or just eat some excellent fries on the go. It is economical, they have a variety of foods but I highlight the fries. I went back to just eat those fries.

Pleasantly surprised with the amount of loaded fries options! Loved the parmesan truffle, and cheesy pepperoni fries, nice and crispy fries, and big portions. Can also really recommend the coconut flavored milkshake!

We ordered a large portion of potatoes and sauce for two. Very tasty and even a lot) a medium one would be enough. Nice staff, they advised me and even let me try the sauce)

The food quality was really nice, I highly recommend the Truffle Mayonnaise Fries. The service was very courteous. After ordering a dish which contained meat, on accident, I was immediately offered a replacement, no extra charge! [For the Vegetarians: the pepperoni on the Cheesy Pepperoni Fries is the sausage and not the spicy vegetable :,) ]

Amazing loaded fries and the banana milkshake is to die for!

I came here for lunch. At this time it wasn't that busy. The server was cheerful and polite. Another staff member also had good energy as they were singing along and dancing to the radio. I ordered the pulled pork to split which was plenty of food for me. The flavor was amazing!!

The clerqstraat. Dirty tables. The touchscreens of the cash register are very dirty. Hands are wiped on T-shirts instead of washing them. But the fries were cooked well.

Personally, I like these loaded fries better than fable fries on the nine streets. In addition, you do not have to wait for 30 minutes here and you can eat your fries at the table in peace

Both the service and the food were pleasent. The food portions at the start looked small but they filled me up to the top. I would suggest the dish "pulled pork".

Food was fantastic 😋 However, after finding a table and a menu, we sat for a while waiting to be served. Nope, you have to join the queue with all the take a way customers and food couriers to place your order. 🙄🙄 Plus, apart from milkshakes, there are no drinks on the menu.

Fries the way they were intended Freddy Friday had been on my list of places to visit for a while and finally I got the chance to go and have a light lunch at Freddy Friday West. The place looks good and I was immediately served by a friendly guy. I ordered a medium portion of fries with mayonnaise accompanied by a strawberry milkshake. I took a seat and received my shake immediately followed by the fries. The shake was delicious but I came for the fries. The fries were great. Fried to perfection, not greasy at all and perfectly salted. The mayo was also delicious. Next time I’ll try the loaded fries.

The pulled chicken smelled really bad, but one of the employees thought it was nonsense that we gave it back, because it was prepared YESTERDAY and "those are the herbs you smell" :') Right. As a pregnant woman or someone with low resistance, it is also dangerous to eat bad-smelling chicken from yesterday.

Worst experience. Had pulled chicken fries. We were served bad smelling chicken. The guy at the counter argued by saying it was made a day before and hence it's good. From when a dish made a day before is termed fresh? Stay away,

Very filling loaded fries! Portion is great and you can have it for a full lunch. The taste did not reach the level of exception but was above average for sure. Tried the chicken and would definitely come back to try the one with pork. Also love the vibe of the restaurant in general, sitting outside on a sunny day is just perfect.

Pulled chicken: was oke de patat was heerlijk maar te veel kip en meer saus nodig. Service is geweldig ze lezen me gewoon met wat ik wou. Ze liepen om inplaats van mij te roepen. Ze kwamen netjes en zijden eet smakelijk.sfeer is oke het is de stad dus je ziet wel wat leuks.

Heerlijke friet, te veel saus (truffelmayonaise), overheerst. Vriendelijk personeel, wel echt een snackbar qua sfeer.

Overheerlijk patatje met mayo gegeten. De patatjes waren mooi bruin gebakken. Hmmmm...... Top. Hier ga ik zeker meer naar toe.

Freddy Fryday has many different fries to choose from. The portions are huge and the service is very kind. We also loved the interior in the back of the restaurant with many different posters. We ordered the Magic Mushroom fries as well as their Pulled Chicken. The Magic Mushroom was delicious and matched well with the cheese. The Pulled Chicken was also delicious and a little bit spicy.

Ate in recently, food was very well presented and tasty, and while I’d like to have it again I do think the place could be in better order. It felt a bit of a storeroom and surfaces that don’t get a daily cleaning are looking like they’re never getting cleaned. I think you guys need to hire a cleanfreak to do deepcleans otherwise this place could go downhill. Five stars to show my support and hope it turns around
