As a former resident of Haaksbergen, we love coming back whenever we're in the area. The cafeteria has a luxurious feel, and the food is always good. We're big fans of the ice cream parlor; they have such delicious ice cream.

A slightly more luxurious cafeteria with a very extensive selection and plenty of seating for a bite to eat. Very good quality, friendly staff.

In recent years, the snack bar leaves something to be desired in my opinion. But it is fine to eat chips. They are tasty. Berehap is unfortunately fried too long and hard and then not cooked. Then you get a lot of chips and then a super small portion. Not my chip shop anymore. And the ice cream parlor next door. Well thought out. Tasty but quite greasy buttery ice cream. Unfortunately, always a stomach ache.

Today I got food from this cafeteria. The order was 2 large fries, 2 milkshakes and 2 containers of onions. But seriously… €3.20 per container for just some raw, finely chopped onion? That is really absurd. A whole bag of onions in the supermarket costs less than a euro! For that price you would at least expect fried onion or something special — not a simple container of cuttings that is literally worth a few cents. This feels like pure money-making. It also went wrong when paying. I just wanted to withdraw €21.10. The girl behind the counter first let me withdraw €21.00 and then suddenly shouted “oooooh sorry, wrong amount”. And then I had to withdraw another 10 cents… Come on, for that amount you expect some service. She could have also said “never mind”. But no, I still had to withdraw that extra 10 cents. The fries were okay, not bad, but not special either. And despite the fact that I live less than 3 minutes away, it had already cooled down considerably when I went to eat. The milkshakes were really tasty, that was the only plus. All in all a mediocre experience. Definitely not recommended if you are looking for value for money. I am quite disappointed.

Eetsalon Menzing impresses with its fast, very friendly staff, who took our order promptly and friendly. The fries were ready in no time and tasted excellent – ​​crispy and fresh. The frikandel and the bami were also excellently prepared and rounded off the culinary experience. It was especially nice to sit outside in the sun and enjoy the relaxed, cozy atmosphere. For us, the visit was the perfect end to a successful bike tour. The combination of fast service, delicious food, and pleasant ambiance makes Eetsalon Menzing highly recommended.

The ice cream here is of the same quality as van der Poel and is even better in one respect, namely that the ice cream has a fuller taste, because more cream is added to the ice cream.

Unfortunately I didn't take a photo, but they have super delicious ice cream. I had a scoop of lemon and a scoop of Menotti Gold (pistachio flavor). Both were really tasty and actually tasted like what you ordered (so no colorings or flavourings). You also really got a big scoop, not a fiddly scoop.

Rooms very clean, kitchen visible, also very clean and tidy. The service is super friendly and the large selection is of course also very tasty. Typical Dutch Patat with all the trimmings.

The ice cream is a dream and the cone with a shock interior is perfect for kids. P.s. I'm trying to learn new Dutch words and was asked straight away what this and that is called in NL.

Al jaren bekend met de familie Menzing. Afgelopen vrijdag weer eten besteld. Kwalitatief gewoon de beste voor een goede prijs.

Eetsalon Menzing, meer dan een cafetaria. Zitjes zijn mooi gescheiden van de afhalers.

Top cafetaria/lunchroom... bijna 1x per week halen we wel af en qua qualiteit is niets op aan te merken. Altijd perfect! Natuurlijk kan het voorkomen dat je iets mist óf zelfs iets extra's hebt...daar zijn we mensen voor toch? Maar ook dat wordt gelijk opgelost of nabezorgd indien nodig als je zou bellen. Ook de "ijs" kant super lekker en goed! Leuk en vriendelijk personeel. Dusss een dikke vette aanrader!👌🏼😊

Uitstekend eten en vriendelijk personeel. Het is wel vaak druk, maar dat vind ik persoonlijk geen minpunt. De persoonlijke aanrader is de Super Beef Burger; een hamburger met een eitje. Fantastisch!

En is een hele goede restaurant en eetsalon en Ijssalon in Haaksbergen.

Super ijssalon en cafetaria! Allemaal hardwerkende, gezellige en vriendelijke personeelsleden. Dennis en Toyna, respect voor jullie. Voor veel jongens en meiden hun eerste baantje en wanneer je dan zo gewaardeerd wordt, super! Jullie zijn toppers, allemaal.

Na lang zoeken om in Haaksbergen fatsoenlijk eten te kunnen bestellen voor op het werk, eindelijk een tent gevonden die goede kwaliteit burgers maakt, tegen een super goede prijs. Ook al bezorgen ze niet en moeten we t ophalen, dit blijft ons vaste adresje. Blijf zo doorgaan aub. Die smerige broodjes shoarma voor 10 euro die je kunt bestellen hoeven we echt niet meer. Lekkere snelle hap, verse ingrediënten, vlotte, vriendelijke medewerkers. Per ongeluk iets vergeten bij de bestelling te doen. Werd nagebracht. Top service meer dan verwacht. Team Menzing bedankt!

Lekker makkelijk voor als je een keer geen zin hebt om te koken. Het eten is gewoon wat je van een goede snackbar verwacht en het ijs is heerlijk.

Prima kwaliteit, prima personeel en een heel erg handige website waar je heel gemakkelijk je bestelling kunt doorgeven. Je kiest dan een tijdslot wanneer je het wil afhalen.

Vandaag voor het eerst bij Menzing geweest door een tip van een kennis. Menzing is een mooie zaak en erg schoon. We bestelden frietje Menzing en een salade carpaccio. Beide waren van goede hoeveelheid en erg lekker. Als afsluiter een ijsje gegeten! Een aanrader!
