Came for a quick coffee, and was greeted by the sweetest girls Chai and Mariam. Coffee and matcha was delicious, and the carrot cake was super delicious and not too sweet. Great place to also sit and do some work.

It was all good the lady was very nice.we had it to go but next time we wil sit for a minute.

It's close to my house so I often go there. When I get tired of working at home, I just bring my laptop and come here, where friendly staff will greet me and serve me delicious coffee. Surprisingly, it helps me get more work done. I also like the local feel, as it's not as crowded as cafes in the city.

I always get my "to go" cappuccino (extra shot) and try a different cake/pastry each time. My compliments again on the "peach" cake I chose today. The coffee is nowhere as good as here.

Delicious coffee and warm atmosphere at Espressofabriek IJburg My daughter and I recently enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee at the Espressofabriek on IJburg in Amsterdam. What immediately stood out was the friendliness of the staff – all of them genuinely nice and hospitable. Despite the fact that the place is quite small and it could look quite busy, there was a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, partly thanks to the staff and the guests. They even made a croissant with cheese especially for me, which I really appreciated. Such small gestures make a difference. The combination of good coffee, personal attention and a pleasant atmosphere makes this definitely a place I would like to return to. A must for anyone looking for a nice coffee shop on IJburg!

Coffee and brownie very expensive, barmaid not friendly. At the Bakkersfiets further down you get just as good coffee and friendly service for less than half the price.

I love this place! The staff is always nice, the service is good and the snacks are just amazing! I would eat the banana bread every day if I could. Also, the interior is really nice and feels cozy. If I were to be completely honest, I would swap the matcha with another brand, because this one tastes like wheatgrass haha. The reviewisté

Very decent coffee place where many sit with their laptops...

The coffee is ok, not a wide variety (they don't sell decaf for instance) the place is quite cozy but the personnel behind the bar is not really friendly.

Was hoping for some cakes I saw in the pictures here, instead there was not much choice available, but still, the pain au chocolat was good and so was the cappuccino

Very good espresso and cappuccino. Nice ambience. Good service. And oat milk suitable for coffee - not only frothy but also in terms of taste. And everyone can do latte art. If you want more of an Italian taste and less of the modern, fruity, fermented Arabicas, then you should say so.

Last time my coffee was great, today not even drinkable...Would skip the place after all

Ordered: 1 double espresso 1 latte macchiato 1 brownie Got: 1 normal espresso (lukewarm) 1 latte macchiato And when reporting that something went wrong: 1 unsincere apology and 1 indifferent look Well, see you never again then.

I come here more than regularly, the coffee is good, but some of the staff are so incredibly apathetic, have a lot of trouble smiling and are simply not friendly. Today I was looked out of the tent rather than warmly received, hence the review…

Very welcoming place and staff and at a good price. I was staying in a hotel not far from there and I went there every morning for breakfast. It is also very close to the tram stop. You can reach the station in less than 20 minutes. Definitely recommended

Super nice place to have a cup of coffee or to take one to-go. The varied pies and cakes are all AMAZING. If you come by here and they have a cake available, I would really recommend taking a slice.

My experience was from a while ago: I spilled coffee and I asked for tissues and again how they cannot have a lid for iced drinks and mentioned Starbucks has them for a example, and with such a tone they told me to then just go to Starbucks. Such a rude service and unfriendly, I will not recommend any of my friends to visit this place anymore. Thanks, I will from now on visit Starbucks

Great coffee but terrible service! Waiting 15-20 minutes for my coffee while to go clients walk out faster with their orders. I hoped it was an incident but their reputation on awesome coffee but poor service is very true, sadly!

Great coffee and always friendly staff. I like coming here though I miss some healthy snack or pastry options. The vegan banana bread sounds like a good alternative but it has way too much sugar. Any option for a low sugar or natural ingredient cakes?

Coffee is fine, but the service is extremely slow, no matter if you are in a hurry or not, coffee to go should be ready in less than 4 min, and it’s not the case. Not much variety in vegan milk.

De cappuccino is heerlijk van smaak, hij mag wat krachtiger. De flat white niet geprobeerd maar die probeer ik de volgende keer als ik in Ijburg ben. De sfeer is minimalistisch en dat is nog voorzichtige gezegd. Met iemand anders erbij is het gezellig maar als je alleen bent is het wel wat weinig sfeervol als locatie. De taartjes enzovoort zijn ook heerlijk trouwens.
