We had made a reservation, but it turned out the restaurant was under construction. We made another reservation, arrived, and were told there was no reservation and that we should just leave. We found this rather odd, but were then literally shoved out of the restaurant by a staff member. This certainly didn't go down well. They then offered us a table: "Where do you want to eat? Go eat off the floor." A rather rude and extremely impolite remark. Amazingly bad!

The pasta with salmon was very tasty, but I got food poisoning. I tried to call to report it, but the number didn't work.

Small restaurant, but delicious pizzas. Friendly service. Definitely worth a return visit. The price is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

What terrible service! We had made a reservation and paid through Social Deal! Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we couldn't go. So we called to see if we could reschedule, but that wasn't possible. The owner/manager said, "Good luck with that, not my problem," and hung up! Now I'm no longer surprised by this behavior. Seeing all those bad reviews! So, be warned, don't bother with customer service!

Delivery took over two hours. The pizzas were cold, the shawarma soggy, and soaked with grease.

Very unfriendly owner. Despite the heat and the presence of a patio, the owner refused to set up a table outside. When I complained, he told me to leave. Inside, it was very uninviting and incredibly hot.

I called the restaurant with the question if they also serve Gluten free food. The man at the other end of the line told me they do. So that sounded great. *BUT THEY DO NOT!!* (They told us at the restaurant) So I reserved 4 spots through the Social Deal app. It was a total of €51 for 4 times the starter, main course and dessert. Cheap deal I thought. The menu was in the app. The restaurant: The outside of the building was trash. The inside clearly just had a big make-over. Everything looked clean and 'new'. In a restaurant it is polite to wait for someone to walk you to your table. The man was just like: "Go sit somewhere" not polite at all. On the door there was a paper saying that because of Corona the 1.5 meter rule was active in the restaurant. *THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT THIS* the tables were way to close to each other for this to be possible. We went to sit on the table that was the furthest away of the other family that was eating at the restaurant. In addition the waiter (same man) was not caring about it when he brought us our food or when we paid. He asked if we would like to drink something and gave us the menu cards specially made for the Social Deal reservations. We all ordered some soda. Soda came from cans from the real brands so nothing to complain or complement about that. Let's talk about the food. The starters: I had the self made Italian tomato soup. The other 3 had the Italian bread with aioli Tomato soup was fine unit I found a little fly in my soup... Told the waiter about it and he said askingly "owh how could that have happened" with a face denying everything that he could ever deny. And walked away. For the bread. We ordered it 3 times because we paid for 3. We only got one... ? Don't know what happened there because we clearly all ordered separate. For main course: Three of us had pizza and one calzone. I had the 4 cheese pizza, was fine. Nothing special. Just too little cheese in comparison of what I normally get at other restaurants. For the others. Calzone shawarma was fine. We got an extra bowl with garlic sauce. Pizza shawarma was fine. Pizza vegetale was fine. For the dessert: We could choose between a scoop of ice cream or tiramisu. Tiramisu was pretty good. Ice cream was just ice cream. Nothing special about this. When we were done eating I went to pay for the drinks and the extras we had. He heavily complained about why I could not pay in cash. Nowadays almost no one is paying cash anymore. And Corona so better no cash. I had to pay €21. So that was fine. Total spent: €72 for 4 dinners Pretty cheap €18 each. For the price it is a kind of good restaurant. But the service was not that good. Hopefully this gets read by the restaurant and they see what they could do better. For all. Hopefully the restaurant gets better for the next customers.

Wel heerlijk eten maar totaal niet gezellig om te zitten

Lekker gegeten en snel bezorgd. Overheerlijke stok broodjes

Vriendelijk personeel. Goedkoop. Lekkere pizza. Gezelligheid kan beter. Kunt hier niet pinnen.

Ongezellige entourage. Bediening onaardig kortaf . We hadden een wl deal voucher, vervolgens moesten we duur betalen voor onze drankjes betalen. Ik moet zeggen dat het eten niet slecht was.

Heel knus restaurant met echt vriendelijk personeel. Het eten was ook lekker! Een fijne ervaring en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar =)

Eten is echt lekker, bezorgen duurt wat langer maar dan heb je wel lekker eten (kok staat alleen) ook een aanrader om daar ter plaatse te gaan eten

Ik heb al eerder bij portofino de la chef gegeten samen met mijn zoon , de medewerkers zijn super attenties en sympathiek , de eerste keer heb ik spareribs met verse salade en frietjes gegeten en mijn zoontje een lekkere pizza van salami alles was super lekker vooral de spareribs lekker sappige vlees vol smaken 🤤🤤 ik was meteen verslaafd en nu weer een bestelling gemaakt en deze keer weer spareribs 🤩😍🤤🤤 + kapsalon wat een lekker gerecht 🤤🤤 En ik mag wel zeggen ik vond nog steeds De lekkerste spareribs die bestaan , mijn zoontje deze keer heb ook spareribs gegeten en hij vond ook erg lekker 🤤🤤 de frietjes en de salade waren nog steeds lekker verse en deze keer + gratis drink wat geweldig . de bezorgt was op tijd gekomen een dik 10+++++ alles was na wens ben super tevreden. gaat gewoon zo door en ik blijf voor altijd jullie beste klanten

They were very kind in preparing a vegan dish for me. The spaghetti with vegetables was delicious!

Meer dan anderhalf uur op bestelling gewacht lasagne leek niet vers viel niet goed op de maag ,shoarma schotel viel niet goed op de maag kwaliteit plus bezorging tijd slecht dit terwijl het niet goedkoop is.

Heerlijke pasta carbonara! Bezorging was snel! We waren al lekker aan het eten en toen was de bezorger terug gekomen want hij was de kruidenboter vergeten! Haha die we eigenlijk niet eens miste lol Goeie service dus!!

Altijd lekker en binnen 20 minuten zijn ze er.

De pizzas zijn heerlijk en heeft en ze zijn snel met bezorgen en deze restourant is vele beter dan de andere portofinos

Heel snel bezorgen en lekker eten

Shoarma- schotel is heerlijk en bij bestelling wordt de patat apart in de zak gedaan. Zo blijft de patat lekker en niet slap. Goede saus niet te lang wachten.

Het eten was echt heerlijk en het was er ook heel snel.
