Enjoy aldos in Wijk 21 Oude Haven

I ordered a specific dish and he gave me what was essentially a disassembled wrap. Sir, I ordered it with kefta meat, rice, and salad, not this. How shameful! And he charged me 18 euros.

I got almost no meat in my doner, was fully filled with salad. Avoid this restaurant and go to one of the other one's across the street.

The exchange money is not right and the wait is long. Just a bad company.

€10.50 for a kapsalon and then having to search for the meat as if it were an Easter egg. After digging for a few minutes among the tomato, cucumber, and soggy fries, I finally found a few stray pieces of döner. I started to seriously doubt whether this was a kapsalon or a treasure hunt. The cheese was cold, the fries soggy, and the amount of meat was so minimal that I almost wanted to call customer service to ask if the rest was still on its way. The delivery was fast, though, but that isn't difficult when you leave half the döner at home.

I was really craving shawarma this afternoon, and Aldos was the only place open for delivery. In hindsight, I should have waited an hour and ordered from Dalida or Zoras. The meat and fries were put together in one container, causing the fries to become completely soggy and wet. The shawarma meat looked more like seasoned minced meat than real shawarma, and the taste was not at all how shawarma is supposed to taste. I also received very little meat. Too bad, because I was really hungry. I ate part of it because I was so hungry, but eventually threw the other half away. No more Aldos for me!🤢

I got food poisoning; I was the only one who ate this that day, so it was nothing else. I call and the man threatens me on the line.

The food is good for the price; there is little to complain about there. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere are much less pleasant. I do not feel at ease here. I have given the place another chance several times, but the experience remains the same. That unfortunately makes the experience negative.

I used to be a regular customer here; the quality is often inconsistent, and one time it’s tasty and the next it tastes like chicken from a kettle. I called the place to complain for the fourth time that the kapsalon simply tastes like nothing. The first time he said he was going to make a really good one for me next time, and I said okay, that can happen, although it has happened before. The second and third time, to be honest, he just gave me new kapsalons that actually taste better, and this time he said many customers abuse the system to get free food and you have to take it home the next day with only one or two bites taken out of it. What normal person asks for something like that? Delivery is good, though.

Scandalous quality; after years of ordering, this was the last time!! As a loyal customer, I find it very unfortunate that I am forced to do this via a public review, but due to the lack of an email address, there is no other way. Last night I placed an order online at Vurehout, but the chicken satay dish was substandard and downright disgusting. The onion sauce was clearly spoiled; the smell was so pungent that I threw it away immediately. The chicken satay itself was also inedible after just one bite, and the garlic sauce had a very bad taste. Although the delivery person was very nice, the quality of the food is a disgrace. I am always fair in my assessments, but this one star is hard-earned. I will never order here again. Check your stock, because this is simply unacceptable!!

What terrible service! We waited 2 hours and the food arrived cold!! The bag was wet from condensation. And two doner buns were just missing! When we called, we barely got a response: "Yeah, next time you get fries with it": what kind of place is this!!! NEVER order here, people !!!!!!

One of the worst doner broodjes i have consumed in years. Not fresh bread, just reheated till it was lukewarm. Doner was also not freshly cut or heated. Very crispy and was lukewarm when i took it out of the shop. I really hope i dont get sick.

Had ordered 2 kapsalons after 3 hours of waiting I received a kapsalon that was cold, inedible and not solution oriented never again!

Friendly guy on the phone and the food was delivered quickly, but it was lukewarm, filled with limp fries and dry chicken. Hard pita bread with barely any cheese in it, nothing creamy about it. Sauce on the thin side and no onion sauce supplied.

Onwijs vriendelijk geholpen midden in de nacht zelfs. Bestelling was niet compleet en de kip was pittiger dan verwacht. Het ontbrekende deel van de bestelling is nagestuurd met ook nog eens een turkse pizza kip. Super geholpen door Siar van Enjoy Aldos!

Kapsalon is superlekker! Snelle bezorging!

Lauwe kapsalon met friet waar je je tanden op breekt, zo hard. En een pita kaas zo droog als karton. Wel een hele aardige bezorger! 2 dagen later pizza besteld... en die was top!!!!! Super lekker. Wellicht had de kok een slechte dag vorige keer. Dubbel en dwars goedgemaakt.

Man man man, gewoon goed en lekker. Elke keer weer, goede burger en snelle service. Goede rijst en goede service. Kapsalon, pizzas, burgers helemaal prima, patat is af en toe beetje zacht maar dat komt meestal door t weer. Gewoon goed dus. Oja en ze bellen als er eventueel iets aan de hand is zoals geen rijst hebben enz, is mooie ding voor nacht chilling

De bezorger zei sorry nadat hij ontdekt had dat hij geen chocomel bij zich had. Vertrok en heb hem daarna niet meer terug gezien. Vlees was wel oké, maar voel mij beroofd.
